Arjun and Savitri's face changed as they sped to their balcony. When they looked downwards at the street, they saw Arjun's brother and sisters being heavily bitten and dragged around by a group of dogs. Their states were very pitiful at this moment. Their clothes were torn and full of blood. They had varying scratch marks from their head to toe. All of them at this moment were being bitten by dogs.

They were screaming loudly for help but no one came forward to help them. Who would want their a*s to be bitten by some mad dogs. So, they just stayed away and called emergency department for help. Until then, Akash and co. could only wait and somehow survive.

Arjun and Savitri saw this and their mouths opened wide as they saw this scene. Only one thought resounded in their heads. 'This retribution came very early, huh?'

Saksham, who was inside his house, was staring at the clock right now. The clock unsurprisingly showed 4:02 P.M. That's right. His powers worked once again.

When Akash and co. were trying to make trouble, Saksham looked at the clock and saw that it was almost 4'o clock. He remembered his second order/wish was that a pack of dogs will bite a group of people. As he didn't name any specific person, the dogs could bite anyone. So, he planned and made sure that his uncle and aunts leave the house just as the clock was about to hit the 4'o clock. This way, there was a slight chance that the dogs might even bite this bunch of shameless people.

Although he did think this in his head, he wasn't completely sure about it. But as he heard the pitiful wails of his 'dear' uncle and aunts, he knew that his plan had succeeded. By this, he gained another understanding of his powers. If he himself got down at this moment, maybe even he will be bitten ruthlessly by those dogs. It was like they are mechanically following the orders which they would complete without even looking who they were biting. By this, he understood that from next time he would not use his powers without giving specific information near himself. This is also dangerous for him.

Saksham sighed a little and went to see what his parents think of the situation going on beneath. As he came out, he saw his father's face a little troubled. He definitely couldn't see his brothers and sisters suffer so much. Saksham sighed and thought of something.

He came out on the balcony, looked at the dogs and shouted loudly, "You dogs, leave them alone."

Suddenly, Saksham felt the same familiar heat inside his body. And without any surprises, the dogs suddenly quietened down a lot. They just growled loudly looking at bloodied figures of Akash, Rajat, Neetu, and Kavita. Soon, they silently turned around and went back to where they came from. This alerted many people who were standing, surrounding the dogs. They immediately cleared the way for the dogs, as if making way for a king.

After the dogs went away, the surrounding people and Arjun immediately called the ambulance. Till the time the ambulance came, it was about 4:15 P.M. For some reason, Saksham could feel the breath of Akash, Rajat, and his two aunts', slowly getting weaker. And he knew what this meant. He looked at his father's extremely worried face and couldn't help but feel that his father was too pitiful.

When the dogs were madly biting his brothers and sisters, he had badly wanted to go down to save them, but Savitri softly pulled his clothes and saw her worried eyes and gave up the thought. Now, he could only pray to the G.o.ds that his brothers and sisters would be alright. Although they did try to cheat money from him and behaved very rudely, he still couldn't help but feel pain in his heart as he saw this scene.

Only his brothers and sisters were his blood relatives who were still alive. If they had something, Arjun didn't know what he would do. Arjun went with the ambulance and Savitri stayed at home with Saksham.

Saksham, at this moment, was sitting in his room. He was contemplating about his powers. For now, he had gotten some small hints about his powers capabilities and some limitations. Now, what was left was to wait and see the other orders/wishes to be completed. Only after seeing the end result would Saksham be able to deduce many things about his powers.

Till now Arjun had come back from the hospital. He was told by the doctors that the 4 people were in a very critical situation. They had to undergo surgery but they were still not out of the critical situation so they had to be admitted to ICU. After the husbands and wives of Kamla, Kavita, Vikas, and Akash came there, Arjun decided to come back home.

Saksham was now sitting on the sofa with Arjun and Savitri, watching T.V. They were watching the news. News flashed past one after another. After some time, Saksham's eyes brightened as he saw one particular news.

"Rajesh Joshi, India's biggest billionaire, decided to donate a large amount of money for the orphanage in Indirapuram as the gift for his late father. When interviewed, Mr. Rajesh emotionally told about his sad upbringing in the Indirapuram. And as this was the place which he had the most emotional connection, Rajesh decided to donate money in the orphanages around Indirapuram."

Following this, he saw the live coverage of Rajesh standing in front of the main entrance of an orphanage, handing a cheque to the owner of the orphanage, and smiling towards the camera.

Saksham excitedly looked at the time in his wrist.w.a.tch and saw that it was exactly 8:30 P.M.

Once again, his power worked. Saksham was very shocked by now. His powers had worked 4 times in a row. Now, Saksham had only one more question in his head. How much more could his power do? Would the next 3 things will also be get done? Or will they not? For the answers, all Saksham had to do was wait patiently a little more and he will get the answers on his own.

It was 9:20 P.M and Saksham was still watching the T.V. At 9:15 P.M, a random hospital around him, should have all its terminally ill patients suddenly recover magically. As he didn't know which one was it was going to be, so all he could do now was just wait and see if any news channel would show it. But even after 5 min, he couldn't find even a single channel which was showing this news.

Suddenly, his father's phone rang. He picked up the phone and answered, "What happened? ...What?...Are you serious?...But..how?....Alright!...I'll be there soon."

Arjun put down the phone with a very excited mood. Seeing this, Savitri asked, "What happened? Why are you so excited?"

Arjun said stutteringly, "Mi-Miracle! Savitri! Miracle happened!"

"What miracle? Talk clearly, old man," asked Savitri.

"My brothers and sisters, they were in a very critical situation in the evening. After being bitten by so many rabid dogs, they were not expected to survive this night. But suddenly, something happened, some sort of miracle happened and all the patients in the whole hospital, who were in critical situations recovered magically! Even my brothers and sisters too! They are now out of the critical situation and showing inhuman signs of recovery right now. This is definitely a G.o.d's doing! This is simply a miracle!" Arjun explained excitedly.

As Savitri heard this, she was shocked. Her mouth opened and couldn't close for a long time. After that, Arjun hurriedly changed his clothes and rushed off to the hospital. Even after Arjun being long gone, the news still reverberated in Savitri's ears like thunder.

Only Saksham was a little surprised at this news. He knew that his powers had done their job again. But then he shook his head with pity. It seemed that his uncle and aunt's luck was too good. They were admitted in a random hospital which had a very small chance of being chosen by his powers. Although there were many hospitals in Indirapuram, their luck brought them to that hospital and this resulted in them being saved by Saksham's power.

Saksham at this moment was sitting in his room after having his dinner. At 8:00 P.M, a gangster was supposed to be encountered but as that wouldn't be immediately broadcasted so, Saksham just decided to wait and see the broadcast tomorrow. For now, he had to wait till 10'o clock to see if his power would still work or not.

BOOM! BO-BOOM!!

Saksham's thoughts were cut short by a very loud thundering sound. The sound was so loud and violent that Saksham unconsciously jumped up on the bed. His heart was drumming wildly in his chest.

Not long after, Saksham heard a pitter-patter sound. Suddenly, he realized something. He immediately looked at his wrist.w.a.tch and found that unknowingly, the clock had struck 10'o clock. Earlier, he had ordered/wished that a huge thunderstorm would come in his area. And now, that also came true.

Now, Saksham was pretty sure that his powers were almost invincible. He could control the weather, control the life-and-death, and even people's mind to some extent. This thought made him almost smile from ear to ear.

He/she was able to gather the rainy cloud from thousands of miles away and somehow made them congest in a small area due to which it rained so heavily that even with just 10 minutes of such rain would result in a flood. Fortunately, it seems that whoever had gathered those clouds, dispersed them away quickly. Otherwise, the consequences would have been unimaginable." Said a young man, sitting in front of a computer.

"Look here, sir. This is the movement of the cloud from 10 minutes ago," the young man said.

The middle-aged man looked gravely at the computer screen which showed a few photos of the clouds thousands of miles away from Indirapuram gathering there at a very fast pace. In just a span of 10 minutes, a natural disaster level rain clouds formed at one place. Such a thing could not be the work of nature. This could only be the work of an Elemental Emperor. Only such people could harness and use such powers of nature in such a way.

"But when did a Water Elemental Emperor appear in India? Why haven't we heard about this person at all? Is this someone newly promoted Elemental Emperor? But the energy dispersed during the promotion of the Elemental Emperor could not be hidden. Then, who is this person? Or is this an Elemental Emperor of another country? What is his/her intention?"

The more the middle-aged man thought about it, the more his head ached. He ma.s.saged his temples and thought about it for a while.
