Rewrite System 9 Magic 101

Today mark my third day in this world, honestly all of these still feel like a dream even though I know it's real. I thought as I keep staring at my arm, gla.s.ses sure patch me up well there's not even a scar even though it was torn up.

"Yo! It's great to see ya breathing, so tell me what happened in the lion's den." Lucas said cheerfully as he tap(smack) my back. What he meant by lion's den is the princ.i.p.al office, why did he ask that you wonder? Well yesterday as soon as we returned to the academy and report our a.s.signment, the princ.i.p.al and lady Nadia visit our cla.s.s and decided to replace our teacher to handle the reports. After they went through it the princ.i.p.al had this sly smile on her face while lady Nadia look a bit annoyed.

"You, new kid, follow me to my office" the princ.i.p.al commanded me after she was done with the reports then left the cla.s.s. Lucas wished me luck and Elea look at me like he's feeling sorry for me. well, He's not off the mark.

"I'mma be frank with you, you're a disaster for my pocket and honestly I'd like to rid of you but here's what ya gonna do. You're gonna stay here until you graduate then for 10 years, 50% of your monthly earnings will go to me." The princ.i.p.al suddenly said as soon as I closed the door to the office and before I could digest it she added.

"You can only accept runt, if you decline I'll kick you from the academy right outta this window." After that statement I could only nod, by the way this princ.i.p.al were the lady that gave me my uniforms. Honestly it's such a waste that her beauty doesn't match her personality. After that 'discussion' she told me to either call her Emilia or Princ.i.p.al then she gave me a calendar and a cla.s.s rooster before shooing me off like I'm some stray animal.

"Not much, just a bit of friendly talk" I casually told Lucas before I turn to Elea, "so what's for today's magic cla.s.s?"

"Honestly, no idea. From what I heard, the previous teacher got fired and a new teacher replaced him." He said before taking a seat in front of me and Lucas next to him.

"New huh, well what can you tell me about the basics? I'm a bit new about magic." "New? Did you came from one of the dwarven kingdom? Well anyway, in magic there are four basic elements, they are fi-"

"The four basic elements are fire, water, earth and wind, these elements are all floating around us with no form, in this state they are called mana. Other than that mana are also made up everything in this world, be it furniture, plants, animals, monsters, even us." Luna cut out as she sat down beside me

"Hee~ you're quite knowledgeable aren't you, Luna sure is smart." I praised her, she smiled triumphantly as she puff out her chest with pride.

"You're forgetting the advance elements, and you're not explaining elements natural order." Gla.s.ses remind Luna as she take the seat right of her.

"Let me guess, the advance elements are light and darkness as for the natural order it's fire effective against wind, wind against earth, earth against water, and water against fire. As for light and darkness they definitely oppose each other." I guessed and receiving a nod from her.

"However it is not just that, there are also time and s.p.a.ce elements but those two are rare. For someone that never learned it you sure catch on quick. I haven't introduce myself properly to you have I? My name is Stephanie, I think we can get along if you don't repeat yesterday mistake."

"I'm Vayne, I hope we can get along too and don't worry I learned my lesson" I sure learn it, at that time my skill didn't work because I ran out of Mp, but I have changed the system layout now my Hp, stamina and Mp are shown on the top right corner. Thankfully only changing the layout didn't use any RP or it would be a complete waste.
