Coincidence Or Fate 10 Chapter 10 - Help

As we arrived at the restuarant Jamie have reserved. Jordon help me out of the car and at the same time placed his scarf around my neck. We walked to the entrance of the restuarant togehter as I held into his arm. We were greeted by the server and directed us to our table were Jamie was waiting. When I notice him, I saw that he have invited some of our close friends as well which I was very please to see them.

"Toby, Sam, Corey its good to see you guys..." I said as I walked around and greeted each one of them with a hug. As you can see most of my friends were guys. I hardly have any female friends during high school since I was tomboyish back then. They are were my close friends since they were my busmates same with Jordon and Jamie.

"Well, Congratulations Ange." Corey said as he was the last one I greeted before I took off my coat and Jordon help me sat down.

"b.l.o.o.d.y h.e.l.l, Ange..." Toby said

"What happened to you?" Sam asked

"Geez, we didn't see you for 5 years and you suddenly turned into a swam." Toby sarcastically added.

"F*ck off."

"Guys come on, we didn't come here to judge her sudden image." Jamie said

"Anyways, lets order some food... I'm starving already since I skipped lunch."

As Jamie called the waiter and order the food for us. We continued gossiping with each other and asking how all we are doing. Jamie was still in university since his taking up Medicine. Jordon was already working in one of the biggest technology company around the word with both his parents. Since his parents holds a big position in the company it wasn't hard for him to get a job. While Toby became a Interior Designer, Sam was a Geologist and Corey took up Business Management as well.

Before the food arrived, one of the waiter appeared with a boequet of roses. I was shock to received the boequet and stared coldly at the guys in front of me.

"What the heck is this for?" I asked them with a fl.u.s.tered look on my face. None of them responded telling me they don't know about it. Then I felt a sudden chill behind me as a person slowly approached us. As he bend down to my ears and whispered.

"Congratulation my dear."

I wanted to scream and punch the guy in behind me. But I was in a public place that all I could do is turn around and smile.

"Scott" they all said at the same time, they were all excited to see him and got off thier chair to greet him, except for Jordon and Jamie who were calm since they saw him already last night. "Can I join you guys?" he asked as but before I could respond a server already brought him an extra chair. I ignored his smirky smile at me and continued my conversation with everyone else.

As our food arrived and we started to enjoy the evening. The fact I was so hungry I did not realise I was eating so much. I had already eaten a full meal course yet I ordered some more.

"Dear, did you starve yourself?"

"If I did, why?"

"Nothing..."

As they all finished there meal and take pleasure in the wine which Scott has picked for us. While I enjoyed the different dessert of the night. Corey suddenly asked me a question,"By the Ange, I heard from Jordon you plan to open your own coffee shop?"

"Yeah, I'll be checking the spot for the shop next week. One of my cla.s.smate will help me with all the baking while I have a friend who is a barista that offers to help as well."

"Are they all guys?" Scott asked

"So, what if they are all guys?"

"Nevermind..."

"Anyways, Jordon offered to handle management and accounting for me until I find someone realiable to handle it for me too."

"In that case I'll take on the management part then, since I was thinking of shifting work place. Working with you might be more fun than working in office."

"I actually think thats a great idea, since Jordon does have to report still to his work having Corey to manage it would be much easier" Jamie added

"Well, its alright for me but Corey, I wont be able to give you a high salary until your current work now."

"I don't mind really, I just need a stress free environment." he said while scratching his head. "Well, then since everyone is offering help. I'll do the design for you shop then Ange." Toby added

" Really Toby?!" he nodded and smiled at me.

"TobybI promise once you and your girlfriend get married I'll personally make the wedding cake." I said which made everyone laugh.

"Well, the only problem we have now is to find a good source of supplies. Finding the right supplier is the tricky part." Jordon said

"Without good supplies I'll be stressful to work." Corey said

"I actually haven't thought of that." I was to excited about opening my shop that I never though about the most crucial part of the business. As everyone keep to themselves and though of a solution. The devil started laughing.

"Whats so funny?" I said with an angry tone in my voice and gave him a cold look.

"Well, your overthinking too much for a simple problem." he said

"As if you have the solution?" I said as ignored him. Then he got up out of his chair and walked behind me. He placed both his hand on my shoulder, smiled and said, "I am the biggest solution to your problem."

"Why didn't I think about it?" Corey said whilst Scott slowly got back to his seat. "Scott just opened a restuarant 2 years ago. We could just use the same supplier." I was speechless from Corey remark about Scott, I actually didn't know that this idiot open up a restuarant. He does own a few club but never thought he opened a restuarant. I looked at him and saw his devilish stare at me. Yeah, I know what he was thinking. He wants me to personally ask him for help instead of him offering his help like everyone else. Since this was the biggest problem in my future business. I throw away my pride looked at him in a cute expression and asked.

"Scott please help me."
