Then, Gewalin and Janeyuu was being left in the room alone with Laurence had gone until the night had came and two leens girls had led the two to their prepared room. On the next day, Janeyuu had received her armor and bag back; everything is in order without a single missing item.

Their breakfast is grilled dry fish that was prepared by Gewalin herself in the specially made kitchen for her only. Laurence didn't ordered his servants to prepare anything else other than a leens teacher to teach Gewalin leens language, so they have to prepare their own meals.

When she's learning the language, she learned that there's something very abnormal happen. Her language teacher said that leens and humans are actually speaking in different language, but the reason why both leenses and humans can understand each other is still a mystery — that understanding is limited to only speaking and not work on writing and ancient language.

The difficulty for Gewalin is that she has to pretend to be a genius who could quickly learn other language that she was actually understood it all since in the beginning. She thought of G.o.ddess Angela many times between this. In her thought, getting such a great skill like this so easily made her feel that its value is lower than it should be.

Gewalin asked to has the books for her self learning from the teacher and also told him that she won't bother him any more after this and will study by herself. Even though he felt surprised, the teacher gave Gewalin a big book with a dictionary in the similar size; only that dictionary is translate leens language to leens language, which he did not find how this will help her anything, he just gave her as per request without a question.

Many books on the shelf was brought out to read quickly. Laurence collects many variety kind of books, each book has realistic animating ill.u.s.trations to describe things that's difficult to understand by only text or still ill.u.s.trations.

Janeyuu who equipped her armor back didn't do anything other than laying and rolling all day with boredom until the evening that Laurence appeared again. He's been smiling all the way here showing his happiness.

"It seems everything is came to thy favor, sir Laurence?" Gewalin greeted.

Laurence invited Gewalin to sit down and initiate the conversation; leaving Janeyuu rolling around, making noises at the corner of the room like before.

"I have to apologize for being disappeared a whole day. After we discussed with much heat for a long time, we had finally decided"

He handed Gewalin a black and a white gloves. The gloves are all left-handed delicately and beautifully made from smooth silky cloth.

"This is?" Gewalin received them with a surprise.

"This is a symbol of the leens's special guest in our kingdom. Only if thou wear this glove, every leenses  will consider thou a guest from foreign land that has ranking equally to a normal leens. The black one is for thee and the white one is for thy friend. Thou might be liking black more than white, right?"

Gewalin wear the black glove to her left hand with difficulty. Even though she could efficiently use her mechanical arm, the fingers that are bigger than normal can't be easily used to adjust a silky slippery cloth to her hand.

When she finished wearing her glove, the glove had glown and broke into light particle before it was condensed and drew a shape of a black nine-leaves flower on the back of her left hand.

"Thou could show this pattern to the leens if any of them behave to thee with bias. I am guaranteed that they will act like thou art leenses like them"

Gewalin's rather like this pattern of flower shape on her back hand much.

"Yuu, wear this. Remove your gauntlet first" She threw the white glove to Janeyuu that's already rolled to the other side of the room.

"Our military department is actually ultimately disagreed to this. But when they have confirmed from the report of our scouts about the existence of large magic absorber equipment about a hundred meters buried underground, they changed their mind and allowed thou to have the special rights as a return"

Gewalin looked at Laurence with doubt.

"As per thy action, didn't it conflicted with thy intention to improve the relationship with humans? I am certain that revealing this secret to the military department would lead to a great war"

Gewalin slightly raised her brows "Then it is up to thee … By the way, could we leave already? I really want to look around the town now"

"Certainly, but thou should have some money with thee. I think thou did not have cash that us leens use, so I have prepared thy these money too"

Laurence handed two shiny silver cards the same size of an ID card to Gewalin.

"This is a personal item every leens have, we called it a credit card. Thou have to press it for a moment to let it record your spiritual wave. Because everyone's spiritual waves are different, no one could use thy credit card other than thy own self"

Gewalin threw one of the card to Janeyuu and press another credit card with her left index finger and thumb finger. After just a moment, the card changed its silvery shining color to pitch black then the white pattern of roots are appeared from end to end — the border of the white roots are gradually fading to pitch black background — and then there's a leens number appearing, indicating the number 0.

"This credit card did not only record thy spiritual wave but also showing thy type of spiritual wave on the card too" Laurence showed his credit card to Gewalin. His card is a wave of glittery rainbow with a very delicate pattern on it.

Janeyuu sat down beside Gewalin and showed a card with white,blue,orange and red gradient background with a single dark yellow strap pattern; it is such a colorful card different from Gewalin's that showed a gloomy grey tint and the clear difference between black and white.

"Use thy card to touch mine own card, I will transfer thee the cash"

Laurence's rainbow card touched black, grey and white card of Gewalin. Laurence's card didn't show any number but her card has rapidly increasing the number value till it hit a hundred thousand.

"Thou can transfer thy cash to the other s by touching the cards like this. Try transfer thy credits to thy friend, thou could just will it strongly"

Gewalin touched her card to Janeyuu's by her will to transfer her cash to Janeyuu a fifty thousand. Her number value on her card drastically decreased and hit fifty thousand but she didn't see Janeyuu's card number value.

"Is it fifty thousand?" Gewalin asked Janeyuu who was looking at her card.

"I don't know, I can't read" Janeyuu shook her head and made Gewalin realized that her friend can't read leens language like her.

"Sir Laurence, did thou have any thing I can write?"

Laurence handed Gewalin a pencil and a paper.

"Thank you" Gewalin received the pencil and paper and drew fifty thousand in leens number and gave it to Janeyuu. Janeyuu compared the number on the paper and number on her card then nodded as they're matched, even though she still didn't know that it was fifty thousand or not.

"Thou could count in our language?" Asked Laurence.

Gewalin nodded "The teacher thou prepared for me is truly did a great work and I mine own self have a talent in linguistic so I could easily learn it"

"Then it would be great. Thou could travel through the land of leens anywhere except some part that was restricted to anyone. And don't forget about thy date of duel too. Come, let me accompany thy to the front of the castle. Even though the night is approaching, there will be a lot of people till the midnight"

The two slept in their room last night so they didn't see the night view of the Silver Seed castle. The entire town are glowing with many big jewels decorated on every houses and buildings. The light is too blinding that it covered the sky and made the stars seem so dim.

After reading some books in Laurence's parlor room, she understood leens a bit better. Leens nowadays counted as their cultural golden time. Everyone are comfortably living without much difficulties and prioritize in finding their own happiness. This is the fruition of their ancestors that fought through many hard times for their own descendants.

When they've got out of the flying elevator, they began to stroll the street that was covered by many blinding lights even Janeyuu thought it was too much.

"Why did they have to make it this shining? I eyes almost blind!"

Gewalin that was looking around saw many leenses pa.s.sing by gossiping when they saw her with many expressions; some looking down on them, some showing appreciation, some are surprised, but there are also some who didn't care as they have something more important in their mind.

"I think they are too used to compating each other. At first, I think they aren't this much. But when there's someone who do it more, has it more and has it brighter, they gone out of hand and made everything so tasteless"

Gewalin tried to make a theory. She thought humans and leenses aren't that much different in this way. It seems that leenses are more epicurean than humans to some extent. But she also understood that their level of sufficiency are different according to their standard too.

"These glittering light are still tolerable, but it's getting worse because of these magical energies that was emitted are making me itching all over! Especially those small diamonds, I think it's even comparable to a nettle! … Welp, I've never seen a nettle before though" Janeyuu's rubbing her neck, it seems her sensation is that irritating.

Gewalin tried to follow "Hmm … I think I could imagine it. That's the book shop, let's go" Without any answer, Gewalin dragged the other party quickly.

The owner is an old lady. With the bookworm nature, she didn't feel any negative feeling toward her foreign customers, except that she didn't like the idea of that lewd clothes Gewalin wore much.

"Please feel free to look for the books. I have many variety of books that covers all kind of subjects and many stories for thy to choose as thy wish"

Gewalin slightly bowed to the other party, then she quickly go straight to find what she want — the magic related books.

Janeyuu felt better in the book shop as there's no much light like outside, there's only the ceiling that was gleaming in warm comfortable soft light. She sat the shop's chair and wait for her friend that was seriously picking up her books.

The books in this shop is a rather different than what she read in Laurence's room, as the books here are all modern book that was very slim unlike the one from Laurence's room.

In each slim book also contains very slim pages, but the ill.u.s.trations inside are more detailed and beautiful than what she read. This must be new production of books in Gewalin's thought.

After she had circling in the shop for a almost ten times, she picked up more than thirty books that she think it could give her most benefits and brought them to buy at the counter. When she paid the books, she just learned that each book doesn't even reach ten credit, indicating how valuable the leens currency is compared to humans.

The owner slightly surprised when she saw the pattern on Gewalin's card, She's never seen any card that has similar pattern before. But trading must be the first priority, she touched Gewalin's card and received the money without asking anything.

"Then, what's next?" Janeyuu asked Gewalin.

"What do you want to do next then?" Gewalin asked back.

Janeyuu scratched her head "Dunno, but now I'm very hungry"

"Leenses didn't eat like us. I think we have to find something to eat elsewhere outside the town"

Decided, the two immediately went out of the town. And when they got out, they were surprisingly greeted by the darkness of the night so contrasted with the lights of the town. This sudden changes made them confused.

Janeyuu signed with relief "When we got outside, I just learned that there are so much magical energies in the town. But here outside is filled with the energies from plants, it feels so much better"

A tent was quickly established beside the wall. Their dinner is still the grilled dried fish that they always eat. After dinner, Gewalin picked the book the chef blacksmith gave to read instead if the books she just bought. Janeyuu is tending her sword like always.

"What's your plan in the match?" Janeyuu brought up a topic while she's still sharpening her sword.

"I will try to read every books about magic I bought today and see if there's a way to use magic … if not then I will train my body as much as possible before the duel"

"And how's the book you've got from the chef? I saw you read it many times"

Gewalin closed the book and sighed "Bad. His writing style is as weird as his speaking style, so I have to decrypt it so many times. But I've already understood the main idea about crafting armors and weapons. If there are materials then I think I could make a rough simple one with not much difficulties"

"Don't forget to make an amazing one for me!" Janeyuu smiled.

"No problem. Are you done? I'm already sleepy"

Janeyuu answered her question by sheathed the sword back to the scabbard and went to sleep in the tent. Then Gewalin followed in after that.

The next day, Gewalin washed herself at the lakeside since the morning had came. Water in the lake is icy cold but also refreshing her much. But Janeyuu didn't undress and gone into the water to clean herself other than simply washing her face with the reason "Hate cold water". After she finished washing, she settle down at the root of a big tree on the lakeside not faraway from the town.

Gewalin began to read the books she bought with thoughtfulness and observant to every detail while Janeyuu is practicing the sword art nearby as she didn't want to disturb her friend. The days are pa.s.sing like this until the date of the match had came. It's became that the content in the books is too much and leave her no room for training her body.

Steel Bark is the one who led them to the arena that was placed on the riverside ground. The arena was surrounded by the grandstands that could support over a thousand people and now every seats were all ticketed. Entertainment like this is popular among leenses.

"I wish thy a good luck" Laurence said only this before he went up to the special area for VIP. A part of the grandstand is too luxuriously decorated. Spencers, Heart Wood and many other people Gewalin didn't know are all seated with much expectation.

After the announcement of the beginning of the event from someone who Gewalin didn't known of but was certainly one of a high status person of the town, the match began in this afternoon. Gewalin looked at Sharp Star in his armor with strong determination. Her emotions and thoughts are all gone from her mind, left only the willing to fight.

Right after the signal, Sharp Star immediately enhanced all his body with magic — this is one of his main ability. Gewalin could clearly see the glowing aura covering her opponent, his long leaf shaped sword is also glowing.

Sharp Star suddenly closing the distance and slashed his sword, simply yet as fast as lightning.

Gewalin used her advantage of the hardness of her mechanical arm by simply used her hand to block the sword, she even tried to pull the sword out but her opponent is very fast and left her only the silhouette and the burn mark from magic of the sword. And with his superior speed, he even counter attack with another slash.

This attack was very fast, it could cut her into pieces. Only that the clothes she wore has a very fine fire resistance. Other than a small cut that the blood was coming out, there's no major injuries on her.

With the otherworldly speed comparing to her, Gewalin was attacked one-sidedly. The sword made the cuts all over her body, blood running out of those shallow wounds and covering her body — it looks so terrifying. The fire bull leather clothes could protect the user from fire but its defence from weapons is still far lower than Sharp Star's personal weapon's damage output.

Janeyuu that was watching from the side of the grandstand felt astonished from Gewalin even greater. Because although she was covering in blood and dyed her all red, Gewalin's consciousness and determination is still straight strong without waver. The warriors beside her are also felt Gewalin's st.u.r.diness too.

Now Gewalin had became a b.l.o.o.d.y doll that leave the red mark every step she went. Other than using her mechanical arm to defend herself, she does nothing else. It was Sharp Star himself that had to change his strategy as he couldn't make greater wound that could brought defeat to the other party.

He dispersed his flaming fire magic from the sword and charge it with air magic instead. This air magic will make a very fast current of wind around the sword that's strong enough to penetrate the magical barrier from Gewalin's clothes. Only that this type of magic need constant magical energies to feed it so he need to disperse the speed enhancement magic in the place of controlling it.

Everyone could clearly noticed this changes including Gewalin. Sharp Star gradually closing his distance to Gewalin. Even though her body is all red now, he still being cautious and always on his guard. He has no idea what cards his opponent have left, so he can't plan ahead.

And when there's only a step away to Gewalin, He ignited his mana and used the speed enhancement magic on himself and quickly stabbed his sword to Gewalin. That sword had pierced through the girl's body so easily, but the b.l.o.o.d.y smile that appeared on her face had sent him a chill to his spine.

Janeyuu watched the terrifying scene of her friend being pierced with awful expression. Everyone who's watching the arena had various expressions. Some who never seen a deadly battle like this are even fainted when they saw the wind coiling around Sharp Star's sword had blew the splattering blood to a side of the grandstand, dyeing it red.

Gewalin took the opportunity when her opponent had closing his distance to melee range to tackle him tightly. Even though her speed is inferior, she's confident that her strength must be greater. The magic lighter that was hid in her left hand in the beginning was immediately lit.

The people who could sense the magical energies could felt the absorbing force. Large scale of magical energies were pulled into a small lighter and converted into a very high temperature flame. From a little flame changed into a fireball and then became a sky high pillar of flame in the end. The audiences that has low fire tolerance are backing away or seeks a help from someone near them.

Sharp Star tried to struggling out of the arms, but a rather very very warm and strong like an iron pliers arms that was hugging him didn't releasing him any time soon. Both of them are in the middle of blazing flame that even the audiences had to run away as they can't stand the heat anymore.

Laurence saw that it was going to be a disaster so he used his personal magic by flicking his fingers and made a shock wave to shake the arena till it was destroyed to the water below. Gewalin and Sharp Star are both fell into the water. The little-yet-powerful lighter is still emitting flames even though it was drown in the water.

Shar Star felt fear for the first time in his life, he never seen anyone so terrifying like her before.

Before anyone die, the leens soldiers that are on duty to secure the underwater area had swam to the two and separate them away. The lighter that lose its source of energy had finally lose to the force of water and had extinguished.

When they're on the water, many eyes are still staring at the girl in red skinny dress that was still bleeding out of the wound on her stomach and her back but still standing at not yet fallen. Janeyuu rushed to see her friend's condition with worry, she's almost faint when she saw the wound was so great she could see the other side.

"This is the ultimate medicine. Five hundred thousand each. Hurry use it!" Janeyuu pushed a bottle of medicine into Gewalin's hand.

Gewalin looked at the medicine in her hand and frown "Didn't you say you don't have any medicine left? How'd you have another one?"

"Because it was rare and very expensive, duh!"

"Then just let me die, I'll just resp.a.w.n. It was such a waste to use it"

"Just use it okay? If you die, I will have no idea where you will be resp.a.w.n. I'll be very boring"

Gewalin blinked, and then she finally use that bottle of medicine. As expected from a good and expensive item, her wounds began to rapidly close and regenerate. Less than a minute, all her wounds are gone.

The entire fight began easily and also ended quickly. But the audiences are all changing their mind entirely. Many who used to looking down on Shadow Moon Warrior unit had changed their opinions.

"Ladies and gentlemen, shall I judge this match as a tie?" Laurence announced to the lesser than half audiences that were still here.

The audiences had nothing to object. Everyone are all agreed that if they're the one who fight her, they won't be any better than Sharp Star.

"If there is no objection, I shall hereby judge this match as a tie!" He loudly announced with scattering applause.

Gewalin looked at Shary Star's burning wounds being healed from the doctors that constantly using magic on him. His special body of the ancient elf bloodlines is very difficult to be healed by magic that could use on a normal leens easily.

Sharp Star had an eye contact with Gewalin — who's staring at him — and lightly bowed to show his respect to another. He saw this result of the duel is not bad at all.

"What do thou plan doing next?" Laurence asked Gewalin and Janeyuu, who are preparing themselves for travelling.

"Travel. We will travel through the land of leens, then we will find ourselves a way to make money" Gewalin smiled with a refreshment that she had finally dealt with the matters here.

"Oh. If it is possible, please stay away from the border as much as possible. We will have a battle with humans soon" Laurence warned the other party with good intention.

"I'm appreciate thy warning. Then please excuse us" After that, Gewalin quickly dragged Janeyuu with her as she already bored to this place much.

Gewalin half half and half run until they've reached the wall, she spoke the thing she just realized after the fight.

"Yuu, before we've crossed the border to leens side, the soldiers who's protecting the wall said the leens had captured some humans back here right?"

Janeyuu review her memory about the event that was occurred ten days ago and nodded "Yep, I remembered it like that"

"When you gave me medicines, I said that I could just die and resp.a.w.n, right? It made me remembered that if humans die, they will return to the crystal they had registered right? And what's the point of capturing humans? Because if they got killed, they will return to the sp.a.w.n point, right?"

Janeyuu followed and agreed "You're right"

"May be these leenses had a way to force humans to resp.a.w.n at the designated location" Gewalin spoke then showed her left back hand to Janeyuu.

Janeyuu looked at the same pattern of flower but different color on her own back hand "Don’t you mean that … "

Gewalin pressed her lips and looking at the pattern on her hand with a serious face "I'm not sure, but I think I've already made a mistake receiving something like this without knowing anything about it"

Both of them went silenced for a while, then Janeyuu jokingly said "Don't think too much about it. What will happen will happen. Let's find something fun to do! By the way, your lighter is really amazing! I could felt that the magical energies around are all sucked to you like a black hole!"

Gewalin felt that her friend is more adaptive than her. But when she thoroughly think about it, it's just like that. Thinking too much will give her nothing, she could do nothing about it anyway. At least, she thought she could ask the next leens she found about it.

"One thing I know is if we walk this way, we will only see woods and woods for another five hundreds kilometers" Gewalin said after she caught up with Janeyuu.

"Eh?" Janeyuu lowered her sword with confusion. She hoped for a full death battle but the result is just turn 180 degrees. Both of them looked at each other after they're sure that that bear is really gone.

"Da heck? What's the meaning of this?" Janeyuu complained while walking forward.

"I don't know. My book didn't say what the animals here are like, it just said there are a lot of them here"

After that, the two had found many other bears with the same characteristics along the way, and every times are the same as the first one; the bear is just turned around and left.

"I've read the contents about the magical energies and could concluded that the magical energies leens uses are the energies from outside, they didn't generate it themselves and and to absorb it from the nature. There are no explanation how the magical energies are made, and how they even work" Gewalin explained Janeyuu about the info on magics.

"I'm getting confused, how's it actually?" Janeyuu is confused.

Gewalin tried to arrange her words to make the other party understand easily "I think you should just try it. Place your left hand and right hand in front of you, your palms to the ground"

"Just say it 'both hands', why'd you have to say it separately? … and what's next?" Even though she's confusing, but Janeyuu's following the instruction with a little complaint of how indirective it is.

Think that the smallest particle of magical energy is like atom — I'll call it magical energy atom then — each atoms are freely to be able to make a bound or break the bound and made them into various types of magical energies. Different types of magical energies made you feel differently. Can you imagine it?"

Janeyuu shook her head once before she awkwardly laughed "I vaguely remembered it from fundamental chemistry in the cla.s.s, but I forgot all of it"

"By its fundamental, I think it's the same. Then the next one is about magic, do you follow?"

Janeyuu nodded "Magical energies and magics, let's continue"

"Magics can actually separating into many roots, but I will bring a simple one then. For example, did you see what Sharp Star used to fight me? That his body is glowing?"

"The thing that he used to make him faster, right? Before he pierce through you, I saw the light faded and he's clearly moving slower than before"

"To summarize; magic is a way to use magical energies in various methods to make the effects depending on the user's will" Gewalin summarized the contents she've studied from every books about magic she bought.

"I think Sharp Star didn't efficiently uses his magic. If there's light glowing every times he uses then his opponent will know everything" Gewalin frown.

But Janeyuu thought it differently "I think that being able to use body enhancing magic is already great. Who'd care about lights? I think that having many lights is good? Won't it looks epic?"

Gewalin shook her head in disagreement "But it's not just like that. If one have to fight to death with someone who's on the same level, this kind of thing could create a large advantages and disadvantages so easily"

"But Kaew, If normal human don't have the sense of magic then what's up with the humans who I've frequently using magics?" Janeyuu wondered.

"That's the thing I've wondering too. Do you know how humans learned magics?" Gewalin is also wondering.

"As far as I know. Every humans who want to use magic have to be a member of special guilds that was specialized in magic. They even have to pay a lot of coins too"

"That's mean there must be secret about magics in the area I don't know for sure. Wait, could you pick that flower for me?" Gewalin pointed at a blue with white tints orchid that grew on a big tree.

Janeyuu easily picked that flower to Gewalin as it's not very high from the ground "It's not grew that high, why won't you pick it yourself?"

"I … am lazy" Gewalin received the flower then she brought a set of pill mortar that she bought from the drug store in Silver Seed town. The flower was plucked to small pieces before it was put in the mortar that was placed on a random rock around the area and grinded it till it became a blue slimy liquid.

"What're you doing?" Asked Janeyuu.

"When I was finding the info about magic, I'm also finding the method to be able to use magic too. This flower is a herb that used to heal leens that has low ability to absorbing magical energies. It's actually needs to be diluted for a hundred times, but I will drink it raw. For a small chance that it will stimulate me to be able to absorb magic too"

Without ado, she poured the blue liquid into her mouth immediately "This actually a rare plant. Never thought we're lucky to seen it. Maybe there's not much leenses coming to the forest this deep"

Both of them sat down to wait for the changes a while, before Gewalin decided to get going "Seems like it didn't work"

"So what are we actually doing? Just continuing walking forward like this?" Janeyuu asked Gewalin after they've walking in silence for a while.

"Aren't we actually hunting the wilds to make some money in the first place? Try looking around and find something you could sell"

"Hey, I said I forgot to research what could be sold. And I didn't intend to come this far too" Janeyuu answered with a harsh tone.

"Eh, right. Sorry, I forgot … Yes, That's it! The fruits we ate in Laurence's room! Its taste's great like that so it'd sell for a fortune" Gewalin expressed her opinion.

Janeyuu thought about its taste and almost uncontrollably dribbing "You know where it is?"

Gewalin brought out the compa.s.s she bought "I found the story about his fruit in a book. From here, we'll have to go right until we found the giant spike palm forest"

"I remembered that Laurence said there's a monster that like this fruit guarding around right? Do you know what it is?" Janeyuu asked with her mind fantasizing of eating this fruit.

Gewalin frown "Brain cla.s.s, excess cla.s.s, what are you talking about?"

The problem is this game, the world in this game is exclusive to only excess cla.s.s people. You don't say how much unfriendly term these two cla.s.s are on, right? So that's why I'm doubting you to be a specialist that was sent by the brain cla.s.s. Do you remember when you could read G.o.ddess Angela's name?"

Gewalin follow the thought and found the truth. Her study in the hospital didn't have any information about this kind of thing. This must be a completely censored info for sure.

"Speaking of truth, I really don't know anything about this. When I went out of the hospital, I have no knowledge about this at all. I've study about the world I was awaken in for many things but there's nothing about this. But I remembered that I've really learned english" Gewalin's confident that she's telling the truth in every words, even thought that truth is the other truth that Janeyuu won't be able to imagine.

"… Maybe you're the one with potential?" Janeyuu thought.

"The government will randomly select the people from excess cla.s.s to test their abilities. If there's someone who seems to have potential or a little intellect, they will try to send them to study. "There's a common cla.s.s too?" Gewalin surprised when there's another cla.s.s popped up.

"And what's the different?"

"It's different because the common cla.s.s will have frequent tests. If their abilities are getting worse or didn't develop at all, they will descend to be an excess cla.s.s like before"

Gewalin brainstormed herself and concluded that the future world is not any better than the past. But she has to admit that a complete management like this is truly maintaining the structure in society.

"Kaew" Janeyuu spoke with a weird expression.

"Hmm? … and do you have your test yet?"

"No, but Kaew. You've became dark blue color now, do you realize that?"

"Huh?" Gewalin looked at herself to see her skin color changed to dark blue contrasting with her red dress with shock.

"This again …" With a depression, she searched her inventory and brought out the gla.s.s tube that's containing orange lichens and blue mushrooms then put everything into her mouth. The lichen was kept too long it became orange liquid.

"What are you doing!?" Janeyuu exclaimed.

"Ridiculing my life. Now I'll become a blue creature that was glowing in yellowish orange light. I'll be a sea anemone now"

Janeyuu imagined her friend became a vivid sea anemone and laughed "Hahahahah! How did you have that idea! I'm so d.a.m.n sure that you aren't those bright head! They won't do anything like this"

Without waiting so long, Gewalin's body quickly glowing in light. But with the ratio of orange lichen are more than blue mushroom, her body gleamed in orange light and drown the blue light away.

Then, something unexpected just happened. Glowing orange lichens, glowing blue mushrooms and the magic absorption stimulating herp in her body are having a strong chemical reaction. Gewalin felt like all veins, all nerves and all cells in her body are flipped inside out all together — it makes a supreme pain to her.

It was like when she's squatting for a long time and suddenly stand up, the veins and nerves that was suddenly relaxed will make her feel like she was electrocuted and unable to move. It's only that this time the pain is greater as she felt it all over her body, made her collapsed to the ground.

"Kaew! Are you alright?"

Janeyuu touched her friend and immediately pulled it back because Gewalin made a very painful face and groan in agony when she touched her. She's also sense the cold, tingling and heavy magic sensation fiercely emitting from Gewalin's body. Janeyuu never seen her friend made such expression like this before and driven her panic as she never let out any expression out even she was stabbed through her body.

The tingling sensation Gewalin felt at first is now getting stronger and became a pain like she was pierced by millions small needles through all her molecules. Even though she could endure the pain more than the people from this era, now the pain has excess the limit she could endure.

In the last moment before she went unconscious, her mechanical arm that was silenced before now activated itself. The raging magical energies in her body was quickly sucked into the mechanical arm. The type of pain that had changed made Gewalin widen her eyes, she felt the energies in her body fiercely rushing all over to the mechanical arm in her right hand.

The mechanical arm that was received a full amount of magical energies is now glowing in blinding light before the light was dispersed to white particles before it was condensed into the magical circles and symbols, then it was absorbed into the Gewalin's right hand with all her pain disappeared, leaving only a little tingling sensation like she was pressed by a heavy object for a long time.

Janeyuu watched everything in amazement. The magical energies she felt at first are now completely disappeared, leaving only the sense of faint energies emitting from the forest instead.
