Anton watched the way Sky's sisters were around her, asking her if she was ok . He alone understands her sadness . He found his way to where she was standing and told Brianna and Jenna that he's got this . He took Sky away from the crowd to a corner and asked her if she was alright .

Yeah Kosi got her real good . Sky didn't want anyone to worry about her so she put a smile on her face as Anton asked her if she was ok .

"I'm fine Anton, I was just surprised . Kosi just want to prove that she's better than me, I don't think she knows my relationship with Neto . "

"Sky you don't have to pretend with me . I know how you feel about Neto . I'll look into it and if she really knows about you and Neto and did this on purpose, I'll deal with her . n.o.body messes with my bestie Sky . Sky thanked everyone and a.s.sured them she was alright . She excused herself and went to use the restroom .

Neto was in the hotel's lounge relaxing while the party was going on . Kosi's father Mr Uche own plots of lands in nice locations in the city and around the country . Mr Greyson wants to do a big project and needs Mr Uche's land but alot of people are bidding for the land so he decided to use Neto cause he found out the man had a daughter who wasn't a married . Kosi had told him she needed a date for her party today . He came late and refused to go in until she texted him, telling him, she needed his help with something . When he got into the hall, he tried not to stand too close to her but when she took his hand and dragged him to her side, the words she said shocked him . Neto was so shocked by her outburst that he could only stand still and look at her . It was only when he heard the crowd cheering that he got himself back . He whispered into her ears telling her that they need to talk . With that he walked out of the party without looking at anyone .

Dwayne was delayed at the gate cause the party was a private one in a private property and he didn't have an invite . It was only when he showed the man an article of him and Sky being together, did he allow him in .

But as he drove in, he saw the person he was looking for drive out in speed as if he was being chased . He quickly reversed and followed the car .

Sky sighed as she gave the taxi driver the direction of her house . She had used bathroom break as an excuse to leave the party . She wasn't alright . The man she's been trying to make hers is now willingly a fiance to another woman . She thought Neto loved her . "Does this mean she's a total failure when it comes to relationship?" This question kept repeating itself in her head .

"Sky hugged her baby b.u.mp and said . "Don't worry sweetpea, I'll raise you alone . We don't need him, or anybody else . Sky tried to stop herself from thinking about Neto but she couldn't . She was hurting . She felt this tightness around her chest . She even hurt more than she did, when Ruky left her . She really is in love with the mad man .

Sky wiped her eyes to prevent the tears from falling . She couldn't explain why she was so emotional . "I'll be fine . " She said out loud . I just need sometime alone . Through out the drive to her house, Sky's mind was on Neto, how he tells her repeatedly that he dreads marriage and commitment cause he fears he'll be like his father .

As the taxi driver dropped her at home . She thanked the man and quickly rushed inside . She couldn't wait to get out of her dress, so she strated undressing the moment she got into the house .

She looked around her room for a big Polo but she couldn't find any, some of them were dirty and the rest belonged to Neto . She quickly went to Anton's room and borrowed one of his polo . She put on her bike pants and jacket, grabbed her helmet and went to the garage .

She wanted air, fresh air and she wanted to be alone . She knows if her family and friend finds out she isn't at the party anymore, They'll rush home and even call her mom . So she decided to go for a ride to clear her head . She dropped her phone with her major line at home and carried her small phone with her . She quickly put her helmet on her head and rode off .

Mrs Onome laughed at something Mrs Angela said as they watched their favourite TV programme together . She had decided to pay her friend a visit this evening since most of her kids were out . Grams and Mavis promised to look after Beverly and Tega so she decided to use this time to visit her friend .

Sky decide to go to the isolated road just close to the sugar factory . Vehicles barely pa.s.s through that place especially at night . It was quite and peaceful, she could only hear the birds and insect . She decided to remove her helmet so she could feel the wind on her face and hair . She increased her speed and drove into the night . What she wasn't expecting was a big truck in the middle of the road .

There was no sign on the road, indicating a spoilt vehicle up ahead, neither was there any leaf on the road like the locals do to let people know of a faulty car . There was no light coming from the truck and the road didn't have lights .

Sky was Almost close to the truck before she spotted it . She tried to swerve to avoid colliding with the truck but she stepped on something slippery like grease and she lost control . Before she could stop the bike, she was already off the road, going down a hill, heading towards a big rock . She tried to avoid hitting anything big in particular but she couldn't control the bike anymore . She closed her eyes as her bike headed straight for the rock . She said a prayer as she let go of the bike and felt herself fly away from her bike .

"Is this the end of the road for me?" Sky thought to herself as she felt herself in the air . Sky braced herself . Hugging her tummy as she awaited what was to come .
