I soon heard footsteps enter my room and then I felt a hand pat my head.

I cried even harder due to a different reason.

Ah, yes. Kinata came to save me.

The reason why I cried was because Popo tried to comfort me. Having someone who's basically a pedophile comfort me feels absolutely disgusting.

I calmed myself down and stopped crying due to the entrance of Kinata.

By the time I entered the dining room, everyone was staring at me. By everyone I mean the children, the hired teachers, the priests and even the nuns.

Shortly after I was taken away by people in purple robes and bid my fairwell to everyone in the orphanage.

As I was being taken away Kinata bid me fairwell.

A few hours later I arrived, and was taken off the carriage. As I was being led to the area the affinity check was being taken place in I noticed something.

There are stares filled with blood l.u.s.t.

I kept walking while ignoring this and was told to wait in line. Some people are being carried by their parents, maids and some are even by themselves. I patiently waited in line and then a distruption happened.

"Bahaha, look everyone! It's someone without an affinity!"(???)

I'm not even going to try to sugar coat this. He's fat. Well, more importantly someone without an affinity?

I looked and gazed at the little girl who's cowering in fear.

She reminds me of a co-worker I had in my previous life. My co-worker was always nervous and had anxiety. She never stopped cowering in fear until I forcefully made her to open up to me. Ahh... Good times.

Afterwards I snapped out of my reminiscence state, and walked to this fatty. This fatty had round ears, was blond and had blue eyes.

The little girl cowering in fear looked up at me. The little girl's eyes opened wide. The little girl had brunette hair which exteneded to the nape of neck, and blue eyes. This face looks familiar, I wonder where have I seen it?

The fat slob tried to punch me, and since his punch was so slow I stepped to the right. His punch missed my head.

Looks like I instantly replied. Well, I expect nothing less of myself. In my previous life formalities were troublesome so I never tried them.

Alphonso kneeled at the sight of her, however I could see him licking the girl's body with his eyes. Alphonso then noticed i wasn't also kneeling. This scene looks odd.

"How dare you not kneel?!"(Alphonso)

To be frank, the fat slob's voice is irritating.

"Can you please just shut that thing you call a mouth. It's poisoning my ears."(Zail)

"Tch"(Alphonso)

Alphonso's face grew red as he cursed his situation.

"Now then, as you requested young lad, this farce is over."(Zail)

The light element is one of the most desired affinities due to the benefits. Light can heal, defend, attack and the most desired characteristic of light is that it speeds up the cast time when in the presence of the sun. I know this because of Tomoyo's lessons.

Soon it became my turn. The man looked at me in disgust as I walked into the affinity check room. I was told to touch a black orb, and so I did. Then something appeared in the air.

Soon after it appeared in the air the mage who was viewing this had his mouth open wide in shock.

I have various things to retort but for starters, what the h.e.l.l. Sealed? What's this c.r.a.p, I only have two non sealed affinities, one is a non attribute affinity and the other is unexaminable. Moreover What's a crest. Racial affinity I can guess but, crest?

So it means it'll be viewable on my status board, huh. I'll just engrave it on my neck, because it may be possible to extract it from my back, also since information can determind how long I live, I'd rather keep it close to somewhere that makes it hard to extract because I'll obviously be able to see whose trying to extract it.
