Reborn As Vegeta 15 Reviving The Saiyan Race Part 2

As everyone disgusted the information, Vegeta followed up, "This is why I want to open a Dojo here on earth, those that get strong enough can come to my planet to train amongst the Saiyans."

The crowd blew up and started asking many questions, "Are you saying anyone can get as powerful as you!"

Vegeta smiled, "King Furry please read Krillin's power level."

King Furry nodded his head, "15 Million!"

The Crowd was shocked again, "This isn't the limit to his strength, by using Martial Techniques such as the famous Kamehameha technique, one can increase their maximum power output."

Krillin used a Kaioken time 2 and shook the room, "30 Million!" King Furry fell over.

Krillin then smiled before using his Kaioken time 10, "150 Million!" King Furry shouted as he struggled to stand back up, Krillin suddenly powered down and caused everyone in the room to freak out.

"My wife will be funding the next World Martial Arts Tournament, during that time, those that wish to broaden their horizons should come and watch, those that wish to learn will have to travel to Korin's tower, and climb from the ground up."

"When will you be taking pupils?" One of the reporters asked.

"Who is your wife!?" Another asked.

Vegeta took back his scouter, "My wife is Bulma Briefs of Capsule Corp. and we won't be opening a Dojo for some time, we'll make that announcement at another date."

Everyone blew up again, after answering a few dozen more questions, both the King of the Galaxy and Krillin were asked many questions as well. It took a while for things to calm down, but after they did, an agreement was drawn up to join the Galatic Alliance, and from this day forward, mankind would reach out into the stars to do amazing things.

Vegeta returned to Goku's place and spent the next few days getting him to agree to build a dojo around his house, with Bulma's help, they could build several gravity rooms and training equipment for the disciples.

"I don't know Vegeta, I'm not one to be a good teacher," Goku said scratching his head.

"You don't have much to do, just teach them what you've been taught, and spar with them every once and a while, plus this will generate some revenue, and Chichi would think more fondly of Martial Arts."

Goku looked tempted when Grandpa Gohan came in and said, "I could teach them a thing or two and help Goku mature as a teacher."

Vegeta smiled and thanked him, and over the next nine months, Earth slowly started to transform, Tien and the rest of the Z fighters eventually learned of Goku opening a Dojo.

Vegeta gave them permission to use the training grounds and even learned that Kami had been figured out how to unlock peoples potential. Once people learned of Korin Tower, many martial artists went to seek out training.

Deep in the vast reaches of s.p.a.ce Cooler stood on another Barren Planet, he was looking over a ma.s.sive tree that had several dozen Fruits hanging from the branches.

Cooler took off one of the fruits and swallowed it down, his power swelled up from 7.125 Billion to 106.875 Billion.

Cooler ate another one and frowned, "Odd! Why hasn't my power increased again."

"Sir!" One of Cooler's scientist who was studying the fruit walked up beside him, "It appears you have to digest the fruit, and based on the scans med-bay has shown, you can only eat one every year or so."

"Nonsense! Isn't there a faster way to digest fruit?" Cooler asked with a furrow on his brow.

"Sir, there is, but it would require you to exert your physique to its absolute limit for several months," the scientist reported.

"Train! You want me to train, who could possibly be my match?" Cooler began to think, "Maybe I could present one of the fruits to my father."

Cooler turned to and plucked all the fruits from the tree and handed them out amongst his crew, "Eat these."

Neiz, Dore, and Salza each ate a Fruit of Might and had their power levels skyrocket, giving the three of them a power level of 2-3 million. He gave Salza an additional fruit and told him to eat it after digesting the current fruit. "You will be my general," Cooler stated then turned to the rest of his squad.

After pa.s.sing the rest of the fruit out amongst to his soldiers, all of them had grown in power to average out to around 1 million in power lever.

"The Cooler Force owns all of Frieza's possessions, including the army, you will be my elite force!" Cooler announced as he held on to the only remaining fruit, "I will give this one to father and use him to train myself for a while, then I'll go to that planet and kill off the one who slew Frieza."

Cooler then headed inside his ship and moved off to return to the Frost Demon homeworld.

Back on Planet Salada, Vegeta was there with Bulma and Trunks, she was adjusting to the gravity and because of Trunk's high power level, he had no problem adapting.

Vegeta had made a home for Goku and his family here as well, and the two considered it to be a vacation home, while they explored the world Vegeta made sure to prepare to revive the entire Saiyan race.

He borrowed the Dragon b.a.l.l.s from Namek and summoned Parunga, the first wish he asked for, was to give New Planet Salada a regeneration from unnatural damage such as destruction caused by attacks, the second wish he made was to repair the bodies of all the Saiyan's that had perished on planet Vegeta and bring them to Planet Salada, the final wish was to obtain a copy of his training room.

After having his wishes granted Vegeta returned them to Namek and summoned Shenron, making his wish to resurrect the Saiyan Race on new Planet Salada, while removing the negative memories a.s.sociated with their sins after they are resurrected. Also, to gather them at the meeting grounds.

The meeting grounds were set just outside the kingdoms main castle, in the center of the largest city on the planet, it was a large and open flat city square, that was covered with a single smoothed over, stone platform.

The entire area was filled up with around 150 thousand Saiyans, as a warrior race that was constantly dying in battle, their population never really inflated to large numbers.

Flying around, Vegeta saw his father and mother standing next to each other with a confused expression, Vegeta flew over with Bulma and Trunks and started to tear up a bit.

His father wasn't a great man, but he was still his father none the less, seeing Vegeta made them smile, Vegeta Senior couldn't remember anything that he did that could be considered evil, along with the rest of the Saiyans gathered, yet they still had their histories intact, such as who their direct family was, how to live normally, and retained their desire for combat.

Vegeta's mother had tears in her eyes, she placed her hand on Vegeta's cheek and smiled, his mother's name was Vegaan, she had long black hair that spiked out down the center and sides, she was one of the most beautiful Saiyans to ever exist, and she had quite the power level, 10,000, only two thousand away from her husband.

Vegeta smiled and said, "This is your daughter in law, and grandson, I have much to tell you."

Vegaan took Trunks into her arms and smiled, "He's beautiful but why is their hair blue?"

Vegaan wanted to check his power level, but lacked one to use, Vegeta smiled and said, "His power Level is around 15,000." The two looked back at him in shock.

Bulma laughed at her when she said, "Vegeta's current power level is around 125 Million."

The two reeled back in shock again, Vegeta grinned and said, "It's true." he then went on to make a detailed explanation of what he went through since the planet was destroyed.

Vegeta informed them about the earthlings and their methods of training, he told them how he abandoned the old Saiyan way when he discovered he could use magic, about how they chose to join the Galactic Police, fighting a war against the PTO and killing Frieza in a one on one battle, how he met Bulma when they got married, and many other stories of that were family related.

Vegeta was hoping they would take to this way of life as well, he wanted them to have an interest in their lives, Vegeta was trying to give them a positive influence to respond to, his parents like all other Saiyans didn't normally have family morals, but at least he could get off to a good start.

After explaining the situation, Vegeta Senior looked betrayed because he didn't revive them earlier, in response, Vegeta shook his head and moved them back to the crowd before making his announcement, "I understand all of you must be confused, what you experience wasn't a dream, you were truly killed by Frieza, I resurrected you using a powerful magic, and because of it, you are without memories pertaining to all the evil things you've done throughout your lives."

Vegeta then gave an explanation of what they did before and said, "This life is over, I defeated the Tyrant Frieza and forged a new life for the Saiyans, no longer are we slaves, no longer will we be forced to destroy, from now on everything changes."

He then went on to explain how they were now working for the Galactic Patrol, and in the future would work to pay off their sins by saving more than they destroyed, he explained that there was an afterlife, and in order to keep them sane, he had used 'Magic' to remove those memories as well, he told them that if they didn't want to return to that h.e.l.l, then they would have to cease any evil actions, and strive laboriously to work for a peaceful future.

Many still had reservations and were struggling with their decisions, Vegeta wasn't expecting to quash the Saiyans brutal and savage spirit with a simple speech, "Don't forget I am still the King and the strongest one here!"

Powering up to a Super Saiyan, Vegeta sent his gold aura throughout the entire, many people began to mutter in surprise, "The legends were true!?"

"The Super Saiyan exist!"

"Prince Vegeta is the Legendary Super Saiyan!"

Vegeta Senior and Vegaan were stunned, Bulma smiled and watched on thinking of how powerful she would become in the future, baby Trunks clapped his hands with a look of happiness as he watched he father in Super Saiyan form.

"Don't get me wrong, I don't want to threaten you, but, I am still your leader, regardless of what you want, do not pa.s.s up the opportunity that I'm giving you, oh, and don't forget who's the strongest here," Vegeta said as he stared over the crowd with a threatening expression.

He powered even more and turned a threw the crowd back with just his aura alone, many people were hanging onto each other, so they didn't go flying off into the distance.

Everyone bowed down and said, "All hail King Vegeta!"

Vegeta smiled and powered down, "The planet has plenty of houses and buildings for residents to take up, there are training rooms that can control the gravity, and there are combat facilities so you can fight one another to your heart's content."

Everyone began to smile, "I also want you to know that we are part of the Galactic Police Force now, we use our powers to protect the galaxy rather than terrorize it, this world is full of livestock and healthy farms, and it belongs to us, it is our world, Planet Salada."
