It was the bright and early morning in the neighbourhood but something was different from every other day. Everyone around was focusing on one thing. They could all see a funny-looking boy dressed in his red uniform walking two steps at a time and then stopping, everytime he would stop he would look down at the piece of paper in his hands, that boy was our Grimreaper. Kai was focusing with his head down on the map figuring out where to go. Looking at the map nearly every 30 seconds while walking on the road. Scratching his head kai wondered "This was so much easier when I could fly, I could see everything and move a lot quicker".

Kai continued to follow the map to his school making sure he didn't get lost. As he was walking black smoke started to appear just above Kai's head and started to form a ball-like shape. It flew in front of Kai's face and said "h.e.l.lo, master" It was the black spirit from the hospital.

Kai scorned at the spirit "What do you want?"

The black spirit started to fly around in circles and laughed

"he he he remember mission, me help"

Kai dried to waft the sprit away like an annoying fly, but the sprit easily avoided it.

"But how am I meant to find her, there are billions of people on this planet"

The black spirit laughed again.

The black spirited started to disappear again and just before it did it said its last few words.

At this point, Kai had reached and stopped at the local park, a small park with swings and a green area to play games on. Kai was looking at the map intensely. figuring out where he was.

In the park, they where three Teenage boys knelt towards the floor huddled together. They were wearing the same uniform that Kai was, but their clothes were untucked and scruffled up. The three boys were sharing a cigarette, taking a puff each and pa.s.sing it on to the next person. Kyle, Peter and Mac, Kyle and Peter looked pretty similar, they both had died blonde dyed hair and an ear-piercing on their left ear, they were quite skinny for their age as well. The only difference between them was one had a short buzz cut while the other had hair coming down to their shoulders. Mac, on the other hand, was quite different his build was more of a lean sportsman, and he had no hair at all.

One of the three Boys Kyle noticed Kai in the park. it seemed like Kai was talking himself. Kyle patted Mac on the shoulder who was in the centre of the three.

"Hey, Isn't that Jay, from our cla.s.s?"

Peter squinted so he could see what kyle was talking about. He really needed gla.s.ses but thought they looked uncool so he decided to never wear them.

"You're right but he looks different, what is he doing," Peter said.

Mac stood up punching his fist into the palm of his hand.

"Boys, I think I've found our lunch meal for today"

The 3 boys walked towards Kai who was on the pathway next to the park. Kai was still looking down at his map not noticing the people approaching him.

Peter s.n.a.t.c.hed the map out of Kai's hand and started to rip it into small pieces.

"You haven't forgotten about us have you, Jay?" Kyle said.

"We want to get some food for lunch, so you know the deal right?"

Peter held out his hand open towards Kai expecting to receive some money.

Kai looked at the three boys who approached him, they smelt of cigarettes were dressed very poorly and their att.i.tude stunk.

"You disgusting humans do you have no manners?"

Kai looked at peters hand and tilted his head backwards, then flung his head forward and opened his mouth, out flew a piece of spit which landed right into the palm of peters hand.

Peter flung his arm to try to get the spit to come off. The spit flew off of peters hand and landed on a shiny round surface. It was Mac's head. Mac's face turned red with anger.

"Get him!" Mac shouted.

Kyle ran towards Kai, he attempted to throw a fist. Kai easily stepped to the side and avoided the punch. the momentum from Kyle swing carried kyle forward and Kyle was now behind Kai. While Mac stood in front and peter to Kai's other side. Kai was surrounded.

"Three against one, you guys even fight dirty"

"You asked for it," Mac said.

Kai started to laugh.

"You think you have a chance against me, I am the son of death I have been trained to fight since I was a child you don't stand a chance"

Kai rose his hand towards the sky and looked up and shouted

"Come forth my sword Scar!"

Silience

The three boys stood there trying to hold in their laughter.

Kai attempted again to call forth his sword

"Come forth my sword Scar!"

"idiot" Mac said while rushing towards Kai before kai could notice and react, Mac was already in front of him. Mac used his hard steelhead and headb.u.t.ted Kai. As Kai's body flung backwards from the impact and landed on the ground. Kai's vision started to fade away and his last words could be heard.

"This stupid week human body"
