Talia jolted up and she was drenched in sweat, she held her head in her hands. She started to sob uncontrollably.

She looked at the side table and it was five in the morning, she had gotten two hours of sleep. This had become a normal habit for her. She got up and looked outside. Another day had come, and it was better being awake than in torment.

She went to the kitchen and opened the cabinet shakily, she took the pills that she always drank every-day for anxiety. Her panic attacks had grew more and more each day.

She took a gla.s.s of water, she popped two pills into her mouth. She shakily bought the water to her mouth and she drank deeply. When she had calmed a bit, she walked over to the window and looked outside.

She leaned her head on the cool gla.s.s panel and closed her eyes. Her headaches were always increasing.

A year had pa.s.sed and she still felt the sharp pain stabbing through her. Days went by and everything was in a daze. She was a walking zombie.

She barely slept and had constant nightmares. Her appet.i.te had gone down, she had lost so much weight and she had dark circles underneath her eyes. She looked way older than what she actually was.

Today was Axel's death anniversary, she remembered when she had come back and how she had searched for him, she had hired plenty private investigators and the results had come back, with pictures that Axel had died from gun wounds and there was a private funeral for him.

Of course she wasn't invited because she was the one that caused his death, at first she was paranoid that they would come and kill her to avenge Axel, but after some months she doubted it. Maybe it was London's doing to protect her.

A lump formed in her throat and she tried to swallow the tears, the guilt and the hatred that she felt towards herself. She was a monster,

Talia had sunk down and cried, the night terrors were endless. She always felt tired and she always saw Axel trying to reach out to her comfort her before his hand went limp. His eyes were so full of hope and love for her that she couldn't forget them.

She got up shakily and went to the bathroom and showered, when she was done she dressed in all black, she took her cooler bag and put it in the car. She drove to a Spa.

She went to the normal room that she always occupied and she sat there staring at nothing but regrets m. She then went to get a ma.s.sage, it loosened her up physically but did nothing for the inner turmoil that she felt. When  nighttime came she got into her car and drove to the beach. She took out the cooler bag, and she took the rose that she had bought in the boot, and she walked and sat down by the sand. She watched as the waves crashed against the sh.o.r.e.

She was glad that there was no-one there, she opened the bottle and gulped down half of it. She wiped her mouth. Tears started to flow down her eyes, she felt so broken. The pain that she felt was unbearable, time did nothing. It made it worse.

The wind was cold and she felt numb, it kept on biting against her skin but it did nothing to her,

She chucked down some more wine, she wanted to forget it all just for tonight anyways because the pain would come back, more painful than ever.

she started to feel woozy. She looked up at the stars and she smiled. When she finished drinking the whole bottle, she staggered up and went off to the water that seemed like it was calling out to her.

She screamed at the top of her lungs, "IF I COULD TAKE IT BACK I WOULD!"

Talia got into the water with her flower and she felt the water closing in around her. She lay back, and let herself go.

She submerged into the water, she didn't try to fight the water. She felt the water fill her lungs. This is it, she saw darkness all around her. And she let the water take her underneath.
