When Max reached home Chris and Victoria barraged him with questions about him hunting a pack of Alphas. He some how managed to lie through it by saying that it was a trap he and his friends set up. Near the school, Lydia was constantly asking Allison about Selena and Max's relationship. As everyone knew Max didn't show any interest towards any girls in school. Before Lydia got together with Jackson, she also tried to get close to Max only to be shut off by him.
