The Kings 25 Sweet Cold Appearance Amelia!

Oh, my sweet cold appearance Amelia! The bandages on my knees were coming apart already. Tsk, tsk, I could tell Chen Jian must have never helped anyone with an injury before.

See, everything can be taken care of at home. No need to go to the hospital and waste money! I would never understand why there is a need to go to the hospital for small injuries like in those dramas.

Amelia peeled off my bandages to clean up the wounds again. She was ten times gentler than Chen Jian too. It didn't sting or hurt when she finished cleaning it up. I knew I should have come home instead of going with him.

"I missed you so much, Amelia!" I hugged her and pretended to weep on her shoulders. "Promise me to never leave my side. Never ever!"

Tang Liang who was sitting next to me gave a look of disgust. "It was you who left her here."

"Was I talking to you?" I snapped, hmph, he would never understand the bond between us.

"Miss, you're not allowed to wet your bandages until it heals. In the meantime, you must only shower from above the knee and up." Amelia began listing out what I should and shouldn't do for the time being.

Ack, she sounds like my mother! So I just nodded my head that I heard her every "should and shouldn't do." Although, I wasn't sure how I was going to shower from the knee up only. I guess I'll figure it out when the time comes, hopefully.

Even so, I am thankful to have Amelia in my life. Amelia was my one and only maid who I would take along wherever I go. However, she is more than just a maid to me, she is like a little sister to me.

It all started long ago when I came upon a six-year-old girl who was laying on the ground in a dark alleyway. She wore a thin red shirt, shorts, and without a coat on when it was freezing cold. She didn't have shoes on either. The little girl had cuts on her arms and legs, and her injuries wouldn't stop bleeding.

As a six-year-old child too, I thought I came upon a dead body for the very first time. I was afraid to go near her, but I couldn't bear to leave her laying there either.

"Hey... Are you okay?" I asked, pushing the little girl's shoulder a few time, but I didn't get a response. My hands felt sticky and moist after touching her by the shoulder. Turns out the shirt wasn't colored red, but it was dyed red by her blood. "Hey! Wake up!"

I began to shake the little girl's body vigorously in hoping it'll wake her up. Finally, I heard a tiny groan coming from her, and her small body on the ground weakly shivered due to the cold. Without hesitating, I took off my pink coat to cover her freezing body. I was too busy panicking that I forgot how cold it was for myself.

"Anong, I told you not to go off by yourself!" Ten-year-old Mu Yi panted, coming around the corner running out of breath.

He was running back and forth on the streets looking for Anong who had disappeared. They were here for the Christmas parade, so that means there are a lot of people. Therefore, Mu Yi had specifically told Anong to not let go of his hand. Somehow, she still got swipe away when they were walking.

"Older brother Yi!" I cried out in relief, running up to him.

Mu Yi's eyes shrank when he saw blood on her fingers, and she wasn't wearing her little pink coat too.

"Anong!" Mu Yi ran up to Anong to check her chubby little fingers, "Are you hurt? Where are you hurt?"

"Not me, her." I pointed to the little girl laying on the ground. "Please help her!"

Mu Yi bent down and put two of his fingers near her nose. He breathed out in relief when he felt warm air coming out from her nose. Although she needed help as soon as possible, her breathing was becoming weaker by the second.

"Young master Yi, did you find miss Anong?" Bulter Kang who served the Mu household came rushing over when he spotted Mu Yi. When he spotted me standing behind Mu Yi, he also did the exact same thing Mu Yi did when he saw me. "Thank goodness you're unharmed."

"Bulter Kang, please bring this girl to the hospital right away." Mu Yi order, taking off his own coat and putting it on Anong whose body went cold already.

"Yes, sir." Bulter Kang obeyed, taking the little girl who came to be known as Amelia in his arms.

Bulter Kang took a taxi and headed towards the direction of the hospital. While Mu Yi took me to a nearby cafe to warm up, not before taking me into the woman bathroom.

"W-wait, you can't go in here!" My five-year-old self pushed Mu Yi towards the direction of the man bathroom.

"Dummy, it's you who needs to clean up. Did you want your older brothers to see you like this?" Mu Yi scolded Anong who didn't know any better.

Those overly protective brothers of Anong will freak out once they saw the blood on her fingers. Even his heart almost stopped when she came running at him with those b.l.o.o.d.y fingers.

"What are you giggling about?" Mu Yi asked, cleaning off the blood on her hands and clothes.

Anong wrapped her small hand on Mu Yi's fingers, "I just had a feeling you'll come for me!"

Mu Yi blushed, "Let's go back already. Your brothers were about to rip off my head because of you."

"Okay!" I cheerfully opened the bathroom door and skipped a few steps ahead of Mu Yi.

"Dummy, of course, I'll come for you." Mu Yi murmured walking behind Anong. "I'll always come for you."
