Aaron was still sitting on bed right in front of Hayley but right now he was looking straight into her eyes. That makes Hayley blush and she averted her gaze. Aaron said "I want to tell you about everything that is related to me and Rachel, but before that I want you to know" while saying this Aaron extended his right hands towards Hayley's right hand and hold it and continued "that I like you, I want to be with you and I will protect you and cherish you forever if you choose to stay with me." When Hayley heard this she felt world around her had stopped spinning and she could feel everything in slow motion and everything that Aaron said just right now she could feel those words ringing in her ears on repeat mode.

She blinked twice thrice till she forgets how many times she blinked to confirm that she was not dreaming. Aaron had dreamed thousand different reactions that would Hayley gave after knowing that he likes her but he never imagined that she would not believe that he likes her. He applied some pressure on Hayley's right hand which he was holding in his to make her believe that whatever she heard was right. When it was confirmed to Hayley that Aaron actually said that he likes her and all of that, she sprung towards him. She puts her hands around him and hugged him. This took Aaron by surprise again but he felt extremely good he felt same electric shock ran through his body when Hayley hugged him for the first in the aquarium. "Is that a yes?" Aaron asked, he wants to confirm it from Hayley. Hayley nodded without leaving him. He could feel her head moving and he knew that it was a yes. After a while he separated Hayley from himself although he didn't want to but he still had many things to say.

He saw Hayley smiling brightly at him and blushing all at the same time and he felt his breath got hitched. He paused for a very long time and Hayley could see he was struggling internally, so she said "Aaron! it didn't matter much to me what your past hold, unless or until you don't want to go back to that past, I am ready to face it with you." When Aaron heard that he didn't know what to say to this girl, this girl is full of surprises. She can be child in one moment and in second she becomes very mature person, she is like water, she takes the shape of utensil, thought Aaron.

"Are you sure?" Aaron asked to which Hayley nodded again. "Tell me whenever you are ready, till then lets enjoy life as it comes" Hayley added. This brought a smile on Aaron's face he just don't like this girl he is in love with her but he will only tell her this when he had already dealt with his past. But he will make sure that Hayley would never get hurt in all of this. He smiled at her and got up from his seat Hayley thought that he was leaving and that made her face fall but when she saw him coming to stand beside her she stared at him. He signaled her to scoot over and before she could realize what was happening she had already shifted to other side of bed and left some s.p.a.ce for Aaron to sit.

It was late at night and everyone was in their respective rooms and Aaron was still in Hayley's room staring at the sleeping beauty beside him he was still sitting on the bed but Hayley had fallen asleep long time back and now she was smiling in her sleep and holding his hand in hers as if seeking comfort from it as if holding hands will make her believe that she was not dreaming and Aaron was happy to provide that comfort and a.s.surance.
