Karol started to walk towards the northern side of the village. Seeing Karol walking away, Robert suddenly thought about something and started to follow him.

After a while, Karol reaches in front of a lake. It was the same lake where he met Ellie for the first time.

He then started to walk towards the left side of the lake and reach in front of the 4m high tree.

Suddenly his face contorted with anger, and he suddenly starts to punch the tree, and after his 9th punch, the tree broke down, and his hands were also bleeding.

Suddenly he felt pain on his back, and when he turned around, he saw Robert with one leg in the air. Seeing his leg, he understood the reason for his pain.

"Why did you hit me?" Karol asked with anger in his eyes. "Because your mother is hurt right now, and you are here hurting yourself too." Robert shouted, looking straight in the eyes of Karol.

"But.." Karol wanted to say something, but Robert didn't give him any chance and said, "No buts, what were you thinking doing this, do you think your mother will be happy seeing your hands like that."

"Let's go now." Robert said. "Okay," Karol replied. Both of them now started walking back to Karol's house. "Say, why were you punching that tree anyway?" Robert asked, looking towards Karol with a curious gaze.

"That is the tree where Ellie and I used to hang out the most, and I want to destroy everything I have related to her." Karol said with a face mix of anger and sadness.

"You still love her, right?" Robert asked. "You could say that I still love her because I can't just destroy this emotion that I have for two years in one day, but I also hate her the most in this world." He replied as can't understand his feelings towards her.

"Well, we will know your feelings if you face her." Robert said with an understanding gaze. "You are right, but enough about those things, but I want to know, why did you follow me even though I said not to follow me." Karol asked, looking at Robert.

"As I have known since we were children, I know that you were going to do something stupid as you always do when you are angry." Robert said with an amusing face, and he suddenly started laughing, thinking about how foolish his best friend is and seeing him laughing, Karol also started to laugh too.

In Karen's room.

Not knowing anything that was happening outside, Sasha started to treat Karen. First, she stopped the flow of the blood, and just as she was checking her body, she realized her bones had been crushed into a paste.

She tried to use higher-level healing spells on her, but she couldn't repair her bones at all. She also tried her highest level healing spell, but even that wasn't able to restore her bones, but she was able to heal her external wounds.

Karen suddenly started gaining consciousness. When she woke up, she realized she was lying down on something. She suddenly realized that she couldn't move her limbs. Looking around, she saw Sasha using healing spells on her.

"What happened?" She asked, looking towards Sasha. "Someone attacked you, and Karol found you wounded, and Robert takes me here to heal your wounds and…" She replied, but she was hesitating to tell her current condition or not.

Realizing something was wrong, she asked: "And what?". Finally decided to tell her condition, "Your joints, bones are crushed to paste, and I can't heal you." Sasha said with a depressing voice.

"Don't look sad; it's not your fault. It just maybe fate not wanting to live my life fully." Karen said with a calm tone. "There is a way to heal you," Sasha said, looking towards Karen as she wanted to help her friend. Karen looks at her with a curious gaze as she wanted to know that way.

"The way to heal you is to heal you using bone repairing pills, but that pill costs 20 gold, and I have a way to get it for ten gold, but the ten gold will still be missing." She said, looking towards Karen as she knows that she can't procure as she is poor and also the condition she is in right now.

"Don't worry about ten gold; I sure can get that much money in 1 year." Karen said with a confident gaze as she knew what Sasha was thinking about.

"But there is a huge problem as you can't be healed after one month." Sasha said with a depressing tone. "Don't worry about it; just think of it as G.o.d's choice." Karen said with a calm tone, even though knowing the situation she was in.

Suddenly the sound of a door clicking was heard, and both of them hear the sound of Karol and Robert voices.
