We have been staying in this town for a month.

For the sake of protecting this land from the invasion of the devil king. The king sent the strongest hero party so we were sent . But we still couldn't catch out any of the devil king's army.

The funds we received from the great kingdom was already half sent. And to receive some we need to show result, which we haven't and has hurted our reputation and honor. Because of that Alto is getting impatient. He decided for us to all go out and search and intercept the devil king's army.

Me and Birdie objected to that idea. Although it's good for our reputation to hear we are searching for the enemy. It would leave a gap and leave the city open to being attack and us not being able to do anything.

It is not just honor that is important, it's also the safety of the citizens. Alto was also persuaded by that, so to compromise, we were split in half. A defense party and a search party.

"Well it's natural for me and Alto to be searching for enemies. Alto and I being strong fighting pair it is a natural that we would be a great match. Because I can use probe magic we would have a much higher chance of finding the enemy. I could not think of a better match with Alto."

Well it would natural that this battle for his attention would begin. As Alto said the 8 of us would be split in half. Then the 4 girls began to panic. One of the girls would need to be left behind even if they all went with him. Leading to this ugly dispute. We just watched on the side with lukewarm eyes.(オレ達はソレを、生暖かい目で眺める事しか出来ない.)(TN:more so curious about ソレ. Does it literally = それ even though its written in katakana?If so just curious why that sometimes happen.)

Although that being said. Birde(Spear), Me(Healer), and Root(Navigator) would obvious make a great part of the team. Also if Alto decided that, this whole mess would be settled more peacefully. Though out of all 4 of those girls. None of them would give up easily. We all thought similarly.

"I, I think because I am also a girl. If it comes from my mouth it would further add fuel to the fire. . . One of you guys please suggest it."

TN here. Now about those spoilers. I've had multiple messages about this story containing spoilers and even the ending. Most I am sure weren't done maliciously except for 1. But no more spoilers if you know the story, talking about what you think will happen is fine and anything else.

The spoilers and stuff made me really consider just dropping this novel and got rid of a lot of my motivation.

These chapters are much harder so if you are here and have been reading Aiming for Harem Queen, these chapters may take longer, as they are harder and require way more google searches, and are a bit longer. So next chapter in 3-5 days. Probably 3 or 4.

For those who might think this is Yuri Focused it is not. There may be some of it and also may be some boy love(might just be mental). But expect to see all flavors of love in this novel. Some more than others.
