“Stay with the little one in the car, don't move!” Qu Zhen seriously looked at Xia Man and said, opening the door.

Fa Wu looked at Xia Man in contempt and got out of the car.

“…” Xia Man averted her gaze and got off the car, not even feeling the slightest resentment. Her emotions had already subsided. She understood that the most important thing right now is to get Qu Zhen out of the city instead of to resent.

The east sky that was gradually getting darker was now turning fiery red, covering half of the entire sky.

Xia Man's head tilted up to look at Qu Zhen. In Qu Zhen's eyes, she was just like a proud swan. The swan that had always been the one roaming deep inside her heart.

“Okay, I'll protect you!” Qu Zhen held Xia Man's hand and carefully stated. Right now, the riots outside had already begun.

Hua Xiangrong and Fa Wu were desperately driving, futilely trying to cross this deadly silent forest.

After observing the vines, everyone already had an understanding of the plant mutation. So there was a great sense of vigilance while being on this eerie forest, especially against the vines that stopped outside the forest.
