Even though her respond werr quite short I know I did well. If Professor Megz respond is a whole essay it means she dissatisfied, anyways they always said the shorter the better. I got ready for bed since I have training and cla.s.s in the morning. At the same time, I'll be meeting Mr. Davis too.

Lee Martial Art Academy

Its 6 in the morning and I've arrived at the martial studio. I saw some people already warming up. I normally only take cla.s.ses during Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I went to the locker room and got change. As I got out everyone was already done stretching. So I started strectching on my own and I could feel my body aching a bit. Afterwards we started to throw in some punches and kicks in the air, then we were paired up to do some matches. Even though I was a girl I was able to defeat some of the guys. After 2 hours we were done with training, as I walked about to walk out of the studio somebody call my name before I could open the door. I looked back and notice Master heading my way.

"Master, is anything wrong?"

"Since you were late earlier you werent able to hear that we wont be cla.s.s this week."

"How come?"

"We Master will be travelling to China to train with the other Masters of the other studios around the world."

I was excited for Master and cheerfully said, "Thats so cool! Anyways, Master good luck."

"Thank you, you take care."

I bid farewell to my Master and walked to the bus station. I'll take about 20 minutes ride to my Culinary School. Despite I started late, within next year I'll be graduating with everyone else. Then a few more years I'll be complete my Hospitality Management course aswell. Finishing University is Ma biggest dream for me. That why no matter how exhausting my daily routine is right now I didn't really mind.

As the bus arrived I always sat at the back row. I put my headset on and started listening to some music. At the same time, I would start eating the sandwich I made for breakfast.

Academy of Culinary Arts

ACA is one of the best culinary school in England. To enter the school means you must be welling to take on the challenge and the heat. The challenge is not that difficult to handle but the heat is. Since most of the instructors are very harsh and mean. A simple mistake is a big mistake for them. Perfection is the key word to discribe them. Being ignorant is a big no for them, being clumsy is the biggest no of all. Once you make a mistake and make excuses they would flip the pans and throw them in the air. Despite the harsh treatment they do provided and teach you the best techniques in becoming a good chef. Since the school founder is one of Britain famous Chef and restuarant. Being in top of the cla.s.s means you have a career right away.

Unlike everyone else, I started late but I was not behind at all. It didn't took me long to catch up and surpa.s.s some of my cla.s.smates. We were place in a buddy system in which for this whole year well cook together sometimes.

"Ange..." said the european looking guy as he wave his hands in the air.

"Jose, good morning." I said as offered him a sandwich which I've eaten as well earlier.

"Merci"

As he enjoyed the sandwich I made for him. I started preparing all the equipments and tools will need for today. I started washing and clearing our station before our instructor arrives.

As the door slam open, winter air entered the room however as both our instructor step in, the cold air vanished and the h.e.l.l flames surrounded us. Even though I been around them for almost 3 months I still get the jitters around them.

"Everyone get ready, you have 90 minutes to prepare this."

This is how are calls normally start. A battle of skills and taste. They don't explain things anymore unlike before. This time its up to us to create the dish and make sure it sued their taste. As everyone panic to prepare the dishes me and Jose are normally just calm. I'll normally get all the ingredients while Jose check the recipe and prepare all the necessary preparation like preheating the oven or boiling water. As we both wash all the ingredients and slice them up. We started working on different dishes and trust each other judgement when it comes to the taste.

90 minutes pa.s.sed it is time to taste the dishes all of us have made. As the instructor inspect each dishes around and provide feedback to us. There will always be negative and positive comments as long as they don't throw the dish in the air. This time me and Jose pa.s.sed with high remarks.

For the last 60 minutes the instructor would show us techniques in preparing different dishes which we will then use within this week course. We can't take videos nor take down notes but we must remember what the instructor are doing by heart. For some its quite a challenge and for me as well. Thats why normally when I get home. I'll buy all the necessary ingredients and practice it by myself even though sometimes I feel like I forgot something important but the important thing is I got the basics down.

It was already noon and before heading to Mr. Davis office. I decide to have a quite lunch with Jose and informed him about the business since he will be the one helping me out, along with one of his old friends.

After lunch I went directly to the company where Mr. Davis was working at. The company was huge and I was staring to feel anxious again. As I notice people coming in and out, I even saw some celebrities which frighten me more. I felt like backing out at the last minute and didn't know what to do.
