The Destined Encounter 69 Chapter 3: Things That The Mind Forgo

h.e.l.lo guys another update for you people ?. I know you got lots of questions hopefully I could answer it one by one through each chapters I upload. Thank you for all the support and love. I really appreciate it. Also I will try to fulfill my 3 Chapters Sat.u.r.day to you guys but if somehow I won't be able to fulfill it then please forgive me ? as I'm still healing right now. I am in so much better shape right now than the pa.s.s few days but I'm getting better it's just the dizzy spells but hoping and praying that too will heal completely.

Shock were written all over Tiana's face. She could not understand anything. Why Chester called her auntie and most of all why does he introduce himself as Kian. When she finally get back to herself she hold Chester by his both shoulders as she question him. "Don't you recognize me Chester? It's me your mother." Tiana said desperately but all she could see in Chester's eyes are confusion and questions but nevertheless she still pushes through by questioning him.

"I'm your mother don't you remember me? What happened to you? Why didn't you contact us? Why? We have been looking for your after all these years!" Tiana is getting desperate with each questions that she throws but no answer left from Chester's mouth that could answer all her questions.

"I--- I don't understand auntie." Chester answered and then he looked at Dr. Hugh who he called mother just earlier. "Mother." He said as if asking for help and in that moment Dr. Hugh grab Tiana by her arms as she tried to take away the woman from shaking Chester any more for answers.

"Wait where are you taking me? Let me go I still need to speak to him!" Tiana protested, a lot of things are still confusing her and none of her questions are still left an answered.

"If you want to break that child then go ahead and be my guess!" Dr. Hugh shouted the moment they got out of the room and went inside to Dr. Hugh's office.

"What do you mean break him?" Tiana asked. "None of these will I understand unless you start telling me things that I do not know." She clearly is demanding for an answer.

"Chester is suffering from an amnesia. Three years ago I got transferred to this remote area. He was in comatose for two years after the accident and that's how I saw him. No one knew about his ident.i.ty and they can't just euthanized him just like that but the bill keeps filling up and no one is claiming for him. Luckily I was just at the right time at the right moment so I volunteer to take care of all the bills and the child." Dr. Hugh said as she begun to tell the story.

"Then why didn't you call us. I remember you, you were that Doctor at that time when Chester was hospitalized. I'm pretty sure you knew who he is and who we are." Tiana asked.

"Actually that's the first thing that came to my mind but before I was transferred to this hospital I have been seeing news left and right about your son's philandering life. At first I thought it was just rumors but it turns out they were all true. Your son didn't even bother in trying to hide it. So I did what I thought was best for that child and that's....."

"To hide him and make him your own?" Tiana finished the Doctor's sentence.

"Yes. You can blame me for making that decision but you would do the same thing if you were in my shoes at that time." Dr. Hugh said. She walked behind her desk and open one of the drawers there. She got some folders in there and throw it on the table. "Read it and see for yourself.

Tiana walk slowly towards the table where the Doctor throw the folders. Her trembling fingers tried their hardest to open the folder. She tried her best to read what was written there and looked at the photos, she's not even pa.s.s half of what was written in the first page when she put the folder down. She closed her eyes as she digest what was written in Chester's medical records under the name of Kian Hugh. When she opened her eyes she looked at the Doctor who is waiting for her to say something. "Is this all true?" Tiana asked.

"Yes, when I arrived here all Chester's traumatic injuries are all healed up as two years already pa.s.sed all that's left is that he remained unconscious at that time. All that was written there are his injuries when he was admitted to this hospital. As you read there are injuries that acc.u.mulated from the accident itself but there are some that was before the accident Happened. Fractured right leg, dislocated arm and evidence of being s.e.xually abused which I could not understand even if he delivered the Baby through cesarean he can't still have any s.e.xual intercourse but base on the record it looks like it was not consensual there was a tear probably due to the force used to perform the s.e.xual act. Traces of s.e.m.e.n were found when they check. That also explain his nightmares although he can't remember anything." Dr. Hugh explain.

"No that can't be true, Terrence won't hurt Chester he loves him so much." Tiana said and then she remembers something. "Chester left and a week after he disappear there was a letter sent to my son that came from him. It says there that he left to be with the man that he truly loves and that the baby he is carrying is not from Terrence."

"According to the police report it says there that there were two bodies found in the site where accident happened and base on their investigation they are both males. They had the remains of the body tested for the specimen they got from Chester but it turns out negative" This got Tiana thinking, what were Chester doing with those two men? And who is that men that violated him? Is what was written in the letter were all true but why was he beat up so badly if that man truly love him.

"Chester took 25 million cash with him when he disappear did the authority got the money?" Tiana asked, this might answer some of her questions.

"No, there was no money." Dr. Hugh answered that made Tiana smile.

"Someone's behind this. Probably not really a lover but who?" Tiana said as if talking to her self.

"What do you mean I don't understand." She's getting confused with what Mrs. Harris has been saying and all but tried to listen to her explaination.

"You see the body guard that my good stupid son hired told me that Chess is behaving unusually. He often s.p.a.ce out and not to himself days before he run away but this stupid son of mine disregard all that. That d.a.m.n fool! After that he disappear carrying with him the 25 million cash then a week after that a letter was sent to us with his hand writing telling us he's with his lover and the child was not Terrence but you are telling me that he was beaten up pretty badly and at that was s.e.xually violated. No one will beat nor s.e.xually abused their lover unless the other person is struggling and struggling means a sign of protest. That only means one thing Chester was lying when he say that he wants to be with the person that he loves. But why would he lie?" The question got Tiana thinking very hard. There are still pieces that she can't connect.

"If what you're saying are all true then who might be behind this?" Dr. Hugh asked.

"I don't know. Only Chester can fill in the missing pieces but in his case he won't be able to do it now but what's important right now is my grandchild we need to bring him back."

"We can't, it will be hard to explain to Chester everything right now, he knows nothing of his past."

"And do you think who's fault is that? We could sue you for what happened! If you had called us to inform what happened then we could have taken him back. He has a family looking and waiting for him if you only..."

"What? Your son is all over the news with him getting involved with different people left and right and given all the medical records I just showed you how do you possibly think I will call just to give him back to that man who didn't even bothered looking for his missing wife and child. If what you are saying is true that you have been searching for him in the pa.s.s 5 years then most probably it was just you but not his Husband cause it's clear that your son is already playing around the moment he was gone missing." Doctor Hugh knows that what she did was wrong but she also know that what she did is right specially after seeing how the husband of the Omega had become.

"You can sue me all you want that's your call but I just did what I thought was right at that moment, specially after seeing his confused eyes knowing nothing about himself. If you were on my shoes at that time I think you would have done the same thing." Tiana could not argue with what the Doctor just said cause there's a truthfulness with what she just said. It was Terrence who gave up first, it was him who didn't look for his wife. If it weren't for her still looking for Chester then maybe she wouldn't have found out about his where about nor what happened to him.

"So what is your plan? The kid badly needs a donor and the closest possible he can get one is through his brothers. Uno and Dos are already 7 years old they can be a good candidate for that if they turn out to be a match."

Dr. Hugh looked at her could not believe what she's hearing. "Don't you want to take a DNA test for the kid. After what you just told me that Chester left for another man don't you doubt if the Thirdy really is your son's Son?"

"I believe in Chester he won't betray my son it was my son who lost faith to him but not me." Tiana simply explain. After knowing Chester Tiana always believe in him he never once thought that man could betray her and his family.

"Then we will break to him the truth, I prepare myself to be hated by that kid but I don't regret making my decision of making him my child. For a moment there I felt very happy but it's now time to return him to his family." Tiana nodded in agreement.

Both of them walked out of the office and went back to the child's room where they saw Chester looking at his own child with a sad and problematic expression on his face like he's carrying all the problems in the world and Tiana can clearly understand that if that were to happen to one of her sons she surely will feel the same. No parents would want to see their children suffering.

"Kian son Mother just wants to talked to you with Auntie. Can we talk inside Mother's office?" Chester looked at his Mother and then looked at the lady who just grab him earlier. He was confused but choose not to asked.

"But what about Thirdy?" Chester asked.

"That's ok we won't take long and Thirdy will be just fine." Convinced with what his mother said He just followed them back to his mother's office. His mother locked the door the moment all three of them got inside.

"Son I know you are confused right now with what just happened and who is she." Dr. Hugh begun, Chester didn't say anything he just let his mother do the talking first.

"She is Mrs. Tiana Harris, she is your mother in law."

"My dead Husband's mother?" Shocked and excitement are on Chester's face for so many years it was just his mother are the only person that he knows about but not of his dead Husband as what his mother told him when he regain consciousness.

Tiana gave Dr. Hugh a questioning look but decided to leave that topic for laters discussion.

"Yes I'm your Mother in law." Tiana confirmed that made Chester almost jump to his seat just to give her a warm hug. *Somethings such as this will never be changed to a person if they genuinely are born to be as sweet and caring such as Chester* Tiana thought.

"I'm sorry about earlier Mother if I didn't noticed nor remember you. There are things in the past that I could not remember." Chester said apologetically.

"That's ok what matters to me is that you are alive and well."Tiana a.s.sured the man.

"Son mother has to tell you something." Dr. Hugh walk near Chester. "I will understand if you will hate me for this but mother has a reason why she decided to do it." Dr. Hugh hold Chester's hand as she tried to tell him the truth about his ident.i.ty.

"Your real name is Chester Wong Harris you are not really Kian Hugh. I just named you after my dead son to keep you from your real family." Chester couldn't understand what his mother is telling him. He can't speak nor know how to respond to that till a question finally left his quivering mouth.

"Whwhat? W---why?, hhh--how?"

Tiana hold Chester who is still in shock. "Chester son, I know it's hard to process now but what your mother did was for your own good."

"No! I could not understand!" Chester shout as he pushed Tiana's hands away from him. "Mother I'm your son right? You told me that I'm your only son right?" Chester hold his mother to both of her shoulder as he shake her answers to his questions. Tears start trailing down Dr. Hugh's eyes as she see desperation in Chester's eyes.

"Know you are not my biological son but to me you are my son. I'm sorry that I didn't get in touch with your family. I really am sorry but all I did was for your own good. But I could no longer hide you Thirdy needs a stem cell transplant and we are running out of time his only chance is through his brothers." Chester stopped when he heard the word brothers.

"Brothers? What do you mean brothers?" Chester asked it as if he was whispering to the wind.

"Thirdy has brothers they are already 7 years old now. Uno and Dos have been missing you." Tiana answered the question but the names Uno and Dos suddenly brought back some memories to Chester.

(Chester was sitting on the floor of his apartment while he folds his clothes and then he caress his 9th month tummy as he told them "Don't worry my little darling Mother will give you the best that I can things that was not given to me even though we are just poor I'll work hard to provide for you two. Hhhmmm I think I should start thinking about name for the two of you. What can be a good name to call you two? how about Cheshire and Charlie? Hmmm that doesn't sounds right. I want something unique something that can easily distinguish the two of you on Who is who and who is the eldest. How about number name one and two? Nope doesn't sound good at all first and second it actually sounds decent but still nope. Think Chester think, how about Uno and Dos yeah that's right the first one who will come out will be Uno and the youngest will be Dos." Chester went back to caressing his tummy. "Uno you should always take care of your baby brother and Dos you should always follow your brother alright?")

Chester hold out his head due to excruciating pain brought by sudden entrance of the memory from his pa.s.s, cold sweat starting to form to his forehead, breath hitching as he tried to maintain his balance but misserably fails to do so when things in front of him became blurry and the sounds around him became distant then the next thing he knows is that everything where pitch black.

Tiana run towards Chester who fell unconscious that was already being held by Dr. Hugh. "What happened to him?" Tiana asked full of worry with what happened to Chester.

"This happens whenever he has an episode, it's normal for people who are suffering from these but sudden surge of memory can cause severe head aches than can make a person loss consciousness. That's why I told you earlier that we should take this slow." Dr. Hugh help Chester to get up and lay him down the sofa.

The two woman stayed there in silent they just watch Chester over an hour as he lay there unconsciously until one of them broke the silent

"So what's your plan?" Dr. Hugh asked the same time that soft groining sounds that becomes louder each pa.s.sing minutes, sweats are forming on Chester's forehead. Dr. Hugh immediately went near Chester and lightly tap him to wake him up, but nothing seems to be happening.

"What's happening to him?" Tiana got worried seeing him being like that.

"Nightmares." Dr. Hugh simply said. "Kian wake up." She softly called. The groining sounds became whimpers as tears starting to Cascade from his close eyes down to the side of his face.

"N---no don't, please don't, don't touch me, I'm begging you don't." Chester's hands tried to fought back pushing away the hands of the Doctor who he thought was his mother for the past 3 years. "NO!!! Don't touch me, don't touch me." He keeps on repeating the same sentence over and over again, keeps on begging for someone to stop what they were doing, screaming hoping it will make things stopped. That's how Tiana witness Chester that night. Tiana watch how the Doctor hug Chester tightly whispering words to his ear that will make him calm down.

"Shhh... it's ok, it's ok, no one's going to touch you, no one's going to hurt you. Mother is here, mother is here." She repeatedly said that till the calmness on Chester's face came back and he once drifted to sleep again. Tiana wipe the tears on her face, she can't bare to see him like that as much more she doesn't even want to imagine what kind of thing happened to him that causes him to break just like that.

Tiana took a deep breathe she finally made up her mind. She can't let Chester break any further than he already is so she decided to take drastic measures. "If that's the case then it's better for now that Terrence should not know about Chester."

"Then how can we possibly save Thirdy if his Husband won't know?" Dr. Hugh looked at her she could not understand Tiana at the very least.

"With the state that my son is in right now I don't think he could be of any help to his wife. I'm pretty sure he will only add up to the burden that Chester already carries."

"I get your point but how can you possibly hide this from his Husband?"

"Terrence doesn't visit the house he only has maids and guards as his eyes inside the Mansion for the kids. Me and him has not been in good terms ever since Chester left but making my stubborn son understand now would be pointless. My house is a good hiding place for it is the last place my stupid son would dare to barge in and when it comes to his eyes I can make them all shut up. You don't have to worry about that. I'll go back and in two days time can you prepare all the necessary doc.u.ments to transfer my grandchild back to the city? I'll come back here to get them once everything is settled there. You should come too, he will probably going to need you."

"Alright, I'll take care of everything. About your invitation I follow after my request for transfer has been approved. I can't just leave my work behind. I'll entrust him to you."

"You should make it quick seeing how he is he will surely be needing you."

"Thank you."

"No thank you, for taking care of him." Tiana move to where Chester is and place a kiss to the kid she already thought as her own son. "Take care of yourself. I'll be back in two days time after that when everything is ready I'll take you back home." Tiana whispered and then she left.

The maids are looking at the peaceful face of the innocent child.

"Should we tell Master Lance?" One of the maids asked.

"Are you crazy? If we tell him the Mistress will fire us she will do everything just to get us kick in this house! Remember the time when the old maid that you replaced did? She reported about the hot water incident when Mistress Bea pour the hot water Lander's arm just because the kid accidentally broke one of her Expensive vases. She made it appear that Lander accidentally did it to himself. After that, that witch really bully her and even made it seems like she stolen one of her jewelries which is the reason why that maid is now in jail. I don't want to end up like her. I have family to feed." Explained the other maid.

" But what about this child, such a pity. His mother treats him like he's not her son. If Lander were to be my son I wouldn't even lay a hand on him he's such a good boy. She's not even here to watch her son, most of the time she goes out and comes back either in the middle of the night or the next morning. I sometimes think that Lander is not hers, Lander got most of his father's features so we really can't tell." The maid look at Lander lovingly.

"Yeah I agree, I sometime wonder the same thing." Said the other maid.

"Aaaahhhh, harder that's it, aaahhh uuummmmhh" Bea moan as the man taking her from behind keeps on thrusting to the deepest part of her. She couldn't contain the l.u.s.t and desire that's over flowing her when she felt the man reach for her core and played with it as he continues to thrust into her earning more of her flirtatious moans that entices men.

"Nope, that plan of yours is useless. That child is useless. He still wants that dead Omega as his wife." Bea complain not even moving to where she is at.

"Funny you are still in compet.i.tion against an Omega who is for him already dead. Good thing that stupid family of his Finally get rid of that Omega for good." Mr. Dwight said, he took a piece of his tobacco and then light it up.

"Yeah good thing because of them he took his own life for good at least I will not be having any problems when it comes to him." Bea commented, she can still remember that time when she visited the Sy Family only to find out that Liam is already dead. As per them he took his own life, they showed her the place where they burry it. Mr. Sy even offered to dig the grave for her to confirm but she refused. Who in their right mind would want to see a body of a dead rotting person.

"But you see I'm not contented with the things you are giving to me." Mr. Dwight said while playing her hair.

"What do you mean? I'm giving you money you needed. Lance doesn't asked where I spend it all so you don't have to worry." Bea shrug.

"It's not enough after all I have done. I put in line my reputation just to give you what you want. If people were to know I could be charged with falsification of doc.u.ments, alterations of evidence, Kidnapping, Robbery and most of all murder. That's a life time imprisonment if you ask me. All the things I worked hard for will vanished to nothing all because I help you." Mr. Dwight leaned down to whisper something in her ear. "Now I want a proper payment for all my hard work and investments to you."
