Saksham sat on the sofa with a cheeky smile on his face. Arjun and Savitri were sitting in front of him and looking at him with a suspicious look. Arjun took the lead in asking, "What happened to your bed and door?"

"Nothing really happened at all, dad. They both were quite old so maybe they had gotten weaker. So, they broke pretty easily." Saksham lied without even blinking once.

Savitri looked at him and said, "I can accept this for the door but, you know, the bed was bought just 3 years ago. Its wood should not have decayed to this degree so soon."

"Mom, I am growing day-by-day so the strength of my hands are also growing. Maybe I accidently pressed the weak part of the bed and it collapsed." Saksham explained in a hurry.

Arjun nodded a bit and the room fell silent. Before long, Arjun's eyes suddenly lit up as he looked at Saksham with an 'I understand. Don't worry' gaze. Seeing this gaze, Saksham knew that his father had misunderstood something. Before he could even speak, Arjun looked at Savitri and said, "He's right. He is indeed growing day-by-day.
