Beast Mutation 32 Ch.30 Scared

He tried to calm himself down but wasn't able to that as he still remembers and gotten a strange trauma from that experience. "Calm down or I won't be able to do anything." Karol tried to calm himself down from all the things that happened.

After 10 minutes he finally was able to stop shaking of fear and after 30 minutes he was able to somewhat walk. Even though he was able to walk he still couldn't touch that beast.

He then looked ahead of the beast and saw a bloodied footprint of a large feet. Realizing it was probably his when he was that beast, he started to follow the footprints to return to his house and get out of this forest.

While following the footsteps he encountered many beasts but all of them were dead but he was not able to touch or look at any corpse at all and when he tried to do that he always gets remembers about that incident and it's scared him to his core.

While he still walking through the trails of the footprints, a beast suddenly appeared in front of but runs away when it's realized it was weaker than its opponent. Karol just stands there looking at the escaping beast with a horrified face.

"No, it can't be.." Karol thought with a horrifying feeling as he realized he wasn't able to attack or look at that beast at all. "I got to get out of here fast." Karol thought and started to run while trying to avoid encountering any beast.

After a while he reached the place where all the incidents take place. Looking around the area he saw two piles of ashes and on one pile of ash there was the stealth panther laying there dead. Karol looked at the panther and then at the pile of ash and realized whose ash it is.

Karol then started to dug and hole in front of the tree and put the corpse of the beast while shaking and the ash of the baby panther in the hole in it and covered it with dirt. He then transformed his arm to the beast on and started to scratch on the tree.

'Here Lies the Stealth panther and her baby' was written on the tree. Then Karol bow down to pay respect and then started to dug another hole near another tree. He then picked up the ashes of Ron and put it in the hole and covered with the dirt and write 'Here lies Ron the Archer' on the tree.

"I will surely get revenge for your death." Karol said while bowing in Infront of his grave. He then suddenly remembered something and takes out a bow that Ron used to hunt with, from his bag and put it in front of his grave. He then paid his respect for the last time and leave that area.

Even though he didn't have any footprints to guide his way, he was still able to return to the river as he remembered the area. After reaching the river Karol then decided to wash himself up as he was stuck in a room for many days. After washing himself up, he leaves the river and just as he started to go towards a town.

He encountered a party of four walking towards the river. Just as he saw those people he runs away from them and started to vomit near a tree. "What was that?" One of the members of the party asked. "It was probably some adventurer, let's ignore him and go our way." The person in front of the party said. "You right." The other members replied and walk away from Karol while looking at him with strange eyes.

"Huh, why did I started vomiting." Karol thought while vomiting as just he went to greet that party, he felt a sudden urge to vomit looking at them. "It must be an aftermath of that corpses of the beast." Karol thought thinking it was probably due to those corpses of the beast.

After a while, Karol stopped vomiting and started to walk towards the town and instead of going to adventurer's guild he ran towards a clothing shop. While he running towards the shop people were looking at him with strange eyes due to his clothes.

"How can I help.. we don't have any money so go away." The owner tried to greet Karol and stopped midway after looking at his clothes and tried to make him go away thinking him as a beggar. Suddenly, Karol thrown a silver coins towards the shop owner and said with an angry face, "Here's the money and give me your best clothes and keep the change."

After getting the money the shop keeper quietened down and runs at the back of his shop to get his best clothes. Karol just stands there with an angry face. "Here is our best clothes, sir." The shop keeper comes out of the back while giving the clothes to Karol.

Karol then takes the clothes and goes to the trial room to wear them. After a while he comes out of the room wearing the clothes, "You are looking amazing, sir." The shop keeper compliment Karol trying to get on his good side. "You don't need to tell me that." Karol said with an angry face and exited the shop.

Just as Karol exited the room, he punched himself on the face, "What the heck I was doing?" Karol thought as gives away so much money and get angry over something small as he didn't have done that. "I need some rest after all this incident." Karol thought as strange things keep happening after that incident.

"But first I need to sell these." Karol thought while looking at the flowers and started to head towards the adventurer's guild.
