Pure malice.

Evilness.

Wickedness.

Monstrosity.

A being born of pure scorn towards all things.

Towards life and death, existence.

Chaos was the unevenness of all creation, where everything converged into endless destruction and disarray.

And where there was also nothing, as empty as the void.

To become the embodiment of such an element was to be tormented for all eternity.

Incapable of dying.

Incapable of feeling.

Incapable of loving.

Incapable of hating.

Incapable of being happy.

Chaos was chaos, destruction and the disarray of all matter and anti-matter, of existence and nonexistence.

For eons, she was used as a tool by the Ancient G.o.ds, those that summoned this girl from another world, attaching her to the Concept of Chaos, and transforming her into the Avatar of an Element that should have never been brought to this world.

Undying and invincible, and yet weak and unable to use her powers, she was used, her strength drained away as the Ancient G.o.ds used the power of Chaos to even out their War against the t.i.tans and the Dragons for the conquest of Yggdrasil.

She, much like Pandemonium, suffered from hundreds of thousands of years, or perhaps millions of years.

Until everything changed.

When the Concept of Chaos finally blossomed after her agony condensed and compressed within her soul and body for hundreds of thousands of years.

The Chaotic Realm was born, out of her very heart, a world of her own dreams, where she fantasized she could live happily, back with her family, back to her world.

This dream, this idea of living in happiness twisted itself through the endless chaos of her powers, becoming an endless dimension where monstrosities were born.

And once her world was finally created, Yggdrasil was flooded by Chaotic Beings, spreading Miasma and distorting reality and the elements of the world.

Yggdrasil, which had just barely survived its destruction and merged together into a gigantic world, was once more in great danger.

If it wasn't thanks to these Heroes that were summoned to help by the brother of Oberon, a Reincarnated Soul born with the Concept of Summoning, the world of Yggdrasil would have been condemned to its destruction.

A destruction that both Chaos and Pandemonium hoped for since the moment they stepped out of the chambers they were kept for eons in endless torture, where their powers were extracted.

Why would they want to live in this world?

A world that summoned them out of nowhere.

A world that took them away from their simple lives as humans from Earth.

A world that twisted their very existences, turning them into monsters that could no longer feel like humans at all.

A world that only brought them pain.

There was no longer any empathy left, except for one another.

Their sanity was gone, and in their insanity, both embraced each other. Through their pain, they learned to love each other.

"You're like me..."

They held hands together, smiling at one another, perhaps for the first time in millions of years.

Their minds and souls twisted beyond insanity; they saw everything else than themselves as abhorrent.

"Let's destroy the world together, Chaos."

"Yes, Pan! Let's do it... Let's kill everyone... And then ourselves."

"Yeah, sounds good. Once everything is gone, we can rejoin them in the void itself."

"Our powers are the only ones capable of destroying one another... We are each other's weakness." "How poetic, don't you think?"

"I do...!"

Recalling that moment, the first moment where Pandemonium ever felt love, the King of all Demons fell through an endless sea of darkness.

His eyes slowly opened amidst the darkness, which felt like cold water embracing his entire

body.

"Chaos..."

He slowly opened his crimson eyes, glancing up into the sea of darkness, as he saw the girl floating above, her broken wings growing larger.

"Pan... Are you okay?"

Pandemonium slowly extended his hand towards her cute face, caressing her black as charcoal

skin, and smiling lightly.

"Yeah, I am fine... I just... I can't believe... I lost... I promised you I would win... I promised you that you would not even need to step out... I am... I am a failure... I've always have been... a failure... nothing but

a failure..."

Pandemonium, the ruthless G.o.d of all demons, started crying.

Chaos knew that he wasn't just talking about this, but of his previous life, of how much of a failure he thought of himself.

Hated by his parents, considered a delinquent in his neighborhood, he never had a real friend, he was never truly loved.

He had a bad att.i.tude and people tended to always stay away from him, even when he felt the

loneliest.

"No, Pan..."

Chaos smiled lightly, caressing his face and hugging him with her thin arms, Pandemonium felt her coldness, which felt refreshing, as his body was always incredibly hot.

"Would you forgive me?"

He looked at her eyes, which shone with black light, the girl nodded, smiling.

"You didn't do anything wrong, Pan... Your intentions were good... I know because I am inside your

heart... You aren't a failure either."

"I am not?"

"No... Everyone that ever said that are in the wrong. They never got to know the kind heart you

have..."

"Chaos... I don't deserve someone like you..."

"Oh, but you do... We deserve one another, we are the only ones that understand each other after all...

We are... one."

"Yeah... We are one..."

They held hands, as they kissed while drowning through the endless darkness. Their souls

merged together, as the powers of Chaos intensified, her manifestation became stronger, and

even more physical.

"Don't worry about anything, dear... I'll take care of things."

"Thank you..." Pandemonium's consciousness slowly melted away, turning into blood-like liquid, and then

being absorbed by Chaos.

"You'll be my heart now, Pan..."

She slowly opened her eyes, looking at Drake beneath her, the clouds above her twisting

around, spreading darkness everywhere.

"It has been eons since I have awakened from my slumber... The world has changed a lot. But it's all

the same. A terrible world. One that doesn't deserve to exist."

She glanced down at Drake and everyone else.

"I'll destroy this world, but I will start with you. I will kill you and your loved ones first."
