As he slowly condensed some Qi into his ears as he began going through every frequency within Earth looking for a very specific response that seemed to be an endless amount of energy.
-6:30 Am- Saiyajin City, Primal Roots Sector, Kings Abode:-
In the city ruled by the Saiyan named Turles, Tullece or whatever he's called was the one and only twin to Goku and mighty warrior of Earth.
Training constantly as he pushed himself to incredible heights in his quest for enlightenment of combat-hood the desire of every warrior and martial artist.
This city was named after his dead race as it had once been called Orange Star City- but due to King Furry finding out about him and remembering his actions in safeguarding the planet.
He'd given him the City as he'd mistaken him for Son Goku the one who defeated the Demon King Piccolo.
And for his other help in defeating rogue invaders and trespa.s.sers.
This city was technically another country but due to Turles finding annoyance in paperwork.
King Furry decided to do it for him, so in others eyes this was like a private country of sorts yet anyone could live here as long as they gained some property.
Gaining property gave one access to Saiyajin Citizenship.
And for the businesses and previous people living here they were given citizenship immediately
And since Turles wanted 'His' people to be free from the burden of poverty and inequality, he changed every single law so that regardless of culture, age, race and nationality everyone was equal in his eyes.
Something else he'd established was a new military for his people and for the globe in case of extraterrestrial invaders.
But gladly there was no need for them as Alien immigrants were welcome with open arms in his nation- in the nation of the Warriors.
He'd set up several immigration centers and such over his nation.
Now you might find this weird in which a city could hold several hundred million people.
Well that was because compared to Real Earth the Dragon Verses Earth was many times bigger not to mention that it had been wished to be even bigger and denser and st.u.r.dier.
This allowed life to prosper significantly and it allowed for Turles to truly rule over a nation.
But honestly each small city had about 70-90 Million Residents. While mid cities had about 200-400 Million Residents and finally Capital or Top Cities had 700 Million to 2 Billion Residents.
And obviously Turles ruled over a top city with 1.4 Billion Residents.
Now imagine the size of each country and even small town- this was truly astounding to an average 'Real' Earthling but to the Dragon Verses Earthlings this was nothing at all.
His military was hand picked by himself- as he'd scoured through the globe looking for those with immense potential and raised them up as his own personal warriors increasing the loyalty to absolute as he let them live fulfilling lives.
He trained them all in the arts of martial arts and sciences, so that their futures would be paved with no obstacles.
And economically this nation was extremely prosperous due to new laws allowing more imports and exports and such to different areas.
Last but not least however was that Gohan's friends also lived in this city. Specifically his only two friends Lapis and Lazuli.
Gohan got into the school instantly due to his ma.s.sive intellect and memorising speed which was unparalleled to all.
And currently Gohan was a teen as he had a toned but lean body with popping muscles- and an increased muscle ma.s.s.
And his looks also earned him a fan club of sorts as he was a top intellectual as well as a top performer with him being far ahead of anyone in Qi Studies.
Yes you heard me Qi Studies, something King Turles made mandatory for every citizen both for increased strength and for increasing his people's lifespans giving them incredible power.

This move gave him full credibility from the people as they'd all witnessed the Tenkaichi Budokai's but never understood how to perform themselves.
And so the electrical appliances slowly changed into Qi appliances as everything became Qi powered.
So yes this was the true top nation of Earth, "Saiyajin City!"
-Back To Gohan:-
Before he went into the city he resolved several robberies and such- though the laws changed bad apples remained and with the added power of Qi it was hard to maintain control.
This was because it was harder for the older generation to practise the art with youngsters excelling in it.
Meaning the police had to rely on Tech which resulted in failure all the time.
And for this reason Gohan would wake up early get a SaiyaBuck's latte and some cake and then engulf it before patrolling the town's around his school.
He was quite liked by the people but though people could use Qi he was too fast so they couldn't see him and to further protect his ident.i.ty as he wanted a quiet life he turned into a Super Saiyan each time he solved a crime.
As Capsule Corporation under the hands of Mirai had created cameras capable of seeing extremely fast beings like himself.
So for this he was known as the "Hey mum, is that a plane, is that a bird, is that Superman, is that John Cena... NO!! look it's the 'Golden Blur'!!"
Yes you heard it he was the mysterious phantom that had a golden vestige of aura as he dashed in the blue skies heading towards his school.
One other reason why he was Super Saiyan was because he didn't want the public to know who he was because only King Turles and the fabled Son Clan could soar through the skies.
He didn't want his cla.s.smates to look at him weird and ruin this highschool experience for him.
He wanted to keep his Martial Artist, Alien and Student lives separate.
Almost like he was living three lives as he tried hiding all ounces of each life.
With his friends he was a Martial Artist, with his parents he was their little Alien and with his cla.s.smates he was the perfect Adonis.
