Chen Sinan saw that Xin Siyue looked very uncomfortable, so he leaned towards her and reached out one of his hands to feel the temperature of her forehead. However, before his hand touched her, he heard her say, "No! No! Chen Sinan, I beg you, please let me go…"

Chen Sinan was stunned, and his hand froze in midair.

He had heard her say those words before. When she had moved out of the apartment complex, she had said those words to him. After she said those words to him, she left Shengjin City. She looked happier and more at ease after she left and went to A City.

The expression on Chen Sinan's face turned cold as he stared at her. He saw her expression turn more and more uneasy and fearful, to the point where he could almost hear her cry.

Chen Sinan narrowed his eyes and slightly leaned down again. He reached out one of his hands and stroked her forehead, which was drenched in sweat and burning hot.

He immediately pressed the service bell and tried to wake her up, "Xin Siyue, wake up! Wake up!"

"Chen Sinan, I beg of you. Please…"

It seemed like she still hadn't awakened from her nightmare as she tightly clung onto his sleeve and stained his clothes with her tears.

When Chen Sinan turned on the light, he saw that her face was very pale. She was biting her lips as tears drops continuously flowed out from the corners of her eyes. He quickly helped her into his embrace and tried to coax her, "Okay, okay! I will agree to whatever you say!"

Xin Siyue couldn't hear a thing as she was still immersed in her nightmare.

Chen Sinan wanted to wake her up, but his efforts were in vain. When the doctor finally came, Xin Siyue finally calmed down and quietly fell asleep after he gave her a shot.

Chen Sinan saw that she had stopped crying but the tear marks on her face had not dried up yet. Without saying another word, he directly said, "Give her the paperwork to transfer to another hospital!"

"What?" The doctor still didn't understand what was going on.

Chen Sinan ignored the doctor and directly called his a.s.sistant to contact the best doctor in A City.

Xin Siyue, who remained asleep, didn't know that she had changed hospitals because of Chen Sinan. When she finally awakened, she was struck with a terrible headache. There was a buzzing sound in her head, while a sticky and uncomfortable feeling spread all over her body.

In a daze, Xin Siyue opened her eyes. She wanted to push away her blanket because it was too hot.

When she raised her arm to push away her blanket, she was restrained by the person beside her. "Stop!"

This voice…

Xin Siyue's body stiffened when she heard the voice. She slowly raised her head and just as she had expected, she came face to face with the person from her dream.

Xin Siyue immediately remembered the terrifying nightmare she had last night. It seemed so real that it looked as if it was about to happen to her.

Afraid, she hurriedly pushed Chen Sinan away from her, but she didn't know that there was an IV drip attached to her other arm. Just as she pushed him away, she had accidentally pulled out the needle from her other arm. The pain from forcefully pulling the needle out made her wrinkle her eyebrows in pain.
