Chapter 1290: Arthur Returned Alive!
Editor: Atlas Studios
Shi Qian was not prepared to go to the beach. She was prepared to climb over these rocks to see what the other side was like.
Her current situation was much more exciting than those desert island survival programs.
She was really trying to survive on a deserted island.
Fortunately, she had received a long period of training from Dong Zi and had also watched some survival programs on deserted islands. She had more or less acc.u.mulated some experience.
Not long after, Shi Qian saw a puddle by the sea.
This water should have flowed down during the high tide. There would definitely be some small fish and prawns.
Shi Qian was a little excited and quickened her pace.
From afar, she saw some abalones and sea urchins lying on the edge of the rock.
Shi Qian came to a crack in the rock, picked up a sea urchin, and pried it open with a knife.
To be honest, she had never seen such a fat sea urchin. She ate five sea urchins in a row.
After eating, she crawled to the edge of the rock and began to pry up abalones. She picked up some unknown conchs and carried them to the cave.
These things were enough for her to eat her fill today.
After putting these things away, Shi Qian walked towards the beach.
Suddenly, she saw a figure beside the reef!
“Arthur!” Shi Qian quickly ran in that direction.
Arthur was washed to the sh.o.r.e by the waves and did not react to her call.
Shi Qian helped Arthur up. His body was cold!
She immediately reached for the tip of his nose and heaved a sigh of relief when she realized that he still had a faint breath. She struggled to drag Arthur to the beach.
She realized that Arthur’s body was still bleeding, leaving a shocking blood trail on the white beach!
Shi Qian quickly turned over Arthur’s body and saw a wound on his back. From the shape of the wound, it looked like he had been stabbed by a dagger. Although the wound was not big, it was very deep. She did not know if it had hurt his internal organs.
She quickly took out the disinfectant in her bag and treated his wound.
When she touched the wound, Arthur frowned. There was still pain.
“Arthur! Arthur!” Shi Qian hurriedly called out.
Arthur finally opened his eyes. After a daze, he realized that it was Shi Qian. Then, he fainted again.
Shi Qian quickly patted his cheek. Arthur was completely unresponsive.
Looking at his dry lips, Shi Qian turned around and went to get a coconut. She rolled the leaves into small funnels and poured coconut juice into Arthur’s mouth.
Arthur choked on two mouthfuls and regained some consciousness.
Shi Qian quickly raised his head and continued to feed him.
After drinking a few mouthfuls of coconut juice, Arthur opened his eyes again.
Shi Qian looked up at the dark clouds gathering in the distance, worried that there would be another storm.
“Arthur, hang in there. We need to get out of here and take shelter in one of the caves above.”
When Arthur heard Shi Qian’s words, he wanted to stand up on his own, but as soon as he moved, he fell back weakly.
“I’ll help you over.” Shi Qian put Arthur’s arm around her shoulder and struggled to lift him.
Arthur could only steady himself on one leg because he had been shot in the other.
Shi Qian had not realized it yet.
Since he had returned alive, he naturally could not die on this island. Arthur regained a trace of perseverance. With Shi Qian’s support, he moved forward step by step.
However, the two of them were too slow. They were far from the speed at which the dark clouds gathered..
