Susan eyes came opened as she listened.

'Mama'

'Who's there?'

'Mama, don't let her hurt us please?'

'Who, who is going to hurt us?'

'Mama Luna, she wants us all to die to save my fathers.'

'No baby, she is trying to find a way to save us all.'

'No Mama listen to her mind. She thinks the only way to save my fathers is to kill all of us.'

Susan closed her eyes. She tried to listen but she could not look into Luna mind.

'Baby, I can't.'

'Hug me Mama I'll help you.'

Susan hugged the spark and then Luna's mind became clearer. She could see that Luna was planning on diving into the ocean and drowning herself taking Susan and the spark with her.

'Baby what can I do?'

'Mama I will block your mind. Ask Mama Luna to take you back to see Father Ailill before you leave for the last time. Then tell Father her plan.'

'Baby what are you?'

'Mama I am a little boy. I will be the first Dragon/Shifter born in this world. Grandmother sent me here. I will also have brother and sisters soon too.'

Susan smiled then could feel Luna moving.

'Luna?'

"Yes Susan."

'Do you have a plan yet?'

"Yes, we need to leave them for them to be safe."

'Then can I see Ailill one last time. I won't tell him about the spark. I just want one last night with him.'

Luna could give her this much. Susan was always there for her when she had the need to fly.

She traveled back to the isle and landed letting Susan back out. She read Susan mind to make sure she was not going to tell her mate about the spark.

Susan ran into the hut to find Ailill there and threw herself into his arms. She kissed him hard.

"Ailill please start a fire, I am hungry and want to make a meal for us." She said.

"Asth.o.r.e I will do anything for you."

She quickly took out a pen and paper and as she felt the spark in her mind she wrote everything down

Ailill my love do not let Luna know you are reading this. We have a child growing in side of us. A boy. Luna is afraid that Fafner will kill you and Ancestialian so she is planning on drowning me and our child to kill herself. Tell Ancestialian so he can stop her. Our child said his grandmother sent him and that he has brother and sister. Please help me.

When Ailill came back in she laied the paper on the table and tapped it while saying, "I'll call you when the food is ready you lay and take a nap."

He was puzzled but seen in her eyes that he needed to trust her.

As she left he picked up and read the note. Ancestialian came awake as Ailill called to him.

"We have a child that is in danger what can we do?"

Ancestialian roared at the thought of his mate betraying the G.o.ddess plan. It was rare for a child to be conceived even by true mates and she was planning on killing it to save him. He would not stand for it.

He has Ailill race out of the hut and change when he hit the beach.

The sky shook with his cry. As he went higher and higher. As his rage came down he landed back on his isle.

"It's the only way to save our child." He said to Ailill.

Ailill could not fight his dragon will. Even though the child said there was other he could do nothing.

Ancestialian called out Fafner. Luna heard the cry and came out to find him.

"Fafner kill me know. Take away my suffering for a mate who is selfish and uncaring." He lay on the ground with tears in his eye.

Fafner smiled, "I will take care of you mate. She belongs to me."

He moved closer to his old friend.

Luna dropped down in front of him, "Leave him be!"

"You heard him he wants to die, how can I deny his wishes?"

"Fafner I will never be yours. I will never love you." Luna said.

"Your mate doesn't love you anymore. He has been left alone for far to many years." Fafner circled her.

Then it hit Luna, tring to protect the dragon she loved she in turned hurt him.

'Luna, please I need the man I love and they need us too.' Susan said with her body wrapped around her spark.

She turned to Ancestialian and seen his tears...

"Let me go Luna, I can spend anymore time without you ever again. If it was easy for you then keep our child safe."

He knew of the spark but how she search her mind but could not see anything Susan did to tell him.

"Ancestialian I am sorry my love. I thought I was doing the right thing"

"The G.o.ddess made us to be together with out each other our life is meaningless."

Fafner laughed out loud out these two fools. The G.o.ddess never cared about true mates. The strongest was who survived.

He rose up in the air and came down hard and fast on top of Ancestialian. Ancestialian cried out in pain as Fafner tore at his scales.

Luna panic and drove herself into Fafner knocking him off balance.

Fafner rolled with Luna biting and snapping at his neck.

Fafner mind went blank and he could not get a grip on what Luna was doing.

Soon Fafner lay still, his breathing became light and he closed his eyes. When the dust settled on the ground lay and old man of skin and bones.

Luna recognized Sebastian. Even at his age he still had a handsome face. She quickly transferred Olivia memories to Susan and shifted.

Ancestialian shifted back to Ailill and they walked to Sebastian.

"Your Sebastian right?" Susan asked.

"Yes, who are you?"

"My name is Susan. I am a shifter like Olivia to Luna."
