Lance can feel a headache coming. He completely know that their meeting will lead to this.

"Mr. Montero we are losing profit to this new project of ours. It is already deep in the red!" One of the partners said.

"Sales of our other projects is slowly dropping. Just what is happening with you?!" The other one said.

"We know you as a diligent and meticulous person. You never let the sales nor our profit to drop as it is now that's why Montero firm soar high and became big and powerful company; But what is happening with you?! One of the Directors said.

"You hardly go and work in the office and most of the time you're late. That is so not like you." The one executive added.

"Some of our other investors are already questioning our competency--"

"ENOUGH!" Lance shout which made the people inside silent.

"If you think that you guys are all so great then why don't you go and pulled that f.u.c.king Resort out of the red!" Lance can no longer handle his anger. He just lost it. Too much things that are running inside his mind that he just snapped.

He was in the middle of letting out of his frustrations when his Secretary suddenly informed him that there's a very important person who wants to talk to him. Everyone in the room can feel the tension and they feel pity towards Ms. Kim for she might loose her job because Lance is not himself today.

"Ms. Kim, can't you see that WE. ARE. IN. THE. MIDDLE. OF. A. MEETING?" But Ms. Kim remain calm. And from behind her Liam stepped out. Everyone in the room remain silent including him.

"I'm sorry to disturb your meeting but can we just reschedule this meeting to some other day?" Liam asked.

"There's an important thing I want to discuss with your boss. If that would be ok with you." Liam asked shyly.

Everyone looked at Liam like he was some kind of a savior that just save them from a monster that wants to eat them.

"Liam, yeah, yeah sure." One of the Directors said.

"Chairman, we will just have the meeting reschedule. I think the two of you should talk." All the people in the room start packing their things and left the room. Others who doesn't know Liam kept on asking who is he.

"Who is he?" Asked one of the partners.

"He is the CEO's wife. Maybe his behavior has something to do with the scandal with Ms. Bea." The others who heard could not believe that Lance is already married.

"Mr. Montero is already married?! and you all know it?" Almost all the partners asked in unison.

"Yeah all the Directors and executives knows even the employees in this building knows. That he is married for two years now, we know that he loves that man we can see it. It's just that recently he's been acting strange." Said one of the executive.

"Liam can be the only one who can bring life to that person. Let's just hope for their talk to go well." Said one of the Directors.

Ms. Kim waited for everyone to go out of the conference room before closing the door.

"Liam." It came out like a whisper to Lance mouth.

"Lance." Liam said back.

Lance run towards Liam and kneeled in front of him hugging his legs. "I'm so sorry Liam. I know what I did was unforgivable. I know I cheated on you even though I didn't mean to. I know that I lied to you but just because I was scared that you will leave me if you ever find out about the truth." Lance was already sobbing and it breaks Liam's heart to see that the man that he loves is breaking like this.

Liam sit down so they could see face to face. His tears are starting to form from his eyes. "You said you love me then why didn't you trust me? Why did you lied to me? Why did you cheated on me?" Liam asked cupping his Husband's face.

"She's the person that you love before you even met me. Let me asked you this. Please answer me with all honestly, cause I want the two of us to be honest with each other." Lance only nod in response still crying.

"Is any of what she's telling are true? Did really something happened between the two of you?" Liam asked. It might be painful hearing it straight from Lance but he needs to be brave for them to fully come out clean.

'Yeah, it was when me and the guys went out for that boys night out thing and we got stranded because of the typhoon." Lance looked at Liam. "I'm sorry Liam, I was confused at that time I didn't mean to do it with her. Seeing her after many years made me question feelings I have towards her. I tried avoiding for it to happen but I got carried away." Lance looked down.

"I know I have no better excuse for what I've done, I'm so sorry... when we were in the middle of it I came back to my senses the reason why I pushed her away and rush back to get home to you. Believe me Liam I regret ever doing it with her. I'm so sorry." Lance pleaded.

"How about the photos? Why do you have photos taken in hotels?" Liam's heart broke with his Husband's confession he didn't know that hearing it straight from his Husband would hurt this much. He knows that revelation is just the start.

"I don't know but nothing happened believe me. We had a party after the planning and work is done, She got drunk and can't take herself home. So I helped her out of courtesy then when we were inside she suddenly kissed me. I stopped her" Lance hold Liam's face, his eyes pleading for him to believe what he's saying. "Nothing happened. Believe me."

"How about when you didn't came home the next morning. You lied Lance but I kept my mouth shut and waited for you to come clean but you didn't. I know Terrence was not with you, I called him that night. I know Bea was the person you are with." Liam can feel his Husband's body stiffened after hearing his question.

"She asked me to have dinner with her cause she wants to say sorry for the article about me and her. I said no but she insisted telling me she'll just go to our house to have dinner there." Liam gave him a suspicious look.

"Then why didn't you....?"

"Cause I don't want her to see you. I don't want her to use what happened two months ago to get her way around me. If she learns that I have a wife she might tell you in a way that will not explain what really happened." Lance begun to cry, he hold Liam's hands and brought it near to his mouth as he cried. "I-I'm afraid that if you ever found out. T-that y-you'll leave me. B-but--- it happened anyways. I-If I had known I should have told you s-sooner."

"What happened that night Lance? You didn't came home. You lied to me, SO TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED." Lance can hear the st.u.r.diness in Liam's voice, he can feel his anger and his frustrations.

"We had dinner, we drink a little that's the last thing I remember." Lance said in a low voice as if he was talking just to himself.

He's afraid that Liam would think otherwise and might not believe him. What kind of wife would believe their husband that tells them nothing happened between a man who spent a night with a woman inside the hotel room.

Liam stayed in silent waiting for him to continue. "I woke up in a hotel room naked with her lying beside me naked."

"Huh! Hahahahaha" Liam laugh sarcastically then cried loud. "Don't tell me nothing happened? How could you." Liam slapped his Husband repeatedly. Lance just let's him he knows he deserves it.

"Why do I have to love you? I should have just left you two years ago." Liam said the moment he stopped hitting his Husband.

"Nothing happened." Lance said in a whisper.

"Don't try to fool me! Lance please stop lying. I want the truth." Liam beg

Lance hold one of his wrist. "I'm not I swear to tell you everything, I have swore to tell you the truth earlier haven't I?" Liam looked at him confusion is written all over his face.

"She claimed that something happened between the two of us but...." Lance looked at him awkwardly.

"I don't by any means did it out of malice so please don't judge, I just did it to make sure nothing happened." Lance statement made Liam curious.

"Why, what did you do." Liam asked.

"I looked for traces of my s.e.m.e.ns remnants inside her. If what she's telling is true there should be plenty of it but I got nothing, she's pretty dry inside." Lance said awkwardly telling such detail thing about the alleged woman of his is very awkward indeed but he needs to do it in order for him to come clean.

"I get it, I get it. Too much information." Liam averted his eyes.

"She told me we used condoms that night but I didn't see any used one, wrappers or even the box so I told her that but what she told me next gave her out." Lance smirked.

"She told me that I withdraw when I was about to c.u.m which...." Lance was cut off by Liam.

"Means She's lying." Liam finished what Lance is saying.

"I started avoiding her since then. Which I think made her do that conference interview. I didn't know it would end this way, If only I had known I would have just told you myself." Lance said, regretting the fact that he has been weak to temptation.

"But you didn't. You didn't trust me enough to understand you. Sure I'll be hurt, I'll be angry, I maybe wouldn't even want to talk to you but that would only be for a mean time." Liam wipe his tears away.

"Cause I love you Lance I can only hate you for a short time. If only you had just trusted and explained to me I would have understand you."

"Marriage is not just about two people living and loving each other it is also about trust and transparency. If we don't trust each other then with little storm this marriage is bound to crumble."

"Lance looked at me and answer me. Do you still love her?" Liam asked his most fearful question. If he wants to know he needs to ask.

"Heck no, of course I don't. I won't be this miserable right now If I still love her." Lance defensively said.

"You used to love her, you can love her again if you just try. She can give you a complete family that I can't." Liam stated addressing one of their problem as a couple.

"No no no no no. Please no Liam, I don't want a complete family if it's not with you. I don't want a child if I can't have it with you. I want you Liam having you is enough for me to have a complete family just don't leave me." Lance hug Liam tight as if he doesn't want to let the Omega go. "I won't marry anyone else. I will only be married to one person in this lifetime and that's with you. Please forgive me, please forgive me I'm begging you."

"I hate you, you know that? My heart was filled with anger because of what you did and it made me question myself and all that I'm lacking." Liam's tear starts to fall again one by one

"I thought the reason why you did it is because I was not enough. Knowing that she is someone you deeply love with in the past made me feel really insecure you know that? I thought that you finally realized that it was really her that you love and me I'm just a temporary replacement to her absence." Liam tried to wipe his own tears as he continues. "She's beautiful, came from a good family with good background, she doesn't have a problem nor a defect unlike me. She can give you what I can't give. P-people are saying that you two are perfect. They approved your relationship." Liam tried to break from Lance embrace. "But what about me Lance? Where does that leave me? I have nothing the only thing I have is you. I can offer you nothing not even a single child to carry your name. So before I could make a fool out of myself I left. I don't want to burden you by forcing you to be with me when you can have the best."

Lance wipe the tears that's falling down on Liam's face. "That's not true. Me and Bea we are long over. The person that I love is you, you are no burden and for me your are the Best thing that has ever happened to my life and I'd be a biggest fool not to see it. I can't let you go Liam please lets fix this. Please don't let me go. I'm going to go crazy if I lose you."

"Do you want to stay with me?" Liam asked. "If you say yes then I won't ever let you go." Lance nod vigorously. "Yes, yes I'll stay with you forever even if you no longer want to I'll stay with you. I'm so sorry for hurting you. I'm so sorry I won't do it ever again. I promise you that."

"Then there will be no secrets between us. Even if it's painful we should say it." Liam said.

"Yes, everything you say I'll do it as long as you stay here with me."

"I lost my trust in you Lance. Trust is something that can easily be given but so much hard to earn once it's lost. Do you get the process we are about to get ourselves in to once we tried to make this relationship work again right?" Liam asked he doesn't want to be a hypocrite that tells his husband that he can give him his full trust along with his forgiveness just because they are trying to fix their relationship.

"There will be a lot of doubts, questions and old issue might brought up again."

Lance hug Liam, "It's ok. You can doubt me, question me as much as you want I won't hold it against you. I will work hard so that a time will come that you can finally give your full trust to me once again. I will work hard to erase the pain that you are feeling right now.

"I'm sorry too for ever doubting your love for me but I just can't helped it, it hurts to be betrayed by someone you love and you trust so much. But I just want to be clear in one thing - You're mine Lance. I may sound selfish but I don't want to share what's mine." Liam declared. Their relationship might still be in the process of recovery but he wants to mark his territory.

"I'm your, just yours. I won't belong to anybody else." Lance a.s.sured Liam, wiping the tears that falls from Liam's eyes.

Lance was about to kiss Liam when Liam slightly averted his face avoiding the kiss. Lance understand his wife's action. "I'm sorry I think I was getting ahead. We just made up." Lance just hug the Omega. "I guess hug will be enough for the mean time. I will wait till you are ready."

"Thank you for understanding Lance."The warmth of Lance embrace is making the Omega calms down. The beating of his bonds heart a.s.sures him that indeed what is happening are all true. The strong arms wrapped around him makes him feel the secured.

"Love will you move back in with me?" Lance asked hoping for the Omega to say yes.

"I guess not for now. Dexter got into an accident and he needs help." Lance face suddenly frown.

"Is this the same Dexter we met at the beach two years ago?" Lance asked. Base from his wife's expression he think he is right.

"Yeah he was the one who helped me."

"So he's the one who's hiding you all along from me." Lance face darkened he can still remember the Alpha who tried to make a move to his wife two years ago.

"I asked him for a help. Don't go blaming the man for helping me out. It was also your fault." Liam depended Dexter. He can see to his Husband's eyes the jealousy and possessiveness he missed.

"I'll hire him a nurse you can just go visit him. Love move in with me again. I want us together again, please say yes." Lance beg.

"I'm sorry Lance but for now I still can't." Lance kissed his forehead. "I understand, I won't forced you. I'll work hard so that you will be in my arms again. I'm sorry that I hurt you enough to make you feel this way towards me."

"Thank you for understanding."

"Can I get Dexter's address and the hospital where he's staying at?" Liam looked at him suspiciously.

"Don't get me wrong. I just want to swoon my wife over, court him and spoil him. How would I do that if I don't even know where to find him?" Lance defended.

"I'll write down the address." Liam chuckled.

"Also your contact number." Lance added.

"Ok, Ok. I'll write down everything just finished your work and we will go home together. I'll prepare you a dinner before I go back to the hospital. Ok?" Liam place a small peck on his cheek.

"Ok, Yes Sir." Lance salute which made Liam laugh.

"I'll just go down to greet your employees."

"Don't leave stay with me."

"Finish your work first, if I stay here you won't be able to finish anything so I'll go down for a while." Lance hold his hands afraid of letting him go.

Liam hold his hands and place small kisses on it. "I won't leave you I promise. Just believe in me ok? Now go finish your work." Lance put on his serious face and started working on his laptop. While Liam went to see the other employees and staffs.

When Liam was out of his office he called his secretary. "Sir you asked for me?" Said Ms. Kim.

"Yeah I want you to schedule me a conference interview two days from now, second I want you to call Atty. Terrence Harris and go asked Ms. Jones our contract with Ms. Salvacion. Third cancel all my meetings for tomorrow, We will prioritize in addressing the problems dragging us down. Fourth Notify our board of directors and executives for a short noticed meeting tomorrow in the afternoon and lastly have the product department and marketing department ready their reports and proposed activities and campaigns I'll meet them first thing tomorrow morning."

"Is that all Sir?" Ms. Kim asked.

"Bring me all the financial reports of the resort. That would be all for today. Thank you Ms. Kim."

Lance turned his chair to the office gla.s.s walls, his eyes looking at the view outside his office.

"Finally Ms. Bea already gave up and just went home. Why is she so desperate to wait for the CEO in his own office? It's not like she doesn't see her so called boyfriend." The new receptionist said.

"Yeah she's just beautiful but her personality is another story. She should have just told her boyfriend that she'll be dropping by here instead of causing a scene how shameful." Said the other new receptionist.

"Mr. Montero doesn't have a girlfriend." Said the other one who has been working in the company for a while now.

"Really then what about the rumors about Ms. Bea and our Boss?" Asked one of the new receptionist.

"Everyone in the office who has been working long enough knows that the rumor is not true." Said the other one who has been working there for a year now. Almost all agreed to him.

"Ow by the way who is that man that they allowed to go up to the meeting room." One of the new receptionist was asking when Liam came.

All of them bow to show respect. "Liam. How are you?" It was the head receptionist who asked. I'm good. So how are you guys? Did Lance terrorize you? Hahaha Kidding aside Mrs. Whiteburn can I get the list of your employees that my husband terminated out of impulse these pa.s.s two months? I already talked to the Human resource, getting a confirmation and signature from my husband to get their job back would be easy I just need the names. I am very sorry if ever he had shown you his bad side."

"Thank you, thank you Liam. How could we ever thank you Mr. Montero really is lucky to have you." The woman in her forties hold Liam's hand and the other receptionist followed as well aside from the new ones who doesn't have a single idea on who he is.

"I'll going to inform the others that the Mrs. is back and they can finally get their job back. Their going to be very happy." Said the other receptionist. Liam noticed that the employees suddenly went still and quiet. Then Liam felt a pair of hands circling his waist and a hard chiseled jaw weight on his right shoulder. Liam can see the eyes of the new employees that looks like their about to pop out after witnessing their CEO just hug the Omega from behind.

"What are you doing here? Are you done with work?" Liam asked without turning around to see his husband. He can feel his husband's breath on his neck. "I just missed you, There's still plenty to finish and to do but I need my energy booster so please let me hug you for a minute." His husband plead.

"Ok, I'm actually talking to each department here and found out that my bad husband just fired quite a few number of his employees just because he got irritated or simply he's not by himself." Liam said. The people around them are quietly chuckling from the public display of affection of the two people in front of them.

"Well this man is not by himself when you are not a round. So what do you want to do Love?" Lance whispered softly snuggling his nose to Liam's neck.

"Hmm I want you to hire them again and give them their job back." Liam suggested.

"As you wished but before that come with me in my office I need my energy booster with me there." Lance suddenly carried Liam in a bridal style.

People in the lobby where all smiling and giggling with what they have just witnessed. Liam's appearance had lifted up the heavy and dark atmosphere in the office most of all to their CEO. Now they are sure that everything will go back to normal.

"W-who j-just w-ho, W-hy, is that th- the." One of the new employees couldn't believe what she saw and heard. Their ruthless CEO acting all fluffy and cheesy.

"Ow that's Liam." One of the field men answered.

"He is our CEO's wife."

Everyone in the room that is new and knows nothing were in shocked to learn that Lance Montero is already married.

"Yeah I think for almost two years now. That's why n.o.body bother to believe in the rumors that was spreading." One of the employees added.

"Besides Liam is just to good and everyone here loves him for the Boss." The other one added.

"He is also humble that he just wants to be called Liam but if he's not around we all call him the Mrs., He at least deserve to be addressed in the right manner." And everyone in the room agreed.
