A Warrior's Path 38 Chapter 38. Back To Konoha

Fumio was furiously trying to evade the attack coming towards him but it seemed like every direction he took the attack followed him. Moreover he was terrified when he realised he was fighting that Demon. The attack was inching towards him, in a final moment of desperation he used his kekkei genkai. He took in a deep breath and let out a roar.

' Roooooooaaaarrrrrrrr'

Everything around him was blasted away with nothing around him. His kekkei genkai utilises sound waves, he can produce high frequency sound waves. This is extremely useful in battle since it can disorientate his opponent. He was about to relax when he felt danger from his back. He used his blade to block whatever was behind him.

Fumio saw the same thin grey line that chased him everywhere striking his blade. It's size was reduced by his Jutsu but it still was powerful. The grey line cut through his sword like a hot knife through b.u.t.ter. Fumio was terrified seeing this, he slightly tilted his body.

Blood splattered. Fumio screamed in pain holding his shoulder. Everything from his shoulder down was cut off, his entire right arm was gone. Blood flowed like a river. Fumio's face was pale, he looked at Ryu only to see him stand there motionless.

Ryu was enjoying this sensation to be one with the world. His sword that hasn't been improved in years suddenly had a breakthrough. He now understood what a sword domain truly is. To form a sword domain you have to enact your will and your intent onto the world laws itself creating a domain, where your sword can reach any point inside this domain instantly.

He broke out of this sensation and saw Fumio drenched in blood without an arm. Ryu walked towards him slowly, he said

' You take innocent lives, you kill innocent children, you slaughtered villages, for what?. For your enjoyment. What wrong did children do to you? They had years to come, to be able to grow up, experience life, fall in love, have a family, grow old and one day die. You denied all these kids their right to live in this world '.

As Ryu said each word his killing intent increased,

' Now I will hold justice for them. Oh..don't worry, I won't kill you instantly. I will kill you slowly. I will make you experience h.e.l.l '.

Fumio froze hearing these words, he is a rogue nin. He is prepared to die any moment so he isn't afraid of death. But facing this terrifying existence before him, he shuddered. He truly felt fear for what's about to come. He decided to end his life rather than experience what's to come.

He bit his teeth. A green liquid flowed from inside one of his tooth. This was a highly toxic poison. Most rogue nin would do the same fearing torture from whoever captures them. Ryu saw this but didn't stop him. Fumio's body started twitching , he struggled on the ground.

When the last of his life was about to leave him, Ryu poked his body in many places. He stopped struggling, Ryu's produced a lot of Chidori needles and piersed all of his accupunture points. Being an expert in his past life Ryu knew a human body's every accupunture points.

He asked Navii: Is there a pill in the system shop that enhances every sense by several folds?

Navii: Yes master. It will cost 2000 EP.

Ryu: Buy it.

A pill about thumb size appeared in his hands. He placed the pill into Fumio's mouth. He then channeled his wood chakra through all the needles like a circuit. A bit later, slimy green liquid was burned from his body.

Fumio woke up and screamed from pain, after all there was many lightning needles all across his body. He screamed at top of his lungs, even his kekkei genkai was activated. Ryu casually used skin hardening on his body and used chakra to cover his ears.

The poison was removed, Fumio looked at Ryu with fear and said : Devil!!

Ryu : Yes, to you trash.

Ryu tortured Fumio again and again, he didn't let him die. He used wood chakra to heal him then continued his torture. This went on for half a day until Fumio turned into a fool and died.

Kakashi was standing atop a tree watching all this. His opponent was a Jounin from the mist but to the copy ninja Kakashi, he was nothing. Kakashi quickly finished his opponent and went towards Ryu. When he reached there, he saw Ryu holding a sword and slashing towards his opponent who Kakashi recognised. He watched as a thin grey line went towards his opponent, Fumio tried to dodge but the attack followed. Kakashi was surprised at this and tried to a.n.a.lyse the attack but all he saw was the world itself moving. He saw it slice through Fumio's arm and Ryu torturing him afterwards.

Kakashi waiting for half a day, then he heard the sounds die down. He saw Ryu come towards him and threw him a bag. Kakashi opened the bag, it was Fumio's head which showed absolute horror and fear. Kakashi put the bag in a storage scroll.

He then said: Let's head back home.

Ryu: Alright, but first let's bury those people from that village.

Kakashi agreed. They went back to the village, took the bodies and buried them deep inside the ground so that they won't be dug up by wild animals.

Ryu looked at these graves, held his hands together and prayed

' Rest in peace. May your souls find each other in next life '.

Ryu looked at Kakashi: Let's head home.
