Mai remembered one of her favorite cla.s.ses from middle school. students at her school had been required to take a type of culinary cla.s.s for home economics. To not be a waste of time for those who already understood the basics of cooking, the school had separated the cla.s.s into a lower and upper division. The lower division focused on cooking basics, whereas the upper division was how to make common bought ingredients by hand.

The prof that year had just happen to return from a trip to France, where she had learnt about cheese, specifically how to make different types. To introduce her students to the interesting world of dairy products that you wouldn't find at a typical supermarket the prof had decided to teach them how to make a type of cream from milk by hand.

This was almost 8 years ago for Mai and she hoped that she would remember it properly or else she would never be able to have majority of the desserts that she craved.

Mai was going over the recipe in her head and didn't notice how quickly they had arrived at her small courtyard kitchen. She was so busy go over the recipe that she had walked right into Han Bings back when he had stopped to open the door.

"Ouch" Mai cried out in surprise as she rubbed her nose.

"Is everything okay?" Han Bing asked in concern as he turned around. Glancing at Mai's nose that was slightly red from the sudden impact.

"Mmm, I was just lost in thought" Mai said in embarra.s.sment.

Mai watched as Han Bing slightly chuckled at her while wrapping his arms around her in a tight embrace. Giving her aching nose a light kiss on the tip.

"Does it feel better?" Han Bing asked with concern in his eyes.

"Cough, It does now" Mai replied. Her heart started to speed up as she stared into his lovely eyes. Mai didn't say anything else as she was held captivated by his charming face. Mai was thinking about how much she liked the man in front of her. How he made her feel more than anyone else on Earth had ever done. "Maybe there is such a thing as fate?" Mai asked herself.

After giving Mai another small kiss on the nose Han Bing asked "Arnt we going to make dessert Mai?" With a hidden desire in his tone.

"Of course, this small b.u.mp doesn't change anything." Mai replied with conviction.

"Then lead the way my lovely Mai" Han Bing whispered in her ear. He easily could have said it out loud but he enjoyed the way that Mai shivered when he whispered into her ear along with the light blush that appeared on her cheeks.

"Right, let's get started." Mai said while thinking "Is he trying to seduce me? Does he learn that fast?" Mai was astonished by the change from the innocent cute boy into this slightly domineering man.

Mai felt her stomach tighten as she remembered telling him that next time it was his turn. "What is he planning?" Mai asked herself, whatever she imagined just made her want it even more.

They both walked into the room when Mai had to try extra hard to remember what this recipe was again so that she could actually make something and not come out empty handed.

"We also need some agar" Mai told Han Bing.

Nodding he quickly left the room to find a servant to acquire some from the storage room. With his absence Mai was finally able to calm down her beating heart. Attempting to think clearly about the recipe and not about Han Bing, was posing a greater challenge than Mai would like to admit.

"Okay I remember it now and nothing he will do will make me forget" Mai thought in triumph to herself. before she could think about anything else a soft husky voice from behind her said "Mai."

"What is this man doing to me" Mai thought. The area between her legs had become wet from all of his hidden teasing.

"Yes" Mai practically squeaked out.

"I have the agar" Han Bing said as he placed it down beside the bucket of cream.

"Perfect we can start making the cream" Mai said trying to get her desire under control.

"First we have to add the agar to some of the milk so that it will become denser" Mai said as she was explaining the steps to Han Bing. "After we need to let it sit for little while add some sugar and than stir in the rest of the milk until its well mixed. Then we need to let it get cold for a little bit and continuously stir it until a double in volume."

When they had arrived at the last step Mai was attempting to stir the bowl of cream but wasn't achieving enough intensity to make it double in volume. She had tried to ignore Han Bing most of the time as she couldn't help wanting to do other things than make dessert with him in the room. She was tempted at one time just to tell him to come back later but knew this would hurt his feelings. He had been intently watching every motion that she had done in the kitchen trying to learn more about how to make food. She couldn't exactly kick him out … could she?

"Let me help you" Han Bing said as he moved right behind her.

"You definitely know what you are doing don't you!?!" Mai thought to herself. To her surprise he didn't do any seducing actions but lifted up the wooden spoon on top of her hand and started to mix the cream in the bowl.

Mai just stood there attempting to not let out a sounds as she felt Han Bing hard body against her own.

Han Bing rested his face against the top of Mai's shoulder so that he could enjoy the position better. Not forgetting to keep stirring at a constant pace… He had a idea about what his turn should involve.
