Jiang Huai furrowed his eyebrows. However, just as he was about to walk up to them, the group immediately dispersed. What the h.e.l.l was happening?

Picking up a wooden stick, he directed it to Jiang Huai’s neck. “Your name is Jiang Huai, right?”

The hooligans surrounded him. All of them had scowls painted across their faces.

Scared half to death, the young man trembled. He felt a ball rising up to his throat, and he couldn’t find it in himself to speak. “I…….” s.h.i.t, he was going to die.

Li Tao stretched his leg and stepped on his palm.

Different sounds blubbered up his throat. He kept bobbing his head up and down, afraid that he’d be kicked again in the next second.

Li Tao motioned to the people behind him and they took the rag from her mouth.

“Brother Tao,” he immediately said, crawling towards him. “I really didn’t mean for you to be beaten by that b.i.t.c.h! I know you were interested in that s.l.u.t, but when I saw her come out of that luxury car, I didn’t want you to be deceived by her.”

“She’s a s.l.u.t, she’s not worth your attention!”

“That’s why I told you her location-for you to know her true colors. I didn’t know this woman was powerful! I’m really sorry.”

Jiang Huai cried.

Tears flowed through his cheeks. He appeared to be very sincere about his feelings, but even then… Li Tao observed him for a couple of seconds before lowering his stick.

Li Tao hesitated for a moment.

The surrounding men all pointed their wooden sticks at Jiang Huai. The tension wafted around them as they stared cautiously, afraid that he’d try something against their boss.

Surprise flashed across Jiang Huai’s eyes. Taking a deep breath, he hugged his arms around Li Tao’s leg as he continued to look as sincere as possible.

He didn’t expect him to be so gullible!

Li Tao actually believed his words so easily. What an idiot! He might be able to make use of him again.

“Are you planning to let her off just like that?”

He gritted his teeth.

Perhaps he could still salvage this situation. After all, Yao Tang had indeed gotten into a fight. There must be consequences awaiting for her in the end.
