This was the final announcement spread across the whole country as people wept in sorrow.

"It is because of those regrets that you are chosen. You have known loss, endured grief, and borne the burden of guilt.

You are not perfect, Sasakibe Ryuken, but you are resolute." declared Raum in a stern and authoritative tone.
