Caleb was in adjacent room form Hayley so he thought he should just check on Hayley to see if she was alright. When he walked out from his room he saw Aaron standing in front of Hayley's room. He took a step back inside his room but he didn't closed the door and continue to peep out and then he saw Aaron entering in Hayley's room after that Caleb also came out and came to stand at Hayley's door, Aaron didn't locked the door properly when he entered room so it was little bit open and through that creak Caleb could see Aaron sitting on Hayley's bed.
