After a moment of thinking I tried to sit up, but realized that my limbs was tied to the bed with ropes, and that I was not in my room. Unable to do anything else I looked around and found out that I was in what seems to be a girl's bedroom.

While I was looking for a means of escape I saw Isabelle standing next to the door, so I asked

"You're in my room."

"Why?"
