If you can't do any of those two, then the mystical art of running away is something that one must learn to execute it boldly.

Lilith does not know how to fight, she has some Active Skills, but she still can't use it properly. In her previous life, she fought with her tongue (not that way) and sometimes with a bomb.

She was running for dear life that, she was haul a.s.sing trying to get away from the Goblins that had their d.i.c.ks and tongue out.

Having over 60% of fatigue did not help her in the least. She was slowly losing stamina, even with the t.i.tle it was too much for her.

So, she asked Alpha for any suggestions that she can take! She created a small rawr as she tried to speak!

'Hey! Do I have some kind of function in the system that will let me save our a.s.ses?'

Alpha was in the same situation as her. Although she is the system in Lilith's mind, she still shares a body with her. If Lilith dies, she doesn't know what will happen. The G.o.ddess did not answer her question when she asked what will happen if Lilith dies.

The G.o.ddess must have feared that she would half-a.s.sed the job if she says nothing will happen and become uncooperative.

That must have been the reason why the G.o.ddess kept her silence. And holy s.h.i.t was Alpha trying to do everything for Lilith to improve and become stronger.

The G.o.ddess was a genius! If Alpha could have left Lilith's body, she would have already, but she couldn't so the only thing she can do was cheer for her to do her best.

Lilith turned around and saw one of the Goblin jump high and try to a.s.sault her from above. The little s.h.i.t had a wide grin on its face as if it was going to win.

Having seen that grin, she immediately turned into a Ravager Newt (Salamander) in order to avoid getting hit by the pointy stick it carried.

Crash!*

The Goblin missed and crashed to the ground in a nasty fall. It broke its left arm and left leg! Alpha celebrated with a laugh, but her laughter shortly disappeared after Lilith turned back to an Ash Leopard and jumped to the side, diving into the thick shrub.

Realizing Lilith's plan, Alpha laughed.

Having dived into the shrub, she promptly turned back into a newt and sneaked past the Goblins who was searching for her and then went to the Goblin that had fallen.

She was just a few more meters away from the Goblin that was groaning in pain as it tried to move despite the injuries.

In front was the Goblin who tried to take her life. After checking the premises and confirmed no one was present, she changed form into an Ash Leopard and pounced at the Goblin.

"Lightning Claws!"

"Eeeek!"

Her claws shone with a blue light and lightning coated her claws which she used to slay the Goblin. The Goblin shrieked, but no one could save it from the pitiful end it was about to end up with.

Lilith's movement was crude, but she managed to stab it in the abdomen with the first one and the chest on the second. Even though a ribcage was protecting its heart, she managed to pierce it without facing any resistance.

She managed to kill a Daemon with her own hands, and she managed to collect some Life Essence along the way. She wanted to celebrate and revel in the liberation she had felt, but she decided not to and turned back and leaves the vicinity.

Turning back to a newt, she scuttled away like the lizard she was.

Lilith was running away; she wanted to first hide and recuperate so and plan things out. But then, she stopped. A thought popped inside her head.

What if there are stronger enemies out there? Her train of thought arrived at this conclusion.

'These Goblins are heaven sent to me.' Their levels are not so far away from me that I can't touch them, and gaining battle experience will happen sooner or later.

Will she hide and run or face the challenge head-on?

Alpha noticed her indecisiveness and asked what she was doing, which Lilith answered with confidence and certainty.

It is no use on running away. She can only face what is ahead. If she runs, she will never be able to step up again; fear will always be on the back of her head. Her steps were heavy at first but gradually became lighter.

Lilith will fight and improve; she will rise, that is her determination.
