After wiping out the rest of the goblin cavalry, the wraith knight turns his attention towards the goblin engineers that were the only ones left alive in the main hall. He immediately commanded his remaining skeleton warriors to attack the group on the left while he charges towards the group on the right that had already pinned down another gargoyle.

"Stopped!" A sudden scream from ledge above could be heard, as a shadow could be seen leaping off and smashing into the group of skeleton warriors.

"So there you were." the wraith knight looked over at the sudden ruckus.

After killing the goblin engineers in his area the wraith knight turns towards the goblin lord that had already destroyed one of the skeleton warriors and is currently facing the other 2 remaining skeleton warriors.

Sensing something was wrong, the goblin lord turned around and managed to blocked a head on lance charge attack from the wraith knight just in the nick of time with it's shield.

"Arghhh" the goblin lord groaned as it was being pushed back by the impact of the charge.

The wraith knight got off his horse and begin taking a stance readying to strike at any moment. When the goblin lord recovered from his shocked it took a step forward and took a stance with his sword and shield, as both of them were in a death stare.

"THUNK.... BANG"

From the sudden breaking noise, the goblin knight rushes forward with his sword raised above it's head while it's shield was protecting it's entire body with it's eyes barely showing. It strike down with all it's remaining strength at the wraith knight.

"Hmmp," as though a small smirk appeared on the wraith knight, a shield appeared just in a nick of time to blocked the incoming strike of the goblin lord.

The goblin lord jumped backwards fearing a counter attack would follow, as it suddenly realized that the spear the wraith knight was using had disappeared and he is currently wielding a sword and shield as well.

"Tch, I missed." the wraith knight made a tongue clicking noise as his sword was at the position where the goblin lord would have been if it didn't jump back in time.

Within a breathe of time span, the wraith knight instantaneous leaped towards the goblin lord using his entire body weight to shield slam the goblin lord.

"BAMMM!" As the two shield smacked against each other and the goblin lord flew backwards and was knocked down to the ground.

"To think that we are both the same ranking monster," the goblin lord said in a soft voice before standing up and yelling at the wraith knight in anger, "HOW AM I GETTING MANHANDLED BY YOU?"

"Really, I wonder?" the wraith lord looks at the goblin lord without a concern, muttering words could be heard as bone spears begin forming and flew towards the goblin lord.

"How are you doing that?", shocked by what it was seeing it begin questioning why the wraith knight could use a different cla.s.s skill.

"Boom!" the impact of one of the bone spear that flew over had destroyed the battered shield that the goblin lord was using which had cracks formed due to the constant attacks from the wraith knight. While another bone spear barely graze pa.s.sed the goblin lord's shoulder, as fresh blood could be seen slowly running down it's arm.

"Hmmm, I am just using what I learnt, is it wrong?" the wraith knight replied casually, tilting his head in confusion as he looks at the goblin lord.

"Only the dungeon master can teach skills to a monster, HOW COULD YOU SUCH A WEAK MONSTER LIKE ME GET THE GRACE OF A DUNGEON MASTER?" the goblin lord roared at the wraith knight as though it was being mocked.

"Pttf, cause I am one?" the wraith knight replied as he begin casting the next set of spells, ice bolts and bone spears begin forming around him and he started firing them off towards the goblin lord instantly as they finished forming.

Shocked by his words, the goblin lord eyes enlarged, but it immediately closes them, gritted it's teeth and knelt down preparing for the impact as it realized the magic projectiles were closing in. It uses it's hands to block the incoming magic projectiles to decrease the total surface area so as to receive the minimum amount of damage that it would have had taken.

"Hmmm, they broke through, time to retreat." the wraith knight walked back towards his horse and retreated back into the gloomy hallway.

Wondering what he was saying, the goblin lord opened it's eyes and saw a thin blue film in front of it. It watches as the wraith knight's figure faded into the hallway and it's army rushing forward into the main hall and attacked the remaining skeletons and gargoyles. While another group headed towards the ledges to destroy the rest.

"My Lord, are you alright?" a goblin knight approaches the goblin lord for the side, while the head of the goblin mage sat down in exhaustion behind it.

"That was the dungeon master, that was the dungeon master." The goblin lord mumbles to itself while still being in shocked of what had just happened.

Seeing a fire storm appeared above the battering ram, the head of the goblin mage decided to leave half of it's platoon to protect the entrance as it brought the rest to the front line where the battering ram is.

Just barely making it, it had managed to prevent the backup battering ram from getting set aflame. Realizing that the mages had come to support with mana barriers, the engineers immediately pulled the burning ram to the side where the arrow slits still had skeleton archers and mages firing spells and arrows out of them, the smoke caused by the burning ram had manage to cover the view from the arrow slits. As the magic spells and arrows that were fired from the arrow slits in the following moments were rarely hitting their main troops.

As the first iron gate had already been breached, the goblins could see that their lord is struggling against the wraith knight from the other side of the second gate. Realizing that their lord is in danger the head of the goblin mage begin ordered some of it's mages to start casting fire bolts and blasting onto the second iron gate during the gap time when the battering ram is being pulled back. The remaining goblin mages were task to continued casting mana barrier above their head to protect them from getting bombarded from the top by the skeleton archers and mages.

Within minutes, a small gap appeared in the second gate, seeing their lord had lost it's only protection it's shield, the head mage squeeze through the gap heading into the main hall, rushing directly behind it's lord to cast a mana barrier to protect it from the incoming magic projectiles. Not long after, the second gate was broken through, it could see the wraith knight retreating, while their foot soldiers begin rushing in and heading towards the remaining skeleton warriors. The last of the main hall engineers had managed to pinned down the last gargoyle.

After the remaining skeletons and gargoyles were destroyed, the head mage begin consolidating the number of injuries and fatality.

"My lord, there are a total of 180 over troops that are fighting fit, while there are over 20 that are heavily injured. Though we lost part of the archer platoon, the mage platoon are still intact." the head mage reported to the goblin lord after it had calmed down.

"We need to destroy that wraith knight, that's the dungeon master of this dungeon." The goblin lord looks towards the head mage and said.

"Is the entrance of the dungeon secured?" The goblin lord asked.

"Yes, at the moment, I had a platoon of foot soldier guarding half of my platoon of mages. It seems like they could cast some large scale area spell without having the castor nearby. Though the spell seems to take a lot longer to form which had allow us to protect ourselves with the mana barrier in time." The head goblin mage explained to the goblin lord.

"Alright, sent those that are heavily injured back to the camp while the rest of us will push on into the dungeon. How much mp does the mages left?" the goblin lord asked.

"My lord, all of them still have half of their mp left. I'll get a group to escort the injured back to the camp." The head goblin mage replied.

After an hour of reorganizing the army, the pikemen platoon were to spearhead the entire army as they begin making their way into the hallway and down into the bowels of the dungeon.

After the head goblin mage send off the injured, the swamp suddenly begin to fog up. Soft groaning could be heard, thinking that it was coming from their injured the head goblin mage didn't give much thought to it as it began following the rest of the army into the hallway.
