After that Elijah untied her. Max just ignored her and went to find Divina. He needed to train to get stronger. Hayley also 'decided' to stay with them as Klaus 'suggested' it.

Max soon found Divina and asked her to help him in his training. Divina chanted a spell as Max felt his body getting heavier and heavier. Max saw that Marcel was ignoring him and thought that it must be because of him bursting his arm the day he came to town. So Max also didn't bother him.

After a couple more months of training Max was able to handle nearly 12 times his own weight. Divina was also able to release her excess magic which might go out of control. Due to all these days of bonding together Divina also got to know a lot about Max, but she never did got to know about what kind of magic Max uses, as she thought that Max's Ninjutsu was magic.

Rebecca watching Max train with Divina everyday while almost ignoring her except for some small talk here and there. She couldn't handle it as her bothers doesn't talk much and that Hayley is a werewolf, as she just hated her wolf kind, while these two just ignored her. She just made her way towards towards Max when he was doing push-ups under the Divina's magic and told him, "Kid, if you just keep in doing this you'll only be strong, but you won't learn how to fight."

Max watched Rebecca standing in front of him and raised his eyebrows. Divina watching this also stopped challenging her magic. Max felt good throughout good body being freed, so he smiled and asked, "So what do you suggest, Ms. Mikaelson?"

Rebecca just said, "You can call me Rebecca. And as I was saying, you won't learn to fight like this. Why don't we go a few rounds in the backyard. I heard that you're strong, think you can handle going a few rounds with me?"

Max was dumbfounded hearing this. That sentence as 'Handle going a few rounds with me' was echoing in his ears. But soon he maintained his composure. And said, "Ms. Mikaelson, I think you should pay attending to the words you're saying. People might misunderstand you."

Divina laughed hearing this. Rebecca thought about what was that about and got angry when she realizes that Max played with her words. So she angrily said, "Kid, you and me, out right now!"

Max had no choice but to accompany her. As soon as he went out Rebecca attacked him without a warning. Max quickly caught her fist and said, "What's the hurry? I think we're just getting started." He smiled saying this.

Rebecca only used half of her strength in this punch, but she wasn't surprised that he caught that, as she was watching him everything almost everyday. So she used her vamp speed to confuse him and punch him.

Max was just watching her run around and didn't say anything. He just focused on her aura and where the attack was gonna come from. Soon they both exchanged several punches an kicks.

After noticing that he was blocking her every blow easily, she decided to go for his groin. As she was about to kick him there, Max suddenly moved and swept her leg, making her unbalanced. As she was falling she hooked on to Max's neck making him go down with her.

Then both of them fell without balance on top of each other. Rebecca wanted to push him off, but to her demise Max was way heavier than he looked. She could've swore that she felt Max was around nearly 300 kilos.

She looked at him and asked, "Why are you so heavy?"

Max who was laying on top of her, just smiled at Rebecca and said, "That's my custom ordered compressed weights. I wear it while training." Max still didn't get up at the looked at her and asked, "So you think I can handle myself?"

Rebecca hearing Max say this just said, "Well, you seem like you can take care of yourself, but I think you should get up before--"

"Maxwell Argent! What the h.e.l.l do you think you're doing with my sister?" Rebecca was interrupted by a angry Klaus who came in shouting watching Max laying on top of Rebecca.
