Chapter 1354: Her Temper Was Getting Worse
Editor: Atlas Studios
The sound of water in the bathroom quickly stopped, followed by the sound of the door opening. Shi Qian was taking a sip of the warm water that she had just poured when she suddenly felt a strange feeling in her heart. She slowly turned her head and looked in the direction of the bathroom.
“Pfft!” The water in her mouth suddenly spurted out. Then, she choked on the water.
Fu Sinian was only wrapped in a towel. When he saw Shi Qian choke, he immediately rushed forward and patted her back.
Shi Qian finally caught her breath and looked at him in confusion. “Why are you here?”
“You filmed fewer scenes today, so you can finish work early. Coincidentally, I’m free, so I came to see you,” Fu Sinian said matter-of-factly.
“No one noticed when you came, right?” Shi Qian asked quickly.
“Qian Qian, we’ve been separated for so many days. Don’t you miss me at all?” What Fu Sinian wanted to see was Shi Qian’s surprised and expectant expression.
After all, he had been working very hard these past few days. Every day felt like a year.
“I haven’t had time to think about it.” Shi Qian really wanted to roll her eyes at him.
They had only been separated for a short while!
“Today, I came to look for you because of the news on the Internet,” Fu Sinian suddenly said seriously.
When Shi Qian heard this, the expression on her face changed.
“Did you find something?” she immediately asked.
Fu Sinian deliberately didn’t answer her. He reached out and twirled a strand of her hair. “This isn’t a big deal. You’ve been filming for the entire day. You must be very tired. I’ve filled the bathtub for you. Go take a bath first.”
“I’ll go after you’re done talking.”
“I want to lie in bed and talk to you later.”
“I think it’s better for us to stand here.”
“Qian Qian, are you afraid that we’ll waste time chatting in bed later?” Fu Sinian asked with a smile.
Shi Qian rolled her eyes at him! She turned around and walked towards the bathroom.
Fu Sinian immediately followed her. Just as he reached the door, the bathroom door was closed and locked by Shi Qian. He shook the lock and frowned tightly.
“Qian Qian, I won’t leave you hanging anymore. Open the door,” Fu Sinian said with a hint of pleading.
“Wait outside for me to come out of the shower.” Shi Qian didn’t spoil him. She just wouldn’t open the door. Anyway, this wasn’t an urgent matter. With them around, what was there to be afraid of?
Fu Sinian couldn’t help smiling.
Her temper was getting worse.
Half an hour later, Shi Qian walked out of the bathroom. Fu Sinian pulled her into his arms and buried his face in her neck, sniffing her fiercely.
“I haven’t dried my hair yet.” Shi Qian pushed his head hard. He did not budge and hugged her even tighter.
“I’ll blow dry it for you. I’ve already prepared the hairdryer.” Fu Sinian carried Shi Qian to the sofa and sat down, hugging her to blow dry her hair.
Shi Qian was really quite tired. The filming tasks for the past few days had been too heavy, and she could only rest well today. She had wanted to go back to the hotel and sleep early, but the person who tired her the most had come.
After drying her hair, Fu Sinian realized that Shi Qian was leaning weakly in his arms, looking very tired.
“Once you start working, you don’t care about anything anymore. You act in so many scenes in a day. Are you trying to tire yourself out?” Fu Sinian’s tone was filled with heartache and helplessness.
“Acting isn’t that tiring at all. Being with you is the most tiring.” Shi Qian looked up into his eyes. With that, she curled up in his arms like a boneless kitten.
“So you really don’t miss me at all,” Fu Sinian said with a sad expression.
Shi Qian couldn’t bear to see him like this. She changed her words. “I did.”
