            "He Nian ah, I heard that you are going to start the construction project at the city west? You also know that I recently opened a family company specializing in building materials. We are considered relatives, to say, keep the profits within the family….."

　　After saying halfway, Zhou Guo Dong's expression was ambiguous, looking at He Nian for mutual understanding.

　　Lu He Nian frowned and Zhang Chong Ming spoke up at once: "Chief Zhou, the way we work is still the same as before. We will open a bidding….."
