When I Became A Girl, An Unexpected Love Quarrel Occurred! Chapter 11

Character Cheat Sheet: For everybody "including me". To help remember all these names and characters.

Minazuki Amane(水無月周 aka あまね) Our protagonist. Ordinary black hair, cut shoulder length. Normal skin, not particularly fair with ordinary eyes. Slightly taller than Alice. And her breast are a bit bigger.

Minazuki Alice(ありす) Golden Shiny hair, blue eyes. Fair soft skin. She is pretty much really beautiful. one of the two beauties in school.

Takanashi Rinka(高梨凛花)Aka Rin-chan. Black hair styled in twin tails. Eyes more slanted. Gives impression of strong woman. Is a diligent student who is kind with good looks. Very good athletically.

Kiniwa Ena(砂庭江奈) Aka Enchan. Shoulder length chestnut colored hair.Gives off the impression of a gentle kind girl. Poor with physical activities and got big b.o.o.bies.

Yanomiya Sora(夜乃宮蒼穹) Aka Kuu-chan. Looks like a elementary student at first glance but she is a high school senior. Her long black hair goes down to her waist. She has large cute eyes and a really cute appearance in general. Is manly and reliable. Making her perhaps Amane's favorite.

Yurizono Arisu-san(百合園 アリス) She has long silver hair which shines brightly in the sunlight. With mysterious red eyes and a clear beautiful voice. Other one of the two beauties in school.百合園 also has the kanji for Yuri as in the lesbian kind in it.

It's Alice using the super cutesy way of her referring to herself with her own name. I don't always translate it, but I'll do it some times, so keep that in mind.

Every time I've seen Alice and Yurizono together they would fight.

Although even though it happens all the time it never got that bad.

I think they are definitely conscious of each other and they do rile each other up, but I don't think at the base of it is malice, but rather rivalry friendship.

Well fiend is one "r" away from friend.

When Yurizono was doing stupid things on the rooftop Alice was pretty annoyed but she still came with me to the roof.

And when I called Yurizono "Yurizono-san" Alice was pretty shocked along with Yurizono.

Although when Yurizono did kiss me, Alice did give her a barrage of slaps.

But I do see how that could be inexcusable.

She stirs up the pot all the time and when she gets attack she never fights back regardless of how much is done.

I wouldn't be surprised if she was actually a m.a.s.o.c.h.i.s.t.

The image of her being a princess is broken once you get to know her.

Nonetheless, I don't dislike somebody who is awkward and weird like that.

Well anyways, Maybe those two could be really good friends. If it wasn't perhaps for m- – –

"Hmm. It's alright."

I tasted the cold pudding and muttered.

It was smooth and sweet so it's fine.

"And these. Well they are okay. . .just ordinary though."

I said while trying these handmade cookies.

Well cookies would taste the same regardless of who cooks it.

Currently it's 5 am. And I am tasting sweets I made at midnight.

Why did I cook at midnight? Well to not get spotted by Alice. Duh.

Although because she loved to eat in the past, it wouldn't be that much of a problem if I was found out.

So that gives me some peace of mind.

Rather it's because of the comments I received from my cooking in the past I am practicing. I was told it was bitter and they went pale blue when they tried my food in the past. And thanks to that I never really tried to cook again.

But now- – –

"I want to give sweets to Alice and Yurizono"

It would be great if Alice helped too, and if I told her she was going to give some of them to Yurizono she may try extra hard, although she will never say it.

("I-I want to make it together! But don't get the wrong idea! I-Its not because I want to give it to that cat! I just want to cook with Onee-chan!")

Although I don't actually know for sure if there even is some kind of friendship between them.

But It could be used as an excuse to make sweets for Yurizono.

And Yurizono seems like a simple person, so a simple homemade sweet will work for her.

Plus in addition to that, I could make sweets for Takanashi-san, Kiniwsan and Yanomiysan. And then maybe feed Yanomiysan cookies.

Well for now.

I am just going to do it alone at first,and give some to those two. And then I'll repeat it, and maybe- – –

"Well then, I should head back."

I muttered as I took the puddings and cookies and returned to my room upstairs.

I'm not actually that tired, but if Alice wakes up and I am not there she'll make a big fuss about it.

I left for school with Alice, after finishing my secret handmade sweets.

Once we got there- –

"Good morning everybody! I Yurizono Arius have kissed Minazuki Amane on the lips, finalizing my status as her wife! I am the wife of Minazuki Amane, so please support us! Please support me! Help me overthrow that Sis-con! Oh–."

Right at the school gate,there is Yurizono with a headband on saying "legal wife" and with a band on her shoulder saying "Amane's wife". She has a megaphone, and is using it to say stupid things.

"T-that cat. . . that idiot is back at it."

Well there goes the pleasant mood. Alice is now shaking in anger. Then she abruptly started to charge, although I quickly grabbed her shoulder to stop her.

"O-onee-chan?"

She tilted her head at me as I held her by her shoulder.

"I-it will be bad if you ignore that. So let me just-."

"If you do it properly it maybe you can win."

"Eh?"

She raised a confused voice to my comment.

Fufufu. Alice. I won't let my plans fall apart.

I've dealt with the tyrant Alice. I was molded by it. So I know how to deal with ill tempered people.

Alice and then Yurizono-san. Do your best.

"Arisu-chan. Ohayo—."

"KYAAAAA!"

I pushed pa.s.sed the confused Alice and greeted Yurizono with my hand wave. Although instantly Yurizono shrieked with her face fully red, covering her face with both hands and crouching to the ground.

"T-this is embarra.s.sing! To be face to face with the person I gave my first kiss to!"

You were fine saying dumb things on a loudspeaker in front of everybody. Why are you embarra.s.sed now? Weird.

"I-I can not be a wife anymore! So please take responsibility!"

Oi! How am I responsible? You forcibly kissed me.

Kuu. Yurizono's att.i.tude and pace is all over the place. This might be harder than I thought to settle her down.

"S-silence you. I don't want to hear you talk. . . ."

Alice shook in anger, as she looked down on in disdain at the Yurizono who “kya”d and crouched down on the ground, covering her face.

Nice. Okay maybe thanks to Alice's murder intent we could break through Yurizono's weird momentum.

"Okay let's play a game"

I clapped and raised my voice.

"Play. . .a game?"

Yurizono uncovered her face and asked while tilting her head.

"What are we doing?"

Alice also tilted her head in confusion and asked me.

I smiled proudly and handed Yurizono-san and Alice each a spoon.

Then handed the two of them each one of my steaming hot pudding. They both blankly stared at me.

"The first to finish the steaming pudding wins!"

The two of them were taken aback by my sudden game. Regardless I said.

"Start!"

The two of them then quickly started to eat my steaming pudding.

"I-I finished mine."

Yurizono shouted. Raising her empty bowl to me.

Meanwhile Alice- –

"T-This Pudding. . . "

She stopped eating it. Raised a trembling voice while staring at the half eaten pudding.

"O-Onee-chan made this."

She raised her face to stare at me with trembling eyes.

As expected of Alice. She noticed.

". . . .Eh?"

Once Yurizono heard that, her eyes popped and raised a"Eh".

"I understood immediately that it was Onee-chan's cooking. But. . .This. . . When did Onee-chan's cooking abilities increase? This taste too good."

It's too tasty? Why thank you.

It seems that the male version of me was much better at cooking than the female version.

So does that mean, with a love struck Alice my cooking abilities decreased? And with a tyrant Alice my cooking abilities increased?

"EHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Yurizono then started to cry and scream.

"I-I ate it! I ate it without even thinking! If I knew it was Amane-san's cooking I would have made a shrine for it at my house, and savored every bite! But now it is empty! Nooo!"

It might be tasty, but is that really worth a shrine?

"T-That might be a bit overboard. . ."

Yurizono is still crying when she then noticed Alice.

Alice stopped midway so there is still a bit left in hers.

She noticed Yurizono's staring and quickly hid the pudding behind her.

Yurizono then continued to shed waterfall amounts of tears.

"Well anyways. Round 2!"

I raised my voice and took out two new bowls from my bag.

"Steamed pudding speed eating showdown!"

I loudly announced. Then I handed each of them a new pudding bowl.

The two of them were taken aback. They took the pudding and hid them instantly.

"H-hurry and eat them."

""Absolutely not!""

They both said at the same time. They looked at each other then looked away with a "hmp".

Fufufu. I think I might be able to work with this pace. They are starting to agree with each other.

Should I continue? Should I continue this momentum? Should I make more 1 by 1?

Although it's hard to predict how they will respond to each attempt. But maybe.

Here it is! Hopefully it didn't feel like that long of a wait. This on was pretty hard for me, at least at the beginning, but I made it work. I think. . .  This was a cute chapter. Maybe we'll get a chapter where they all cook together and shenanigans ensue. Also I feel like Amane might have a misunderstanding about the two Alices.  Like maybe they are okay with each other but they aren't that close. At least IMO. 

Next chapter in 3-5 days. I am just going stop saying “no new 4 sister chapter” I'll just let you guys know if there is a chapter.

I hope my translations could live up to it. Also Amane is pretty cool. I've been loving her personality even though she is usually just an observer, this chapter she actually plays an active role. I hope the more she gets used to her life we see her do more active roles.
