"Wow girlfriend, well it's nice to meet you. You look gorgeous" Nathan says with a big grin. "Thank you" Katie responds. "Hi Miss Song, its lovely see you. Or I guess I should call you Katie or would you prefer sister in law" Catherine says with a smirk and a wink making Katie blush.
"Catherine don't make her uncomfortable" James says seeing his blushing girlfriend. "She is going to need to prepare herself for the storm because she is working over here" Catherine says as she points her chin at Ruby who is walking in there.
"Hey guys, Catherine you didn't tell me your brother was coming tonight. It's nice to see you James" Ruby walks over saying, ignoring the girl holding unto James.
"Hi Miss Xie it's good to see you, this is my girlfriend Katie." He pauses and turns to look at Katie tenderly, "and Katie this is the young miss of the Xie family" James says emphasizing on the type of formal relationship they have.
"James no need to polite, I'm pretty she knows we dated. Don't act like we haven't lain naked in each other's arms." Ruby says without any shame.
"Haaahaa, oh my. This is great" Catherine and Nathan laugh while watching the show from the side.
"Ruby don't go too far" James warns in a stern voice. "James its okay" Katie tenderly says, "miss Xie you might have been together at some point or seen each other naked but you clearly weren't good enough for my James so he had to get someone better " Katie pause and smiles, "but miss Xie there is no need to be bitter. People need move on from past mistakes" Katie says while still smiling warmly.
"Haaahaaaa" Catherine and Nathan burst laughing once again. "Okay, how about we go get a drink, come on Katie let me introduce you to other people" Catherine murmurs then drags Katie away. James and Nathan follow suit leaving a fuming Ruby behind.
"I want you to meet young master Gu, or you can call him Jeremy he is really laid back" Catherine says as they walk towards the beach.
"Hey Jeremy, come over I want you to meet someone" James calls out to Jeremy who is now walking over.
"Hey guys, and who is…" Jeremy couldn't finish his sentence when he saw the girl with them.
