Matt who used to be a popular photographer was now hiding in toilet from a group a lacrosse players.

This all started around three months ago. After his confrontation with Max's group someone had spread word about him taking pictures of girls in their locker rooms. Even though there was no hard evidence, he knew that his reputation was down the drain because of the rumor.

Ever since then he was being bullied by a lot of people. And today all he did was take a few pictures when the guys were playing lacrosse, but the lacrosse team took it the bad way and started to chase him.

He knew all this was because of Max. His frustration and hatred for Max head grew day by day, especially whenever he thinks of the time when Max threw him in the swimming pool he feels like he wants to kill him.

Just as he was thinking of these things his phone vibrated. He looked up and saw the mail from a media company regarding his job appointment. He smiled looking at this and thought (It's time to put an end to you, Max).

He waited in the toilet for few more minutes to make sure that none of the lacrosse players were there, after that he left for his home.

Max was watching TV with Selena and Divina. Divina kept on pestering him about getting her a part time job, "So, do you think that doctor will agree for me to work there?"

Selena cheerfully replied to her, "Uncle Deaton is very kind. He wouldn't mind. And he's also a druid, so since you're a witch he'd be more interested in taking you in."

Max and said, "Well, I can't argue with that. But try not to use any spells around the clinic. I think he has arranged that place foolproof for any Supernatural attacks. We don't wanna mess that up."

Divina nodded hearing this and asked, "So how do you two know him?"

As soon as Max came out he saw Matt walking towards here from a distance. Max watching this also started walking towards him.

As soon as Max reached Matt, he looked him and asked, "What do you think you're doing here Matt?"

Matt was surprised that Max found him in the dark forest, but at the same time he was relieved that there'd be no witness when he kills Max. He suddenly took out a gun from his pocket and pointed it at Max and said, "What do you think I'm here for, Max? I'm obviously here for you."

Max frowned as he saw Matt pointing the gun at him. Matt saw that Max was silent and continued, "What happened now? Aren't you gonna say something? I know, you must be scared s.h.i.t in front of a gun, aren't you? Let me guess, this must be your first time looking at a gun, right? Well, don't worry. Max didn't speak. And just as Matt was about to pull the trigger, Max moved instantly and held the gun from the front putting his finger behind the trigger totally blocking it from moving back.

Matt was scared when he saw Max easily holding the gun from the front. He tried to pull the trigger but it was blocked by Max's finger. He was thinking about his next move when he heard Max say, "I'm sorry, Matt. Actually I didn't want to kill you, but you made a mistake by coming here tonight."

After that Matt felt the vision of his surroundings change. He could see that they were still in the forest, but he couldn't he Max's house here. But his shock came when he noticed that he wasn't holding the gun anymore and the Max who was in front of him was ten meters away from him. He looked at Max and shouted, "What did you do? Where are we?"

Max looked at him and said, "We're in the forest. Matt, one thing I hate is people threatening me. And you of all people pointed a gun at my face. So it's about time I end you."

After saying this Max started to slowly move towards Matt. Matt watching this was scared and shivering, he yelled at Max, "Max, don't. I'm sorry, I didn't mean that. I was just doing that on impulse. Just let me leave, I'll get out of town and I'll never come back her--" He wasn't able to finish his sentence as Max obliterated Matt with a ki ball.

After that Max just teleported back to his home. And with a few chats with Divina and Selena, Max went to sleep.

In his dream the same scene where he killed Matt was repeated over and over again. He didn't know why, but that was kinda bothering him a lot. Soon he woke up in the middle of the night and decided to take a walk.

While walking, Max was thinking what happened today. As far as he knew Matt was just an ordinary teenager with a whole life ahead of him. Even though Matt had a disgusting character, never in his life did Matt kill someone according to his memories. Today might have been the first time he's holding a gun at someone.

And in school Matt did insult, threatened and humiliated him by letting the rumors spread, at the end of the day Matt was just a obsessive photographer. If Max were to exchange places with and and endured all the insults and humiliation, Max was sure that sooner or later he'd surely try to kill the guy responsible, and by this reason Max understood that whatever Matt did today was our of impulse.

When he understood that, Max knew he could've let Matt live. He could've just thrown him in Eichen House and be don't with him. By now Max knew that he killed Matt, just because he was bad in the TV series. He knew that he always saw him in that aspect, and that's why he killed.

After thinking till now Max noticed one thing, in the TV series Matt really died around this time and Jackson still lived. Not that he thought about it, Jackson threatened his sister once before and that alone was enough for him to die, and this time he joined Jamie and was about to destroy entire Beacon Hills, but after all this he still lives and Matt dies just because he pointed a gun at Matt.

Max knew that something wasn't right, he kinda felt like that everything is being manipulated by someone or something like fate.

So as Max thought about fate, he knew that because of his interference he did bring a few changes, but at the end of the day everything in Teen Wolf was slowly and steadily running according to the plot.

And now he realized something, if fate's interference was true then there is a chance that Allison might die next year.

Thinking of this Max decided that he'd kill as many as he can to protect everyone around him, especially his family. Now that he made this decision, he felt like he was free. The death of Matt didn't bother him much now. He knows in this world his mentality has been slowly turned into a cold blooded killer, but he didn't mind it, as long as he and people around him are safe.

After a long sigh, he decided to turn and head back.
