"So... We are something?" Mariko asked, want to get back to the original topic. "I think I remember hearing Tak.u.mi-idiot say that we were the only world who fought back against you or something. And that makes us 'something'? We're just defending our homes!" Mariko shouted. "Well... A little bit of a correction to that. You were ONE of the very few worlds who fought back the occupations. But this one, you people, was someth... was stronger or whatevs..." Tak.u.mi answered from the radio. "Driver here. Are we there yet? I'm getting tired!" A girl complained from the radio. "Tired?! Let me drive!" "No" Mariko excitedly asked but was quickly rejected. She quickly sad. "Say, where should we park these birds? I don't want them outside, they might get stolen" Tak.u.mi asked. "How about making a new airstrip?" The Commander of the T-26 suggested. "Good idea, this world has a lot of open fields. It'll not hurt to build one" Tak.u.mi agreed. "Chiho, you can do that, right?" She asked. "Y-Yeah... I'm sure Gentaro-san will happily agree" Chiho responded. "Good. We'll land them just next to the village, we'll not leave until there's someone to guard it" Tak.u.mi said. "Don't worry! We'll guard them!" The soldier with them said, the others nodded. "Don't you like, have a specific duty or something?" Sagiri asked.
"We just finished them, we don't have any more orders so we can take another one if we want" The soldier replied. "Oh. Then we'll leave them to you" Tak.u.mi relied on the soldiers and they were grateful. The rest of their trip was unexpectedly silent. As they get near the village, they saw two people standing in front of the two Stuka. And as they drive closer, they recognized Tak.u.mi's face and saw one more girl beside her. Her big round eyegla.s.ses caught their attention. "W-Whoa, look at her..." Mariko pointed at her as the carriage stopped before them. They immediately stood in front of the two after they left the carriage. "And who might you be?" Mariko observed her. The girl had the same hair color as Tak.u.mi. Though, she has her hairstyle different. She has her hair styled into two ponytails. Her ties were red. And of course, her big black round gla.s.ses. Mariko couldn't just stop staring at them, which got the girl fidgeting. "H-How long are you going to stare at me?" She said as she looked away. "Hey, Mariko. She ain't the social-type-kinda girl, as you can see. So be gentle around her, will you?" Tak.u.mi said as she slaps the girl's back with a smile. The hit was obviously hurt due to how loud it was. "Be f.u.c.king gentle and hit her like that?" Mariko gave Tak.u.mi an angry look.
Tak.u.mi just shrugged. "Well?" She looked at the girl. "My name is Tamie Kanahara. Nice to meet you" The girl timidly bowed. "Tamie? Whoa, sounds rare" Mariko rubs her chin. "Rare?" Tamie looked up with a curious look. "Anyway! Let's not stand here for too long! Let's go!" Tak.u.mi grabbed Tamie's arm and they started walking towards the gate. "I can walk fine!" Tamie aggressively swayed her arm away from Tak.u.mi, blushing hard. "Ah! F-Fine, geez" Tak.u.mi was thrown a little by her force and was surprised. After a few seconds, they reached the gate and the guards opened it for them. They waited until it's fully opened as they had the T-26 beside them. "Tak.u.mi-san, is it? Are these your friends?" A guard recognized Tak.u.mi and asked about her fellow soldiers. "Yeah. Wouldn't be here if they weren't" Tak.u.mi responded and the guard nodded. "Dunno what's happening exactly, I also don't care, as long as we're having their guys side on us and win this G.o.dd.a.m.n abnormal war" The other guard on the right spoke. They knew what he's on about. "Yeah. Just win the war and we'll... uh, leave? Heh" The Commander of the T-26 from the hatch giggled. The guards were visibly spooked.
Later, the gate clanked loud, indicating that it stopped. "Have a nice stay... Oh, can I have you for a moment, Chiho-san?" The guard on the left asked. "Ah... sure" Chiho nodded. "This might take long, so you can go ahead" He said to the others. They looked at Chiho for a second before going in without her. The guard waited for them to get some distance before speaking up. "Listen. I'm pretty sure Gentaro-sama wouldn't allowed it..." He looked inside the village, then back to Chiho. "But... You saw the Northerns arrive at that T-Base, right?" He asked. "T-Base? Ahh..Y-Yeah, what about them?" Chiho was so curious. "They stopped here for a moment in their way to that base. I think It's their, uh, like the commander of the army or something. He told us something like wanting to rush the enemies. and after that, they immediately went off" The guard explained, Chiho can clearly see how worried he is. "Now, I fear that they might get all killed in less than a minute. You know how they do on wars, they just charge ahead... They know nothing yet of the enemies' weapons... Or if they did know, they don't care" The guard looked at his fellow guard. "So, what is it that Gentaro-san wouldn't allow?" Chiho asked. "The moment we saw Tak.u.mi-san and her friend land their planes there, we immediately reported back to Gentaro-sama. Then he ordered us to tell you that you and your friends should stay with them no matter what. I think he still have doubts on these guys, I understand that. These guys have powers and you should be watching them until we proved them friendly" The guard finished his explanation.
"So, what it's gonna be? I'm not forcing you to go back there, for the sake of those crazy b.a.s.t.a.r.ds. I also hate to go against Gentaro-sama's orders, but I'm just really worried that they'll be wiped out without being able to do anything. That'll be a huge casualty on our side!" The guard let her decide. Chiho dived into deep thoughts. Then after a few seconds, she asked. "How about the soldiers from the base? Couldn't they support them, or stop them?". The guard shook his head. "You know that the enemies went to take back their base, the soldiers are exhausted" "And those Northerns wouldn't listen to them. There's no way of stopping them once they're hyped up" The guard on the right added. "Then why tell me this now? Why didn't you tell Gentaro-san about it? So he can do something about it?" Chiho asked, slightly annoyed. "Yes. That's our mistake. We were so surprised by their abruptness... We thought like, push the enemies away from the base. Then later we realized it wasn't that... B-But that's that, so what are you going to do?" The guard asked. Chiho thinks carefully. "We just need to tell Gentaro-san about it. Then maybe he'll change his mind" She answered.
"Well, if that's what you think, then we'll just rely on you" The guard smiled. "Save those crazy f.u.c.ks, alright?!" Then grinned. He made Chiho giggle. She nodded before going inside. She heard a lot of people talking about the Prohorovkans as she hurries to catch up with the group. There are some people who panicked upon seeing them, there are some who ran past Chiho. She couldn't help herself and giggled about it then regretted it afterward. Few seconds later, She noticed someone approached her from behind and walks beside her. "...What are you laughing at? Whatever. I heard everything" Shu Fang brought her hood down, exposing her face and her pink hair. Chiho jumped a little. "G-Geez, don't just show up like that! I thought you were with them!" Chiho whined. "...Apparently not. I want to go with you, Chiho-san. Ayumi and Mariko-san can stay here in case something happens" Shu Fang said. "But Mariko wouldn't be able to even defend herself with one leg" Chiho remembered Mariko's problem. "...Then what about before? She was with us when we fought the flanking enemies at that base" Shu Fang reminded her. Chiho stopped walking as she realized that. "...Weren't you watching her? I think she summoned or stole an axe from the carriage and used them as a support" Shu Fang said as she stops in front of Chiho.
"...She wasn't able to do much flashy moves like she normally does, but she was still able to kill. She's kind of amazing" Shu Fang complimented Mariko. "...Northerns, right?" She shrugged with a smile, Chiho giggled. "Well, still. She doesn't have any powers to fight those guys" Chiho sighed. "...Hmm...Come on, you guys know about that Tak.u.mi, right? Where's the trust?" Shu Fang changed to. "Well..." Chiho started walking then proceeds to continue her answer. "Didn't the guard said that it was Gentaro-san who still doesn't trust them?" Chiho asked. "...Yeah" Shu Fang nodded. "But for me, I think I can trust Tak.u.mi. I can see that those other guys follows her lead" Chiho showed her trust on Tak.u.mi. "...Is that so? Well, she looked like a good person after all. Unlike those other...girls I fought" Shu Fang looked down to imagine the faces she remembered. "Well, they're in a battle, after all. You can't go looking all cute and girlish at those times, right?" Chiho giggled. "...Hm. That's right" Shu Fang also giggled.
After a while, they've reached the Center. Chiho visibly sulked over not being able to catch up with the group, Shu Fang looked up to her. "...What's the problem?" She asked. "N-Nothing..." Chiho realized she was hating something so small. "...That doesn't look nothing" Shu Fang persisted. "I don't want to walk all the way up there. Just how fast they were going?" Chiho pouted. "...Well, I think that's them over there" Shu Fang raised her hand to point to their right, to the certain spot where people are all in one place. "Ah... What's that? Making an introduction?" Chiho listened closely and heard Gentaro's faint voice. "...Should we join?" Shu Fang looked up to her and asked. "I'm...not sure" Chiho imagined being in front of many people. "...I see. Let's wait for them to disperse then" Shu Fang nodded and walked behind the crowd to peek. She already had her heels up and yet she still can't see. She sighed loudly. "Uwah! They looked absolutely horrible!" Chiho laughed as soon as she saw the Prohorovkans forcing a smile for the crowd. Gentaro was telling the people everything about their intentions.
The scene didn't take long. After a few seconds, people started to scatter. Chiho and Shu Fang started walking towards the group. "Hey! You!" The Commander of the T-26 pointed at Gentaro. "The h.e.l.l was that? That's like, embarra.s.sing! You could have do that without us!" She shouted. "Yeah! That was so awkward!" Tanaka shouted after her. "What's wrong with that? People around us were dead curious, I felt it! So I just had to do it before something happens!" Gentaro replied. "Like what?!" Tanaka asked. Gentaro wanted to drop the topic quickly so they can move on. He sighed loudly. "Nevermind that. What's done is done... Let's get going... Oh!" Gentaro was about to turn away but he saw Chiho and Shu Fang. "Where were you two?!" Gentaro asked. "...I don't think it's necessary to have us there, so don't bother asking" Shu Fang answered coldly. "I-I was just asking where you've been..." Gentaro scratched his head. "By the way, Gentaro-san. I have something to tell you" Chiho said. "Perfect timing, we're going to he-" "No, I think we're in a hurry here" Chiho interrupts him. "Oh?" Gentaro became curious. "The guards at the gate said that the Northern armies went by to tell them that they'll be charging ahead, With or Without us!" Chiho told them. They were surprised. "Northerns? You sure are big. If this world were like one of those isekai animes, we would be putting more effort into fighting y'all... But don't you think it's too late?" Tanaka asked.
"Anime?" Mariko got curious about the word. "Now, I want your permission to go back there. The guards said that you have ordered me to stay around but I think I should go" Chiho said to Gentaro. He sighed and looked around, then back to Chiho. "Alright. Save them, Chiho-san" He said. "...I'm going too!" Shu Fang raised her right hand. "I see. Are you going too, Ayumi-chan?" Gentaro noticed Ayumi. "I'll stay here, in case these guys betray us" She answered as she looked at Tak.u.mi's group. "Hey, hey. Where's the trust?" Tanaka shrugged with a disappointed look. "Yeah. Don't hurt our feelings" The driver of the T-26 said from her hatch. "I'm staying here too. You see, I'm missing a leg" Mariko said. Tak.u.mi and her friends quickly looked below her and noticed the severed "Alright then! Let's go!" Chiho closed her eyes and Shu Fang held her hand. As Chiho imagined the place she wanted to go to, She felt the familiar feeling, she felt her body slowly becoming heavy and it was getting harder to stand. "I wonder when I'll be able to get used to this..." She asked herself. Then blue feathers started to fly past her vision even with her eyes closed and she felt like something sucked up her life with a snap. As the blue feathers stopped, she opened her eyes and her vision was colored with blue. They were teleported in a field, just outside the Saijun borders.
Chiho was about to fall to the ground, Shu Fang quickly took her and they slowly sat on the ground. "How can... they use this power... when you get so exhausted like this?!" Chiho tried hard to speak. "...What do you mean?" Shu Fang asked. "I know they're...used to these powers" Chiho responded. "...Maybe they're not? How can you be sure?" Shu Fang doubted. "That...Mark guy" Chiho stopped panting and looked at Shu Fang. "That guy teleported in front of us and sent us flying. You remember? When we said we encountered enemies? It was them, along with Ma...Maeru?" Chiho managed to recall her name. "...Hm. Mark Hinogashi, Maeru Shigawa... I know them. They're with Shichiro Fujiwara when they met up with us to get rid of you" Shu Fang said. Chiho was surprised how well she knew them "...Let's talk about this later" Shu Fang grabbed her hand. "Y-Yeah..." Chiho nodded and teleported to Trupriv.
"Then let us be!" A big voice roared against the silent surroundings. "Inviso!" The Northern warriors noticed their presence and one of them taps another one who looked twice stronger than most of the warriors. He turns to see them and quickly recognized Chiho and drops his angered look. "Ave, Chiho, Ah! Bonum Diem!" He smiled and spreads his arms out. "Uh... H-h.e.l.lo. Um... You haven't gone charging ahead or something, are you?" Chiho asked. "They are about to, Chiho-san! Good thing you arrived! I can't convince them enough!" A Commander was visibly and audibly tired of them. "Listen. Chiho" The strong-looking warrior taps Chiho's shoulder. "The Enemies. We help you take back your village. We finish quick" He said. Chiho sighed loudly. "Do you even know th-" "Chiho" The warrior grabbed both of her shoulders. His big and muscular appearance terrified her a little bit. "We know. They have such powerful weapons. But doesn't mean we stop" He said. "No, You don't understand. Once you-" "We understand! But we are no cowards! We wi-" "You will DIE!!!" The warrior raised his voice but Chiho, easily p.i.s.sed off, shouted much louder. This surprised everyone. "We will make a plan, cut off their guns and you can go ahead and kill as much as you like!" She continued. "Right now, their guns are..." Chiho clenched her fists.
"Do you even really know how their weapons work? Or did you just heard them from someone?" Chiho looked at the warriors standing around. "Those things fire faster than what you can imagine! You can't see the projectile! Once you heard those things fire, the next thing you know is you are already dead!" Chiho gave a final shout. Whispers filled the place. "...It's bullets, by the way" Shu Fang spoke up to break the noise. "...Take a look" She pulled out a bullet and extends her arm for them to see. "...This one. This was from one of those rapid-fire guns" The bullet has a black sharp point. "...In their guns, they have those things called Magazines. Those magazines are filled with bullets. So that means they can fire these things to you for more than once, unlike our bows and crossbows" She explained. "...This sharp one here goes flying into you while the whole body flies out of the gun. These small sharp things will be stuck into your body, and it will be hard to remove them... Do you now know how they work? Both the speed and the bullet it fires is dangerous" Shu Fang hid the bullet back. "Ede faecam..." One of the warriors whispered and Shu Fang heard him clearly. She opened her right palm and a pink silhouette of the PPSH takes form before her hand.
Everyone was astonished by the magic. The silhouette quickly popped and the real PPSH appeared, she quickly grabbed it and pointed it at the warrior who whispered. "...Peri(...Die)" Shu Fang then started firing just above the warrior's head, at the building's wall, making him duck. The loud gunfire continues until the last ammo. "G-Geez, calm down, you d.a.m.n Chu-Yuan..." A soldier rubs both his ears. "...See that?" Shu Fang looked at the bullet holes on the wall. "...This thing can cause a lot of death... Well how about those ones on their defenses?" She looked at the warriors, who were in great shock. "W-What about the one in the defenses?" The strong-looking warrior asked. "...Those ones at their defenses are larger and longer than this one. And of course, their bullets are much thicker and much sharper. It will dig bigger holes into your bodies, bigger than these" Shu Fang looked at the bullet holes. "...Now. We came here to stop you and warn you about those. You are not a coward just because you are refusing to charge ahead, no... The enemies are different. Their weapons can crush your bravery like they were nothing" Shu Fang looked at the PPSH.
"Y-Yeah, and that aside. I thought they stopped using those monstrous weapons, but they are indeed still using those bigger ones at their defenses" A soldier complained. "It's that Mark guy's thing. He is the one leading those guys" Chiho said. "Now it got me curious... I want to ask Tak.u.mi and her friends about that" She added. "There are some who use blades and their powers together. There's no need to get so happy about it!" Somebody from a tower shouted. "...Hm" Shu Fang nodded. "...That Tanaka... He's one of those who uses powers, though we had yet to see his powers" She said. "I think all of them have that teleportation power" Another soldier said, which got Chiho's attention. "D-Do they get tired or something?!" She asked. "Uh... The one I got to face, She used that power to appear behind me and attack me from there. She still had that serious face so I had no idea" The soldier shrugged. "They don't!" Another soldier answered. "Look at me!" He walked near Chiho. "I was very swift against that guy and all he did was to teleport away from my attacks! Once he teleports, he will attack but due to the pressure, he ended up undressing me!" The soldier, who had his clothes torn from slashes, shouted.
The soldiers and the warriors chuckled. "But I noticed that he wasn't tired of that teleporting s.h.i.t. He just looked p.i.s.sed" He said. "R-Really?! How many times did he use it?" Chiho couldn't believe what she heard. "Up to five. I lost count after that. The kid looked so annoying, I think that guy's a fresh one" He said. "F-Five teleports... E-Everytime you attack?!" Chiho asked to be sure. "Yeah. My attack was continuous and he kept teleporting. That f.u.c.ker" He angrily folded his arms. "...Don't be so down" Shu Fang comforts Chiho. "...You'll get used to it soon" She added. "Y-Yeah..." Chiho gave a nod before bringing her heads up. "So... What now?" The same soldier asked. "Did Gentaro-sama gave an order?" He added. "We were told by the guards about these guys. Then I asked Gentaro-san to go here to save them" Chiho looked at the warriors. "Oh..." The soldier scratched his head.
"...Let's not waste their efforts running here from the North. Let's go get those two bases ahead" Shu Fang said and the warriors started to cheer. "Thank you. We will get them together!" The strong-looking warrior thanked her. "Hey, hey. Do Gentaro-sama knows about this?" A soldier asked. "Doesn't matter. We were tasked to save them anyway" Chiho responded. "But they ARE saved! There's no need to go without Gentaro-sama's orders!" "Then I will lead you!" The soldier persisted but Chiho raised her voice, surprising everyone. "...Y-You will?" Shu Fang couldn't believe her. "Yeah. This will be also a counter-attack for the one they just did!" Chiho nodded with a determined look. It was quite for a second but then a soldier with a Degtyarev made his way to the front and shouted.. "f.u.c.k yeah! Let's do this!" And everyone was hyped up, including the soldiers, who started running to the buildings to get the guns. "We don't give a f.u.c.k if they don't use their guns! We'll use them anyway!" A Commander with a black SVD with yellow thick lines running through the whole gun shouted.
"W-Whoa! You're bringing that one along, Commander?!" His soldiers noticed the unusual sniper. "Yeah. Can't wait to try this out!" The Commander observed the gun. The yellow lines didn't look like paint. The lines form a yellow circle in the area above the trigger. Each side has a circle. "This baby looked unique than most of the guns scattered around" He said. "C-Can I see it?" Chiho asked. "Of course, here" The Commander handed the SVD to Chiho. "S-So heavy..." She said as she holds the gun properly. "Hm..." Chiho was a little bit amazed by the lines. "Do you guys understand this?" She noticed a symbol filling in the circle. It was a peace symbol. "No idea" The Commander shook his head. "...Same here" Shu Fang also shook her head. "I wonder what's this fo-" She touched the circle and it flashes along with a loud noise. Yellow energy ejected from the circle and ran through the lines, it goes for the barrel and the rear one goes for Chiho. As soon as it reaches Chiho's hands, her eyes and her vision flashed yellow, surprising her. "W-What happened?!" The Commander tried to get the gun away from her but was shocked by the yellow energy. "Ow! f.u.c.k!" He immediately pulled his hands away.
"I-I'm fine...!" Chiho scratched her eyes with her left hand. "...L-Look!" Shu Fang pointed at the gun. "Whoa!" The soldiers and warriors have their eyes fixed at the gun. "W-What?" Chiho looked at the gun and saw that energy was flowing throughout the lines one by one slowly, starting from the circle. "W-Wow..." Chiho was very amazed. As she was observing the energy flowing, she noticed something at the scope. "Oh...?" She looked through the scope and noticed some English text around the scope. "Look at this!" Chiho tried giving the gun to Shu Fang. "...I'm not touching that" She said. "W-Why?" Chiho asked then quickly remembered how the Commander was. .h.i.t by the energy of the gun. So she just looked through the scope while aiming up. She saw a brown color. "Hey! Careful where you aim that thing!" The soldier moved away from the gun and Chiho's sight was replaced by the soldiers sitting in the bunkers from the other base ahead. "Ah!" Surprised, she quickly pressed the trigger. The lines of the SVD lit up, instantly filling the gun with immense power, the SVD let out a blinding yellow flash as it fires its round along with an intense blast. Along with the deafening sound mix of laser-like fire and its original sound. There was a long yellow trace of the bullet from the gun to the enemy soldier, which faded away by smoke after a few seconds. The smokes were carried away by the sweep of the wind.
"Fuuuck!" Scream of a soldier on the ground. Everyone was on the ground. Chiho was stunned by the powerful strike. "...What was that?!" Shu Fang quickly stood up to Chiho's side. "Ah..." Chiho heard someone in her mind. "Charging..." It says on her mind. "W-Who's...?!" Chiho looked around. "...What?" Shu Fang got curious. "S-Someone's..." Chiho then looked through the scope. Unlike before, she now sees text around the scope. They were English. On the top left, a red 'Peacemaker' is written, the rest was colored yellow. On the top right, There's a straight line and a text 'E.C. Required' below it. On the bottom right, there's another text 'E.C. Required' written. Same goes for the target, there's one on each of the corners. Lastly, on the bottom left is a charging panel, it's slowly going up as they talk, it just started recharging and the progress is still small. "These... Text. Do you see them?" Chiho showed Shu Fang the scope. Shu Fang carefully moved her head to peek at the scope. "...What text?" She asked. "Huh?" Chiho looked at the scope again, the texts were there. "T-Those text, inside this telescope!" Chiho moved the scope near Shu Fang again. "...T-There's no text, I'm telling you" Shu Fang looked very closely, so close she felt the rising energy ready to shock her if she moves any closer. Despite that, She saw no text. It was just a normal reticle. "N-No way... Why am I the only one seeing this?" "H-Hey!" The Commander called out.
"Look at them! They are panicking!" He pointed far towards the enemy base. "We should go now! It will be quite a few runs before we get there!" He added. "You can check that thing later on!" Then He gestured his men to get ready and the soldiers c.o.c.k their guns. Some of them had the bullets on the chamber of their gun fall off. Shu Fang sighed. "Then, I'll be using this weapon from a distance. If things go wrong, I'll go ahead and join you" Chiho said to the Commander. "Roger that! You heard the girl! She'll be killing off the b.a.s.t.a.r.ds from afar!" He shouted before commanding the warriors to go to the left side while they go for the right one. "...I will go with the Northerns, Chiho. Since you're covering our soldiers" Shu Fang said. Chiho nodded. "Alright, ready when you are, sir!" She said. The Commander got curious. "Aren't you going to take a ride?" There were carriages and horse archers and lancers with them but Chiho didn't ride one. "I'm... going to use the teleportation..." Chiho looked at the ground for a second. Shu Fang stared at her for a second before sighing. "Then... I'll ride with these tough guys..." With that, she proceeded to a terrifying carriage. She was greeted by the two skulls on the door. "...Eugh" Shu Fang went in with an annoyed look.
"Is everyone on set?! Alright, Let's go!" With the Commander's signal, the soldiers and the warriors shouted with the horses' neighs.
Chiho immediately teleported in a tree between the bases. "Haah..." The distance was a little bit far so she had herself panting. "d.a.m.n it..." She hated herself for not getting used to the power. "They were able to do it for more than once. Why can't I?!" She said. "Just doing it for one time already makes me feel like dying... There are even some times that my vision slowly darkening with each heartbeat..." She grips the Peacemaker hard, which she noticed. "This gun..." She looked at the scope. The texts were still there. "Hm..." She thought about pressing the circle or the b.u.t.ton again. Once she does, the circle stopped emitting the powers flowing to the lines. "Ah...!" She felt like some of the energy around her disappears. She looked through the scope and the texts were gone. "Amazing..." She finally gets how the texts work. Whoever pressed the b.u.t.ton, they will be able to see the text, only them. "But what's the point of hiding those stuff from someone? Are they something important?" She asked herself. Then she started hearing the charging army. "They're here!" Chiho flew a little bit to peek at the top of the tree. She saw their army making their way through the enemy base. The tree she was in was a little bit far from their path.
"They're still far away..." She observed the distance. Then she sat back to the branch she was sitting on and moved a little bit forward. She felt the branch first before slowly making her way to p.r.o.ne. Then She slowly adjusted the Peacemaker to poke out of the leaves. After a few tries, she was able to do it right and she can clearly see the enemy base. "Hm..." Chiho let out of small giggle, proud of herself, thinking that she was like an elite sniper. "Let's see..." As she looked through the scope. The bunkers started firing. "Tsk..." Chiho carefully aimed for the machinegunner's head. "Here goes..." She grips the Peacemaker hard and closed her eyes then pushed the trigger. The Peacermaker fired and hits the machinegunner in the head. "Eh?!" Chiho looked through the scope, very surprised. "W-What..." She was expecting a powerful shot. Then she quickly realized that she has to 'turn on' the Peacemaker. "Oh... That's good, I thought it's the only thing this gun can do..." She was glad that the Peacemaker can function as a normal SVD. She quickly focused back and saw a sniper replaced the position of the machinegunner, trying to look for her.
"I'm over here you...uh..." She was quietly taunting the enemy sniper until his gun went past her direction. "Whew..." Chiho sighed in relief, then looked through the scope. She was able to see the sniper scanning the area before ducking down. "One of the things my father taught me..." She remembered one of her father's, Yagano's tips. "If you are hiding against a group of enemy and you have no choice, don't attack unless they are unaware of your attack. They are quick to know your position if they are. If possible, make a plan that can make you take out the group before they scatter to find you... They are a little bit off but somehow..." She observed the base. "If I fire right now, they will hear me again and compromise my spot. I bet that soldier isn't the only one looking for me right now..." She said. "But if they fire again, I need to take them down... So I need to count the enemies who's on watch..." She looked around the base... She saw three soldiers on different places looking out for her while the rest readies to fire again. "d.a.m.n it..." She needed to take down the machine gunners or the soldiers will be mauled down. Few seconds, the machineguns started firing again. Chiho took them down out of choice.
"Я вижу врага..." On a tower, an enemy soldier clearly saw and heard Chiho's fire. He spoke to his radio "Стреляй в деревья..." He said something. "Так точно!" The soldier from the radio responded.
"No...!" Chiho panicked as she saw the machine guns point in her direction. She quickly teleported behind the tree before they started firing. The MG hit several parts of the tree. Leaves are falling out. If she stayed there, she would have been shot. "Geez..." Chiho was proud of herself to think about teleporting instead of jumping down.

"Цель уничтожена..." The Machinegunner said to his radio. "Перезаряжаю..." "Да" They responded to each other.
Chiho waits for a second if the enemies will start firing again. Then teleported up again and adjusted her Peacemaker. "Good... They must have thought that I died" She saw that the machine gunner reloading his gun. The army was getting closer. "Heh... Here they come~" Chiho watched the enemy soldiers run around to ready to defend their base as the army is getting closer. Some of them climb up to the higher ground to aim at the charging army. Once they all fired, Chiho also started firing, picking off the machine gunners that might splash her again, then the soldiers with the rifles. "Блядь! Oпять таки?!" The soldier accompanying the machine gunners shouted in panic. "Aaaand... There!" Chiho watched as the hors.e.m.e.n jumped against the boom gate. "Base invaded...!" Chiho cheered then went back to her scope and started picking off enemies until she was out. "Eh?!" She keeps pressing the trigger but the SVD was only giving out empty clicks. "I forgot..." She buried her face on the Peacemaker's stock. Then a loud explosion happened. "What the...!" Chiho quickly looked through the scope and saw a T-34-85 busting out the boom gate to get out of the base, its turret turning to its back with both of its machineguns firing.
"I need to take that one out!" Chiho looked at the circle. "Will this still work? I mean... I don't think it lets out a bullet before..." She pressed the circle. The energy started flowing again and Chiho's eyes flashed yellow. Once she looked through the scope, she can see the texts again. The charging panel is full and the 'Peacemaker' text is glowing yellow. "Here goes nothing... Take...This!" She pressed the trigger and SVD fired another powerful shot, making the tree unstable, she almost fell. Her shot was quickly followed by the loud destruction of the tank. She looked through the scope and saw the burning T-34. "Heh...Haha! Eat that!" Chiho laughed. "Alright. Gonna go back and take some more ammo..." Chiho readies herself to teleport. Once she does, she teleported into an armory. As usual, she dropped on the floor, having a hard time to breath. "This... is not the time to mess around..." She forced herself to stand. The Armory was filled with nothing but guns and ammunition. Despite that, Chiho only looked for the magazines that looked like the one on her SVD. It took her a while but she was able to bring five magazines, she even replaced the mag that is on her SVD.
"This... will do..." Chiho was planning to teleport while under a bad situation. "I'll get used to it, I'll get used to it...!" She insisted. "Hngh...!" She grips the SVD hard and teleported. "Haah!! U-Urghk!!!" She teleported back to the tree branch but lost grip of the SVD and fell to the ground. She grips her clothes hard as she fights the sharp pain in her fast-beating heart. Along with the intense chest pain, She thought that she's going to die. After a few seconds, the pains started to ease and she was able to focus back. "Hah...Haah...Hah..." She regretted doing that. "d.a.m.n it..." She was shaking intensely, the trauma it gave her is affecting her hard. Hearing the distant battle, she forces herself to focus. "Get the gun..." She looked down and saw the Peacemaker on the ground. "I can't... teleport right now..." She looked at the base with her bare eyes to see if any enemies are watching her position. "Whatever..." She can't clearly see due to distance and chose to ignore it and slowly climb down the tree. "I got you..." Chiho said as she picks up the Peacemaker. "I'm sorry I dropped you..." She rubs the body. "Now, how to climb back? Oh, I can fly..." She realized and felt stupid. "Alright. Time to start mowing down some G.o.dd.a.m.n Prohorovkans..." She adjusted the Peacemaker, she make sure that the Peacemaker is off. Then started firing again.
