Calin forcibly suppressed her anger as tears welled up in her eyes seeing Shin, in her whole life no one dared to offend her yet some unknown ugly b.i.t.c.h actually slapped her! obviously, she won't leave the b.i.t.c.h unscathed but she would have to take her revenge some other time.

"Shin, this woman just slapped me!" Calin sobbed looking like she just incurred fatal injuries.

Secretary Yan quickly closed the door to avoid outsiders from listening, fear and disbelief written on his face. Why such auspicious moment suddenly turned ominous?! he really wanted to smack the living out of those stupid a.s.sistant secretaries, Ms. Zhi can be an exception but why is there another woman inside the CEO's office?!

However in a split second her gentle expression faded and a surge of shocked and anxiety replace.

Shin firmly hugged Yeri then cupped her face in his hands. "why are you here did something happened? are you ok? I just saw your missed calls and messages...sorry i was on a meeting." Shin worriedly asked looking agitated.

After the meeting, Shin checked his phone and saw multiple calls and messages from Yeri which never happened before, uneasiness crept his heart and he felt worse when Yeri did not answer his callback. Then imagine his surprised seeing Yeri the moment he opened his door, happiness and warmth filled his heart yet why is there another woman inside his office? moreover, the two seemed arguing.

They were startled with Calin's sudden display of outburst, except Shin who remained indifferent. Clearly, she must have been living a blissful and perfect life that a sudden rejection made her lost her sanity. Unfortunately, no one is there to remind her of her image.

Secretary Yan have yet move when Calin swiftly run towards Shin pushing him aside. Although Shin quickly embrace to protect Yeri, Calin somehow manage to grabbed Yeri's hair and fiercely pulled it.

Yeri felt a p.r.i.c.kling pain from her scalp however she's more distracted with the dark and ominous aura emanating from Shin. It's the same as before however the pressure is unthinkable.
