The Earthworm Dagger and Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar have their first clash.

Thus the technique requirement for tanks in is very high. If a myth level MT can pull a BOSS forever, the pressure on his team will be lower. This results in a saying 'A guild rank is always determined by the MT' though it is not completely correct, it is still a factor.

Bai Song glances towards Liu Jing and sighs. In this situation if he is able to pull the Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar aggro and Liu Jing is able to do damage, this fight will be easier.

The Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar retreats slightly and Bai Song immediately sends out another chain of high-speed attack towards it.

The three strike creates three 'dang, dang, dang' sound. But if you listen carefully, you will be able to hear a softer echo after each 'dang'. It is because of the 1% additional damage from the Earthworm Dagger. Although he has only attacked three times, there is 6 different instance of damage dealt.

The 6 different instance of damage finally activates the special effect of the Earthworm Dagger.

Special Effect: When attacking an enemy, there is a 5% chance of summoning a small earthworm for 10 minutes to attack the enemy. (There is no summon limit for the small earthworm and no CD).

A small earthworm climbs up the back of the Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar and starts to gnaw. As the small earthworm does very little damage to the Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar, it ignores the small earthworm and uses its nose to attack Bai Song.

Because it has realized that it is hard for its phlegm to hit Bai Song, it directly uses its big nose to attack Bai Song. Bai Song's agility is below the Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar, furthermore, he does not have any life-saving dodging skills and thus he got hit.

His health immediately drops by a third. This is the biggest weakness of Bai Song’s extreme thief. His health is too low. A normal thief or even those famous thieves do not dare to play like Bai Song putting most of their additional stats into agility. They will at the minimum add some points into const.i.tution.

But currently Bai Song other than the points gain from his level-up, he has not added a single point into his const.i.tution. Most of the stat points are always added to agility and a small portion is added to strength. All of the other stats are clean and they do not have a single stat added.

Bai Song did not play such kind of extreme thief in his previous life, furthermore, there are very few people who play such an extreme thief. Even the top players do not dare to try such a build because no matter how agile you are, you will not be able to dodge the large scale AOE skill that a mage can cast during their mid and late phase of the game.

An expert extreme thief's only method is to disrupt the cast when facing such kind of AOE mage. There are a lot of methods, such as using flying dagger to stun or explosives to shake them. But those expert mages are no vegetarians, thus there are all kinds of equipment and skills that break their chants.

A balance thief just needs to stack magic resist when fighting mages. AOE skills despite being able to deal damage to a large field do a lot less damage as compared to single target skills.

The thief just needs to prepare a few items to resist magic and he will be able to kill the mage. But for an extreme thief, all of his stats are in strength and agility and his equipment is also the same, thus he will not be able to withstand a single AOE attack.

Bai Song touches his backpack and smacks his forehead when he realizes that there is nothing to eat except for the Small Millet Porridge. It is not because he is so confused that he forgotten to buy a health potion but rather he does not have the money to buy one. It is not because he have no money. Although he has earned a large sum of money, all of it was withdrawn and converted to real life money and was not used to buy in-game gold.

As he does not have a weak point to target, relying on his own critical rate to hit a crit is very hard. Bai Song can faintly recall the location of Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar’s weak point, it should be behind its ear.

Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar’s ears are very big. When Bai Song tries to attack the weak point, it intentionally angles its ear backward. When the dagger hit its ear, there is only a 'dang' sound.

A green colour corpse ghost crawls out of the ground and hugs the Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar. The Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar shakes its body in anger but is unable to toss the corpse ghost off.

"Malignant Corpse Ghost, my luck is slightly bad. Did not manage to summon the Lava Corpse Ghost which does the most damage. Hai." Bai Song sighs and takes advantage of the Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar’s struggles and ferociously strikes more times.

The 8 attacks with the additional damage from the Earthworm Dagger results in 16 instances of damage. But his luck is rather bad as he only manages to summon only 1 small earthworm which makes its way onto the Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar's back.

"The village head's face is not as black as mine." Bai Song sigh again.

Bai Song just say that his face is black, and the Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar seems to express its unhappiness and its face turns green. Bai Song looks and realises that the Malignant Corpse Ghost has activated its deeper poisoning.

Originally the Lv1 corpse ghost only manages to do 10 odd damage to the Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar, but now with deeper poisoning, it is doing more damage than his crit damage.

The Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar seems to be unable to take the damage from the poison. As it is an intelligent monster, it knows when it is time for it to run away or fight. But Bai Song does not seem care about it and heartlessly attacks again, the speed of the attack creates multiple blade lights.

Like servants of the king, 5-6 more small earthworms appear on the ground and attacks the Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar.

Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar angrily uses its elephant nose to attack the small earthworms as Bai Song’s damage is somewhat negated by the Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar while the small earthworms are hampering its movements. Thus the Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar ignores Bai Song and focuses on killing the small earthworms.

But while the Nocturnal Elephant Nose Boar is ignoring Bai Song, in this situation, there are more small earthworms sp.a.w.ning then being cleared.
