The Universe Conspired For Us To Meet 171 You Are Too Good An Enemy!

Ms Jessica Parker came over when Jayne was working on the sharp brushes of the pointed foot to develop speed and precision of the feet and legs.

"Jayne, you can go back home now. It's getting late. The university is about to close for the day." Ms Parker informed.

Jayne then gracefully stopped her moves. She then glanced at her watch. It was fifteen minutes past six. "Thank you Ma'am! It didn't cross my mind that it was six already! I better get going." She began gathering all her stuff.

"You've worked hard! See you tomorrow!" Ms Jessica Parker walked out.

By then all the students who were practising had already left. Jayne was practising in a separate room in the auditorium. So, she wasn't aware of it.

When Jayne was about to head outside the room, somebody locked the door from outside. Jayne even heard the lock.

Suspicious, she tried to pull the door. But, it refused to open. She began banging the door, "Anybody there!"

"Anybody there!"

"Anybody there!"

But she heard no response.

Suddenly even the lights of the room went out. Darkness engulfed the room. Jayne's heart beat wildly. With one hand on her hip and the other on her head she began thinking, "What do I do now? I guess I'm stuck here! How do I get out of here now? Ronnie!"

She slumped down to the floor and sat with her heads buried in her knees.

Suddenly, she heard somebody unlocking the door and the door to the room suddenly opened. She saw Daniel West at the door.

"Daniel!" She sprang to her feet and dashed outside.

"Lady Boss! Are you alright? Shall we go to the hospital?" Daniel West asked worried.

"Daniel! You came in at the right time. I'm totally fine. I was just a little scared earlier as I didn't know what to do earlier…"  Jayne explained.

"You don't have to worry madam! We should go home now." Daniel West said.

"But then how did you end up coming here Daniel? Thankfully you did come. Else I don't know, probably I'd to remain here all night until somebody found me." Jayne voiced out her fear.

Daniel West began explaining, "You don't have to worry Ma'am! I dealt with them already. Actually, Boss was worried about you. Hence he asked me to pick you up. That's how I came here."

"I met your mentor Ms Jessica Parker on the way. She told me that you were here. I came looking for you. But then, I saw someone lock your door. I found it very suspicious. I was late because I had to delay with them. Unless Boss is here, he won't let anything happen to you Ma'am!"

"But then, who were they? Why did they do this to me? What did you do to them Daniel?" Jayne asked worried.

"Ma'am, it's the Dalton sisters again. I've dealt with them already. You don't have to worry. Let's go home first." Daniel added.

They began walking out towards the entrance.

"They're repeatedly attacking me for no reason. I always believe in fighting fair and square. I can't and don't want to get down to their cheap levels to prove myself. I'll defeat her once and for all in the dance compet.i.tion. Just leave them to me Daniel." Jayne suggested.

"Madam, you are too good an enemy! Leave the Dalton sisters to me. You can deal with Katherine Bradford in the compet.i.tion." Daniel smirked as he held the door open for Jayne to get inside

Daniel got inside the car and drove away.

"They're Katherine Bradford's scapegoats Daniel. She is simply using them to her advantage." Jayne said frustrated.

"Maybe Madam! But they're not that innocent either. Karma got right back at them. They wanted you to be locked but then ended up getting locked themselves!" Daniel had a sly smile on his face.

Jayne was shocked. "Daniel? What did you just say? How did that happen?"

Daniel began explaining, "Madam, actually when I came, these two girls locked your room and took flight from there. One of the girls even fell down while fleeing. I was about to help them. But, they hid themselves in the first room they came across."

"Unfortunately the locks of the door wasn't functioning properly… It got jammed and refused to open when I tried. I thought they must have locked it from inside. But, within the next few seconds, they began banging the door from inside shouting for help.."

"That's when I realised that karma served back at them. I just left them there and came to rescue you madam. Don't worry. They'll never ever trouble you!" Daniel gave an elaborate explanation of everything.
