Fei Shuang couldn't help but feel sad. She was the reason why her Nainai was taken to an old age home. If only she stupidly didn't follow her ex and moved to Beijing, she would be the one taking care of her Nainai. "Alright Nainai. Take care." Fei Shuang smiled as she looked at her grandma with longing eyes.

Thus, finally, her grandma ended the call. Fei Shuang couldn't help but sigh in relief.

Her grandmother had been pestering her about getting married for over two years now. Her Grandma never liked her Caofeng because she believed he took her away from her. She couldn't help but wonder why her Nainai spoke such nonsense all the time. She even disgraced her in front of Mr Shen! How can she face him now after he had listened to all their conversations? "I believe that at the beginning of your session, I should typically invite you to share what's been going on in your life,what's on your mind, what's bothering you, or whether there are any goals you'd like to discuss but I didn't. And it's because i think you're not ready to share this kind of information with me that's why i didn't ask. It seems like you past has made a huge damage in your life and you're not ready to face your present.

And i know that this is your first time attending physical therapy which result in a high level of anxiety; however, you should avoid worrying. It's really bad for your health which concluded to low blood pressure and that's why I'll postpone the treatment until tomorrow morning even tho your injuries need early treatment for best results. But right now,we'll conduct a few examinations and be focusing on measuring impairments that maybe affected by your injury."

Fei Shuang only nodded as her response. She couldn't find the courage to speak. What Mr Shen said was absolutely right! She was a coward who still can't face her fears. Her past has affected her life in so many ways.

She got help getting changed into a hospital gown by the nurses working under Mr Shen's office. His staff consists of nurses,receptionists and some new doctors.

Mr Shen took common measurements which include; palpation, Range Of Motion (ROM) measurements,tests of strength, functional mobility, balance and neurological screening tests.

During the examination, Li Chu gave clear instructions about what to expect and what to do.

"Your session will be tailored by your condition and pain level, and include a combination of stretching, strengthening, aerobic conditioning and moderate exercises. You might feel increased over a joint, in a general body region or within the muscles. We'll try our very best to help limit further damage and shorten recovery time."

After the exam was complete,Li Chu devised treatment plans including exercise,manipulation, and other modalities to reduce pain, increase her ability body and heal from her injury.

He further explained the time it'll take for each therapy session which would depend on the progress made by the patient. It typically lasts from 30-60 minutes each; from one to many times of the week but in her own case,it'll be three times a week from 8 am.

After making all the preparations and all important informations were given to Fei Shuang,she helped get redressed to her actual outfit. She bid farewell to Mr Shen and the other staffs, and was escorted out of the emergency department by Miss Long. To her surprise, Angel was sleeping at the moment.

Fei Shuang didn't want to disturb ZhenZhu since she only lasted for 3 hours in the hospital so she decided to stay for a while. She went on a tour with Miss Long and explored the hospital from department to department.

She was accompanied out of the hospital again with Miss Long and Angel who was still sleeping soundly to view it's beautiful scenery. Beijing Jishuitan hospital was indeed a palace garden like hospital. She was restricted from going outside the hospital during her stay in the hospital. The tall and broad trees grew all around the hospital, giving it a beautiful view and made warm and cool shades below. Fei Shuang couldn't help but stare at a bird who flew and landed right on one of the tree branches. The bird was now feeding it's chicks. Fei Shuang foolishly stared at them with loving eyes. Her mouth formed an 'aww' expression as she continuously kept her gaze on the baby chicks.

Little did she know that there was a man in one of the floors glancing at her through the window.
