Gu Xijiu always liked to make things clear, thus, she threw the two plants back to Prince Long and said, "No, I have enough of them already."
Now that everyone was safe, they had to start refining the medicine quickly. Due to the nature of the refining process, they ran another 10 miles to find a safer place before commencing refinery process.
This place was suggested by Gu Xijiu. It was leeward and relatively safe but cold. Shan Qing observed that Gu Xijiu was wrapped entirely in her bearskin cloak so he realized that she must be freezing. Without a second thought, he immediately got help from his teammates who had mastered the spiritual power of the water element to build an igloo for her.
After Gu Xijiu thanked them, she took off the bearskin cloak and put it on the floor as her cushion for sitting. When she looked up, she found that everyone was looking at her. She frowned and checked what they were fascinated by. She was still neat and clean, so she did not know what was wrong.
"Prince, what is wrong with me?" Gu Xijiu asked.
After she took off her cloak, she looked slim, and it exposed her whole face. Those around her could see that she tied her hair into a ponytail and had healthy tanned skin. She looked rather ordinary though, aside from her pair of bright eyes. It made her look attractive and stunning.
Mystery, glamor, and inherent elegance was that they saw. Prince Long had seen a lot of beautiful people in his life, but it was the first time he saw someone like Gu Xijiu, so he was stunned for a moment when he saw her actual appearance.
Only after Gu Xijiu asked him the question did he regain his consciousness, "No… Nothing is wrong with you. You are good. Oh, yea, my name is Long Moyan, you can call me Moyan."
Gu Xijiu nodded, "Moyan."
"What about you?"
Gu Xijiu thought for a while and finally uttered a name, "Chong Sheng."
Chong Sheng was a term which carried the meaning of 'rebirth.' She was indeed reborn again. This was a name that was not commonly known. Everyone looked at each other and did not believe that this was her real name.
"Alright, I will call you Chong Sheng in future." Prince Long started to chat with her like a close friend.
Le Jiajun and the sister felt left out, and they looked at each other. They saw jealousy in each other’s eyes. After Prince Long left the igloo, Le Jiajun smiled at Gu Xijiu, "Miss Chong Sheng, you are so brave to come here alone to collect the plants."
"I am not brave; I am here because I have the ability to do so." Gu Xijiu started to work on her plants.
"Ability? Since you have the ability to collect the plants, do you also have the ability to refine it into the medicine?"
"You are so talented. What level is your refinery skill?"
Gu Xijiu stopped working on the herbs and stared at her, "Miss Le, what are you trying to say? Can you say it directly?"
Le Jiajun stifled with some embarra.s.sment. She coughed, "I can see that you are quite skillful when you work on the herbs. You must be very good at refining medicine. Why don’t we have a compet.i.tion to kill the boredom when we refine the medicine?"
Gu Xijiu rejected directly, "I am not interested in any compet.i.tion."
