You Are The Star Tonight 49 Finished...

Mr.Ray was observing everything from behind, he never treated any of the four children unequally after Sid's parents left the country he always took care of them as their own father but now he was feeling defeated the exhausted face of Sid was haunting him but he was totally powerless before his father-in-law. Mr.Ray also decided to follow his daughter and his other two sons to check on them because the scene here was unbearable for him.

He was walking towards the exit gate when someone suddenly called him...he looked towards the direction of the voice and a small smile crept on his face...Kian was standing there with a gift packet in his hand. Kian hurriedly walked towards his direction and hugged him lightly.

"What are you doing here uncle... don't tell me the party ended... am I that late!" Kian said in a worried tone.

"There is nothing interesting inside moreover who would like to enjoy the pain of their child" Mr.Ray said in a low voice.

"Pain...who is in pain?" Kian was confused. Yesterday Mr.Ray personally invited him to Sid's engagement party and he was so excited to surprise Tara but now Mr.Ray's sullen expression was worrying him.

"Sid..." Mr.Ray muttered.

"Huh...why? it's a happy occasion... it's his engagement after all why would he be in pain?" Kian said with questioning eyes darted towards Mr.Ray.

"Happy occasion...." Mr.Ray smiled sarcastically.

"I don't think so Kian...he is again sacrificing and this time not only his dreams but also his whole life...he don't love the girl but just because father-in-law promised..." Mr.Ray voice trailed off with each pa.s.sing second his guilt was engulfing him.

"Then uncle we should stop him...where is Tara and Sourav..."

Screechhh....

Polennnn...

Both Mr.Ray and Kian were startled by the sudden noises both of them then ran towards the direction of the noise.

On reaching the spot Mr.Ray halted in his steps, Kian was also stunned, a beautiful girl was lying unconscious on the road covered with blood and Sourav was also holding her he was too covered with blood but he was not injured it was also the blood of that fragile girl...but his eyes stopped on a little figure sitting beside the blood covered body she was his Sunshine but her expression was something different It was similar to a piece of rock no tears nothing she was just staring at the body with cold eyes.

Tara was running towards Polen after exiting from the hall, after her was Sourav and Sumit. Tara suddenly grabbed the hand of Polen and pulled her towards them.

"Polen...Polen...you are misunderstanding everything listen to me...brother never wanted to do this engagement...he was forced by grandpa" Tara said while panting.

"He betrayed me..." Polen started crying.

"No Polen listen to me...he never wanted to betray you..." Sourav said in a gentle voice.

"But he did betrayed me..." Polen said and hugged Tara tightly.

Tara was also very pained to look at her like that but she was so helpless before her grandfather and his demands.

Then suddenly Polen left her embrace and started running towards the main road but before the siblings could understand anything a bus collided with her fragile body and she was lying on the road covered with blood. Tara was horrified she can't believe her eyes everything was so sudden that it was looking like nightmare to her. Sumit and Sourav ran towards Polen and screamed her name repeatedly but their was no response. Tara's whole body was shivering but not a single tear drop escaped her eyes she wanted to cry she wanted to scream her name but she doesn't have the energy to do any of those things, memories of Polen were floating before her eyes, her smiling face her carefree nature her soulful laugh everything was floating in front of her.

Unknown to her she started walking towards the direction of Polen she sat on the road with a thump she slowly took her hands and check her pulse...it was still beating but dangerously low...she called the ambulance steadily and continued looking at her frail body.

Back to the present.

Kian slowly walked towards her direction and placed his hand on her shoulder but surprisingly there was no response she was sitting there with an unknown expression her eyes were cold her whole body was emanating a dangerous aura typical...Tara the world knew. Mr.Ray was momentarily stunned then slowly he became horrified the blood covered body was making Him weak but more than that his daughter's expression was sending chills down his spine.

This was the exact Tara the world knew cold and expressionless but he thought the after the entry of Kian in her life she would have changed but today her body was again surrounded by that deadly aura which he hate the most. He was blaming his father-in-law for all this first Sid's suffering which will increase ten folds now , secondly the accident of Polen and lastly his daughter's condition.

Kian was also looking at Tara with an undefined expression the girl he knew was far far away from the girl sitting on the road. He doesn't wanted Tara to again became a piece of rock who have no humanly touch in anything and who keep her fears and pain to herself only but his horror was gradually changing into reality. The ambulance arrived at that exact moment Tara's father and Second bro went together with ambulance but Tara and Sourav were still there.

Tara abruptly stood up from the road and started walking towards the hall, Sourav and Kian were following her in hurried steps. Sourav never wanted his sister to suffer but today he needed to support her no matter what.

Tara entered the hall and...

"Stop the engagement..." Tara shouted in top of her voice.
