"A child...?" A woman questioned. "Clearly." The man huffed in response. "Yeesh! Why are ya so moody big bro?" Another girl chimed in. "Tea is ready." A third girl said as she walked into the room. The three girls, and Norio sat around a table in silence. "What do you think mother will think, Nori?" The eldest girl began. "What does mother care?" Norio sighed. "It's not like she's ever around anyway." He went to take a sip of his tea. "Big bro has a good point." The youngest of the three girls said. "Yui, let us handle this please." Yui puffed her cheeks in annoyance. "Faye?" The eldest turned to the middle child. "Eh?" Faye looked back. "Hiromi," she began. "I personally think mother would be delighted, you know since-" Faye quickly turned to look at Norio, and Yui. "She loves them as if they were her own." Hiromi let out a sigh. "You know mother won't be home for another few weeks, Nori, right?" Norio looked up. "Mm."

Norio walked next door to his house after the chat with his sisters, with 247 on the couch. "Oh." He said walking in. "You're still awake." 247 looked up. "I can't sleep." Norio walked over. "How come?" The girl looked down. "This couch is too uncomfortable." Eh? That's the only reason!? Norio sighed. "Well, you'll just have to deal with it." The girl looked up. "Where am I going?" Norio raised his eyebrow. "What do ya mean?" He questioned. "Do you really want a monster here with you?" The girl looked down quickly. "Hah?" He looked around. "The heck do ya mean?" The girl let out tears of frustration. "I'm not human anymore, y'know." Norio studied her. "I don't see anything inhuman about you." The girl looked up quickly. "You don't get it do you!?" She cried out. "That place made me a freak!" She sobbed as she pointed to her right arm. Norio bent down and lifted her arm. The girls arm twitched. "What did they inject you with?" He questioned holding her arm. The girl looked down. "Did you hear me?" The girl sniffled. "I don't know, but my arm hurts sometimes and it gets all...weird." She replied still steadily looking down. "Mm." He said laying her arm gently on her lap. "One sec." He said as he got up. "Tch, my back." He said as he stretched and walked to the bathroom. The girl puffed her cheeks, but was surprised as he quickly came back out. "What is that...?" She asked pointing at what he was holding in his hand. He pointed to the left side of his face. "These things, bandages." He knelt down, and took her right arm into his hand. "What are you-" Norio began wrapping her arm in bandages. "Not certain if this'll work or not, but maybe your arm might stop twitchin'." He said as he finished wrapping. The girl looked up tearfully. "Nori-" Norio let out a loud yawn. "Listen, it's been a long day, I'm goin' to bed." He said, shutting the lights in the living room, while walking into his room. "B-" The girl turned. "Enjoy my comfy couch, kid." He waved, shutting the door to his room. The girl stared at the shut door for a few moments before looking down at her bandaged arm. "Thank you..." she smiled softly. Suddenly the door opened. "I don't need it on my conscious that you froze to death." He said, quickly chucking blankets at her. "Night." He said shutting his door again. The girl huffed as she pulled the blanket onto herself. "Goodnight." She quickly drifted off to sleep.

A few moments later the door creaked open, Norio smiled as he looked at the tiny girl fast asleep. As he quietly shut the door he walked over to a picture of two boys, and a girl. He let out a sigh. And got into his bed. "I wonder what he would do..." he said staring up at the ceiling. "Rick, wherever you are..." he thought as he drifted off to sleep.
