Even as his voice fell, Tammy had already spread his wings and flown away.

The grey mouse woke up from its dream, rubbed its eyes, and only saw Tammy's figure as he flapped his wings and left.

“Shiloh's in trouble…” It muttered, but Tammy didn't hear it.

“What? Who did you just say was in trouble?" Eliza asked.

“I heard the sparrow say that Shiloh was in trouble."

On this journey, Tammy flew very fast. His eyes were red with anger, and he was unable to feel tired as the rage in his chest kept him his physical strength at its peak.

Shiloh deceived him.

It was Shiloh who had turned him into a dragon.

Shiloh liked the princess of Xilan Kingdom and they might be getting married. They were of the same race, but different genders.

--Did he… Did he really like the princess that much?

At the moment, Tammy really couldn't tell which of the above three things made him angriest.

On the way, he imagined countless ways to cruelly interrogate Shiloh, he wanted to make Shiloh lose his dignity and be disgraced, he wanted to tell the whole world about Shiloh's true face, he wanted to tell the arrogant princess that Shiloh had helped him capture her, he wanted to destroy everything that Shiloh had!

Yet all the resentment, all the injustice, all the anger he felt went from being fierce enough to blot out the sky to abruptly receding like the tide in the instant that he saw Shiloh. He felt like his heart had been mixed into a mess of blood and flesh by a sharp knife, pain spreading outwards from his heart and making even his fingertips tremble.

He could hear the quiver in his chest from the pain.

--Who was it… who beat him up like this!

Shiloh was tied to a wooden stake, with a belt and a double-headed fork around his neck. The belt tied the fork to his neck, with one side against his chin and the other against his sternum. Shiloh kept his head up and couldn't move, because as soon as he fell asleep, his head would drop and the sharp fork would pierce his chin and sternum. Even so, his chin and chest were already stained with blood.

His upper body was bare and tied up with coa.r.s.e hemp rope, revealing the deep blue and purple marks on his body. And other than that, it was unknown what he had gone through, but he was covered in horrible wounds. It looked like he had been whipped, the wounds gaping cruelly, some of which had already festered.

Tammy only felt that his heart had been crushed so hard that he couldn't breathe from the pain.

And three st.u.r.dy men stood beside Shiloh, surrounding him.

"Refusing a toast only to drink a forfeit? He actually refused to marry the princess?! This guy's brain is broken, right?"

“As soon as the day breaks, you'll be sent under the guillotine. How come it feels like you're not afraid at all?"

“Haha, he's in cahoots with the dragon. How could he be afraid of death?"

"Exactly… The princess even said that this fool actually put medicine on the dragon…"

But Shiloh just kept his head up and didn't say a word.

Another man's hand suddenly reached out and touched Shiloh's waist. He laughed evilly and said, "Good appearance, good figure… how about letting us brothers enjoy ourselves first before hitting the road?"

The man next to him heard him say such things, and removed Shiloh's pants.

That group of men laughed obscenely. They were merely ordinary guards and normally wouldn't see knight-level existences. Ha. Now that this knight had fallen into their hands, how could they pa.s.s up the opportunity to humiliate him?

Shiloh was been pale, with black circles under his eyes. He didn't have even the barest sliver of strength left. He looked motionlessly at the sc.u.m in front of him, his lips opening and closing.

"… Get lost."

Although his voice was cold and clear, it was powerless.

“Hahaha… Beg me, beg me then… We'll be a little gentler hahaha…"

Just then, an explosive gust of wind rose up. The wind was powerful and swift as it blew across, extinguishing the candles on the platform in the blink of an eye. Countless candlesticks, swords, and knives clattered to the ground, the noise grating and sharp, pairing with the sound of wings flapping violently in the sky. One of the men looked up and immediately fell backwards to sit on the ground in shock!

He saw a huge black dragon flying towards them in the dark. The dragon's eyes were red, its mouth open to reveal sharp teeth that glinted with cold light. Its loud voice them feel true fear in their quaking hearts. It roared:

"You guys are looking for death--"
