The Kings 16 Literally Impossible

I glided my pointer finger on his eyebrows, his nose, and his lips. Mu Yi eyebrows twitched as though he felt my touch. What a realistic dream this is. I never noticed that he had such beautiful long eyelashes that had a natural curl.

Mu Yi opened his eyes, and gave me a sleepy smile, "Good morning, wifey."

My eyes widen, probably almost falling out of my eye socket.

"Ahhh!" I screamed, kicking him off the bed.

The kick was rather powerful that it sent the unprepared Mu Yi flying off the bed. He clutched his stomach showing a painful expression. Mu Yi sat on the floor shirtless with only his pants on.

"Can't believe how strong your kick is when you're so small. Are you trying to kill your hubby?"

Mu Yi was tall like a model, but it wasn't like I was short either. Just that he was much taller than me, so I looked pet.i.te and small. Also, I didn't mean to kick Mu Yi that hard either, it was a natural reflex. Unexpectedly my inner strength came out with that kick too.

"Hah, wifey and hubby?" I scoffed.

"I like the sound of that," Mu Yi held his chin and nodded his head in approval.

I could never win a verbal fight against Mu Yi. What the heck.

"What are you doing here?"

"I was cold." Mu Yi replied, not looking the slightest that he was "cold."

It was literally impossible to be cold this time of the month! I gave him my spare pillow with a decent blanket last night. My blanket was much thinner than the one I had given him. Furthermore, he used my blanket to cover himself sleeping next to me.

"I needed your body warmth, not the blanket," Mu Yi grinned, with an innocent look that he did nothing wrong. It was like he could read what was going through my mind.

"Get out!" I growled, throwing my only pillow in retaliation to his shamelessness.

"And after I kept you warm all night long." Mu Yi grieved like he was the victim and I was the one who forced him into bed with me. Mu Yi picked up the pillow and approached me who was sitting on the bed. He fluffed out the pillow before setting it back in its original place. "Okay, I'll leave."

A part of me was ready to fight back if he tried anything. I have never been taken advantage of so many times, and it was done by one person too!

I lowered my guards when I heard Mu Yi was willing to leave obediently. After placing the pillow on the bed, he turned around. Seizing me by the chin, his lips that I was touching a moment ago landed on mine.

"Not before I get my morning kiss," Mu Yi smirked mischievous with a wink and walked out of my room nonchalantly.

I was all prepared in case I was taken advantage of, but I still got taken advantage of at the end. Waah! I wailed inside my heart.

It was unfortunate that my bedroom door couldn't be locked last night either. Why? My door does not come with a lock! Ugh, this place is indeed a run down apartment. It was never an issued before since I lived alone. I didn't think Mu Yi would come in after I had fallen asleep. I even told myself to be a light sleeper in case anything happens. Who knew I would be sleeping like the dead.

'Ring, Ring, Ring'

I grabbed my phone from my stand, it was my supervisor Yin Bo who was calling me. What did she want? I don't believe she wants me back after what happened yesterday. I picked up her call to hear what she had to say.

"Yun Anong, I need you back at the set today!"

I could hear the desperation coming from Yin Bo's voice.

"Why? I thought it was just yesterday due to short staff."

The line went quiet for a second before Yin Bo replied back, "I just need you here! I expect to see you at the set on time."

With that, Yin Bo hung up before I could reject her. Although I don't have much of a right to refuse her since her position was higher than mine. Sigh, I thought today will be a better day. Am I being punished for my past life!

I put on whatever my hands touched first in my closet. I walked out of the room to find Mu Yi wearing a new outfit. He wore a grey suit with a blue necktie, and his dark black hair slicked back. I didn't have to ask how he got that outfit, most likely his a.s.sistant stopped by.

"Should we go together?" Mu Yi reached out his hand for me to take it. Very tempting indeed.

"I rather not." Together, my a.s.s! Calling for me in front of everyone and walking out together from his office caused an uproar already. I put on my shoes and opened the door. "Also, please never call for me ever again unless it's an emergency."

I calmly walked out and closed the door behind me. I didn't wait for Mu Yi response or him.
