The World We Live In 2 Chapter 2: Really

they wanted to attack me thinking I was just another human, then suddenly the police start calling for us and so are my parents, they find us and rush Rose to the hospital while she's on the verge of dying because a demon attacked her and tried to eat her soul. We waited outside the emergency room for the doctor to come out and tell us if she will be alright, her parents arrive after my mom called them to come immediately. We wait and wait until the doctor said that she will be all fine. We all enter her room trying to make her feel good and telling her that everything will be fine.

The police officer then enters the room asking if he can have a word with her, he sits down opens his small book and starts writing and asking questions about what happened. I wasn't really scared if she did see the demons because to humans, they can't see them and if they do their always in the form of a wolf or a fox meaning everything was fine. The officer leaves and we stood in silence for not longer than 2 min.

My mom then says that we have to go, I get to Rose give her a kiss on the forehead and tell her that everything is all right. We get in the car me and my parents and we don't even speak, not even one word was spoken, we reach the house and I go up the stairways to my room, my mom calls on me and says we need to talk.

I get down while I was halfway going to my room and sit on the dining table chair.

"Tell me what did you see?", asked my mom curies and worried.

"Three tall demons, it looked like they wanted to hurt me and not her, it kind of also felt like they wanted to also tell me something"

"Did Rose see you do any spell? you know what happens if she knows right? I can't kill her and her family", my mom said with tears in her eyes.

I knew from my mom's eye that she hates the idea of killing humans if they found out about the knights. I hug my mom so hard it reminds me of the time I found out that demons are real, the day when one of them tried to kill me but failed after my powers exploded so badly everyone was in danger from my parents to my neighbors to the entire town. I then get up give my mom a goodnight kiss and go to my room to have some rest for tomorrow.

I wake up in the morning brush my teeth and take a long shower. I get downstairs and I see my father sitting on the dining table, he looks at me and points at the chair telling me to sit down. I sit and we stare at each other for not so long.

"We got the letter from the academy you know, and I just wanted to say even if you are not accepted you are still important and that doesn't mean that your not worthy"

He hands me a letter which had the stamp of the academy, I open it and start reading it, looking at the letter made me tear up and made me have a lot of emotions in me, I stood up and went out to get some air, my mom holds me on my shoulder and asks if everything is alright. I look at her and say yeah all good just little emotional.

I get in and get my bag to go to Rose at the hospital. I get there and see her ex John in there holding her hand and the first thing in my head is how the h.e.l.l did the spell break?.

I enter her room with flowers and ask how she is without even doing any eye contact with him, John then asks if he can have a word with me, I replied with " yeah sure", to be honest I never meant that yeah sure I wanted to just kill him, yeah I have a lot of hate towards him. We get out to the cafeteria and sit down he looks at me.

"I know what you are Alex" whispered John

"what do you mean and why are you whispering to me?"

"I know that you're a knight, I know that you even got accepted to the Academy of supernatural"

I look at him confused about how he knew I was a knight and most importantly of how he got to know that I got accepted into the academy.

" How the f.u.c.k do you about all this? who are you working with the b.i.t.c.h?"

I stand up and run out of the hospital trying to make him follow me somewhere no one can see me killing him and I mean I would love to kill him because he's a human who knows about me so yeah I'll be all good, so I run and run into the woods out of nowhere he jumps right in front of me and says where do you think your going, he then uses a sign spell which is only used by the elite witches and knights, he sign spells me and my hands starts getting tied up and then makes me kneel and stop running. I was confused about how he was able to keep this a secret and how I couldn't even notice his powers.

"you know it would be way better if you just didn't run away I mean I can teleport my self anywhere and so its useless to run from me and yes I know what your thinking, how do I have powers and all this s.h.i.t but lets really talk about the real deal those 3 creatures were not demons okay, they were hunters"

I replied," what do you mean hunters, the hunters are dead since like 300 years ago and why would they attack a human?"

"well that's something I don't have an answer for and yeah they might have died in the cold war between the angels but did they all really die Alex? , not really comes out there were some left and those some left are making some problems here and are not going to stop until they get what they want" said John.

"And what do they want?", I asked

What he told me not only made everything weird but it gave me the chills and also made me want to kill my self. After a while of walking I reach my home and something was weird as I didn't see my dads and moms car out of the house, I open the door and the first thing I see is blood on the ground I look up and I see my parents hung the say exact way Rose was hung I rush to them screaming and crying. I was built with anger like never before and what I see is the three hunters standing upstairs telling me your next. I screamed so much with anger the house started shaking, the gla.s.s windows started breaking, they were in pain, then they suddenly teleport themselves somewhere, I get to my parents trying my best to save time but sadly it was too last it was a day I lost my parents before even telling them about my big news.

I vowed to kill those sun of b.i.t.c.hes and to let them pay for what they have done to me and my parents and friends. I will find them and kill them.
